Love this store! A must stop every time we visit LC. Husband enjoys browsing through favorite books as I shop in my favorite stores in the mall. Finally, my last 2 hour stop is B&N where I get the chance to do the same. A wonderful way to end a day trip in LC! We always leave with a few good 📚 in hand.

My kids are reading a series called how to catch a...I havent been able to find all the books until we came to Barnes and noble and there they were. The young man looked up the info pretty quick and politely showed me where to find them. My kids were so happy to add the books to the collection and couldnt put them down. So please to see that Barnes and Nobel were open and willing to help. Thanks for all the help. Much appreciated.

3 stars because it is a typical Barnes and Noble store. Cleanliness is pretty good. Used the bathroom and it was also clean, 4th star for that. As always, the staff was more than helpful. Checkout was fast and easy. Girl at the register made sure I understood their return policy and that I could return my text book if it was not the one I needed. All in all a decent experience.

This location actually carries sketchbooks unlike the university location. I just wish they carried a wider variety of them. The staff are always very friendly and helpful at this particular location.

I really enjoy a good book store! Love being able to grab a Starbucks Coffee or Tea and sit and read a good book. Best way to explore/experience something new, just by reading. Only wish they would hire more help, this way I could utilize my time better by doing something I love rather than searching for the book or other amenity that an employee could find with greater ease than I can. Also their information desk is a hurry and stand and wait for someone to help me after, I myself have spent alot of time looking and searching for someone who could help me. Hope you have a wonderful adventure reading like I do!

It is big place with a great variety of books, magazines, calendars, organizers, gift wraps and more where you can spend a nice time. Prices are good.

My oldest son had his wedding here. it was beautiful n had an awesome time! the dj, bartender and catering was wondering. high recommend using their venue

Had fun with my littles or maybe my not so littles. Went to the Halloween store looked at clothes not my daughter eyelashes had a great time

Workers are so incredibly rude to anyone daring to not wear a mask. I understand the policy but please just ask nicely.

Carrying less and less books. Also cant sit a look over books unless you go into Cafe. Dont know if this is a covid change or for good.

This place is great. Its clean. Friendly staff. An they are a few hour before mall opens. A real plus.

Love it has all the manga that I need and always worth it to go and check what new horror novels they have.

Barnes and noble is the best book place its good for kids and they have a lot of books and toys for all ages I recommend going there to read and play

Always a great place for a nice way to find a book. You can sit and read for a few, if your trying to decide. Can also have a coffee while you read. Just a real nice relaxed atmosphere.

When my magazine subscriptions lapse, this is always a great place to pick up the newest issues. Their SciFi section leaves much to be desired.

Masks are optional. A positive sign indeed. Not very crowded, but still got needed assistance.

My daughter loved their large Manga section.

Has a Starbucks inside. Chairs around the establishment allow for one to enjoy the cast selection of books amd other merchandise. Excellent selection of Godiva chocolates that make for good gift ideas. Additionally they carry cards and an array of writing instruments for the aficionado of pens, and stationary.

The store was great but a girl called Satana I think? Made me feel pretty uncomfortable, she was following me around the store and was pretty rude when I talked to her.

I like this location for its convenience and mall parking. They also still sell DVD and Blu-ray movies and TV series, some of which are hard to find in stores. Their CD section has almost been passed out, while their vinyl section has expanded.

Employees for the most part are nice. We were invited to an event in the store by an employee and it was really nice.We went for a sale before also and the employee that checked us out was very sweet at first, even offered us the membership, but as soon as we declined the membership she was so rude, she even threw away our coupons that printed out with our receipt and just handed us our bags. That would probably be the only bad experience Ive had there, even the Starbucks employees have been great.Very nice

Very good customer service here and a great place to check out new books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, e-readers, and great Starbucks coffee & food! Always has a variety of good events for all ages young and old too. :-)

My review is mainly for the cafe. I have never had any problems with B&N when it came to books, movies, etc. But lately the cafe has been up and down when it comes to quality. They are trained, dont get me wrong but I order the same thing often and somehow everyone charges me a different price. Makes no sense for the inconsistency. I have attached a picture of my experience today. This gentleman made my drink and I ordered a venti but he spilt some of it and didnt even remake it so I basically have a grande in a venti cup with lots of whipped cream. I could have just ordered and paid for a grande if that was the case. I saw him spill it and normally someone would remake the whole thing to make a customer happy but did not happen. This gentleman forgets a lot of stuff and I dont know if he doesnt retain it but customers would like to get what they order. And to top it off, my co-workers drink was already melting (you can see in the photo the bottom part of the grande is liquid). I want to say that 6/7 out of the last 10 times Ive gone there, the quality has definitely not been there.
