I just got my 2 pair of glasses for less than 3 months of eye insurance, (which did not cover anything about my experience at Stanton Optical). Needless to say I canceled that insurance!The staff was extremely helpful, especially Israel who helped me with my order. He was not only professional but also ingaging, patient, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Thank you Israel, that means a great deal to me, I hope to see you next year. Theyve messed up my lenses twice and one pair of frames broke twice. The warranty is great because I can always readjust the lenses, but Im having to go back a third time to make sure they get the correct prescription. I may be overreacting so please let me explain:The first time, my left eye was a bit blurry. I told them this and they said to wait a few days. I waited about a month with no improvement.The second time, my left eye is wonderfully clear but my right eye is blurrier than my original pair of glasses -the ones Ive had before going to Stanton. They told me I have to wait a few days.Edit:I have gone to them again and they are now making me wait over a month for my lenses. Ive been patient and my vision is not getting better. I spent too much to afford a new pair and I really need glasses for class. Please, I just want to see. Either give me a refund or give me my lenses.
First of all, when I called to ask if they accepted my insurance, the man I spoke to told me he wasn’t legally allowed to answer that question over the phone, which I’m pretty sure was a lie, but whatever.I showed up early for my appointment and wasn’t greeted for another 20 minutes. In fact, another customer who entered after I did was helped before me. The doctor was juggling multiple appointments at once and not wearing a mask, despite being in close contact with patients. When we mentioned it to another staff member and pressed the issue, the doctor told us we were bullying him and refused to give us his full name. His first name was Israel. I walked out without going through with the appointment because I was so uncomfortable.This place is clearly understaffed and overbooked, and the staff take it out on customers. Incredibly unprofessional all around. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I was very pleased how soon I was able to get an eye exam for a new pair of glassses. Everyone was very professional, and took great care to make sure I was happy with every step of my eye exam through finding the perfect pair of glasses.
Gave this place a try a few months back to get new lenses and wasnt disappointed. We took our own frames in and there werent any issues there, they got my wife and I taken care of, anti-glare, blue light filter etc, on both pairs. Ended up paying about half of what I was expecting based on prices of where we used to go. Staff was very polite and helpful. When we picked up our glasses they were happy to do adjustments as needed. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
I called prior to booking my appointment and going there. Im disabled and its very difficult for me to get around so I didnt want to make an unnecessary trip. I was told pretty much whatever I needed to hear to get me in the door. On the phone my insurance was good, and yes, they can put lenses in Amazon Echo Frames. Not the case when I arrived; my insurance was no good there and I finally got the clerk to admit that he had no idea about the Echo Frames (specific instructions for the optometrist provided) - he just sends them to corporate and are usually back in 14 days. I do not recommend.
I ordered some glasses and the service was so efficient. I loved my glasses, the price was so much lower than the other glasses I looked at. I would recommend anyone to get their glasses there, great glasses great price. Israel was really great. I will get my next glasses from there. Las Cruces Store #105.

Went in for an eye exam today, I was told that my prescription would be emailed to me within 10 minutes and that I didnt need to wait in store. When I called 2 hours later asking where my prescription was they said that there was an issue and it would come in by end of day. When I called again a few minutes before close, 5 hours after my appointment, they said that it takes 24 hours to get your script via email. Horrible customer service, given the run around by staff. I really need new glasses and they seem happy to take my money and tell me to f- off when it comes to terms of actually getting my prescription.
My husband and I thought we would give Stanton Optical a try. Didnt want the long drive to El Paso were we have been going for around 15 years to get our eye glasses. Israel was delightful person and very helpful. The cost was about the same as any other optical place. Would of like more options on the Ray -Ban frames for men and women. I am happy with the fames I picked out. Hope in two weeks everything else gos well with my glasses.
The guys up front were all right and the doctor was alright but I wouldn’t recommend coming here, I can’t imagine working somewhere that you are obviously encouraged to lie to people. I had to see their doctor on Tuesday and I triple checked to make sure that the price was $45 for the exam alone. I called, And I asked In person more than once Even right before going into my appointment. I was told yes, it will be $45. They asked me if I was there for glasses or contacts, I answered multiple times that I was there for glasses. Afterwards when I went to pay, my bill said $195! They were trying to charge me for an exam for contacts and contact fittings that never happened, I refused. They probably screw a lot of people over this way. The prices on the glasses mean nothing. If you do not pick the “value frames” with a blue tag (most of them are literally giant neon orange frames that nobodY would wear) Then the price goes up to $175 to start! I went to Walmart and got a nice pair of transitional lense glasses for much cheaper than I could have got just decent frames at Stanton. One more thing- while I was doing the eye exam there was literally customers walking around me and causing a distraction from my tests. Hope it didn’t screw up my prescription.

I called a week ago for an appointment. A young woman answered and answered the only question I had asked. Is there a physical doctor rather than a video doc. She advised that the actual face to face doctor doesn’t come but once a week and it’s on Tuesday. When I arrived five minutes early I waited in the display room for someone to come. I walked around and finally called out is anyone here. A man responded, with I’ll be with you in a minute. There was/is no sign at the entrance that advises anyone to come into another room to sign in. These people don’t know what they’re doing. The place is a dumpy warehouse with a display room. Do not go to Stanton Las Cruces. I have to believe El Paso might have a proper eye exam/display room. Ugh!!!
This is my first time coming 10 out of 10. Dont listen to the bad reviews. This is a great place to come. They are fast, polite, and knowledgeable. Management is the best I have seen in a long time.UPDATE- Ended up bringing my daughter,little Sister,and Mom here too! They got us in and taken care of once again. Great service.
I will never go back and I will share this experience. I went in and got an eye exam. They charged me 45$ with no purchase. I took my spouse in 3 days later and they said the exam without purchase was 95$. I told them Id been charged 45$ and after some stalling they decided to honor it. When finished they said they would email the prescription, which I found odd. We never received it. They want us to come in and make a purchase and get a credit. I would maybe have agreed to this had they presented it in the beginning. They were underhanded and they lied. I am a senior on a fixed income and we need to budget these things out. Someone else is covering the cost of glasses but we have to prove that we are doing so. They denied me that proof and i am out 45$, no small amount on a disability income.They are dishonest and they dont care about anyone who doesnt have insurance that will pay high dollar..Edit- 2 days later and they contacted me to get in touch with them, which is impossible. Call centers dont know how to direct calls. This operation is a joke.

Great experience! Everyone there was so sweet and kind from the actual appointment to the assistance picking out the frames. Israel was a big help. He not only helped me choose both my eye glasses and sunglasses but was very patient. He gave me his honest opinion and tried his best to work with me financially. Cant wait to go back and get my new glasses!
Was lied to TWICE by the staff. When I called I made it a point that I needed my eye exam to be with a. Optometrist in person, not Telehealth. I arrive on my appointment day to find out that there is in fact no optometrist here today, and they will be in on Tuesday. So I make an appointment for Tuesday. Only to do half the tests, and see a doctor on a telehealth screen. I walked out. I can’t believe this place has the balls to charge $90 for an eye exam not performed by an eye doctor. You cannot have an eyeglass business without an optometrist. Stop making your employees lie to people, maybe offer a more competitive wage to optometrist and you would have one.
Terrible service, wrong prescription, didn’t know what they were doing at all! I have to go to another doc and pay out of pocket because they used my insurance and charged me on top of it for a wrong prescription. Refusal to make any corrections.
I priced around and and their price was about the same as others. Adding noline Bifocals seem to cost $250 everywhere. Ordered and paid for on 3/19. Told 2 weeks to get them. After 2 weeks, I went to the store, not there yet, no phone call to let me know. Friday 4/9 got phone call to come get them. Mon 4/12 went to store, waited in line. Not there. Thurs 4/15, stopped at store and here they are, no phone call. I asked for and received a 20% discount (tells you how overpriced they are). The side pieces were adjusted and given back to me. Ive worn glasses for 60 years. This doesnt count as fitting them to me. The nose pieces are too tight, so Ill have to go back to the store. Will not purchase there again. They dont understand that unhappy people write reviews????
This place is an excellent place to get an eye exam and glasses. My first experience was really great they have good customer service skills, I had to come back a second time because my prescription was entered incorrectly but Israel took great care of me he reordered my prescription and glasses and even upgraded them for me free of charge due to their error. I am very pleased that he handled my situation fast and efficient. I highly recommend this place for your every eye needs thanks

I am going to give the Las Cruces Stanton Optical a five star rating. During the various exam procedures I did not have to wait long between them. There were no problems to report and the process went smoothly.
I was scheduled for an appointment within one day of request and was able to get my eye glasses that same day. Very welcoming staff and Israel was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.
Not a place I would go back again. The men that work their act like I hate this job . poor customer service. Only the lady helping for the eye exams was nice.

I had the worst experience of having my eyes examined. Every test by the technician was horrible. He had no knowledge of how to adjust the machines so that my chin and forehead were in the correct position. i had to be in an awkward position to accomplish an easy set up. He swapped out chairs instead of adjusting the machine?? This carried on in the exam room where he couldnt adjust that machine to set in front of my face. With all the leaning to get in a position where I could see the virtual eye exam did not go well! I felt it was a wasted exam and a total waste of my time and money. I have problems with double vision which if they addressed they told me nothing. Most of problems were with the positioning. I could see the doctor but he couldnt see me or he would have seen me straining. Towards the end my double vision became worse so the doctor instructed me to relax blink and try again. Which I did but no matter how hard I tried I could not get one image so thats how exam was finished. I was absolutely mortified. Its not like my vision is double all the time. Only driving at night and during the last part of exam. Totally unprofessional service!
Scheduled an appointment online and arrived only to be told I would not be seeing an eye doctor, the exam would be performed virtually. When I asked how that works, the young man said he had no knowledge of how it works. When I asked if the results were guaranteed to be accurate, he stated that even an exam by a doctor could be inaccurate. If I agreed to the exam, it would be free as long as I purchased my glasses from them. If I didnt buy them there, the exam would cost $95. Pretty obvious what their game is, right? Personally, I feel that paying for a virtual examination not guaranteed to be accurate is just opening a can of worms. I drove from over an hour away to find this out. Seems like an unethical practice to me. Theyre offering specials and readily available appts as a marketing ploy, meaning theres no concern for patients, whatsoever. If youre a cyborg who wants a quick fix, they can probably help you, but if you want a caring vision provider, fuhgeddaboudit. I understand how challenging it is to get an appt with a real optometrist, but instant gratification leads to buyers remorse. Be a grown up and wait your turn. ***This place has no soul*** Do we need more soullessness?
I had a really good experience at this place. I highly recommend finding Jonathan. Jonathan did a great job of picking out glasses and explaining the insurance process to me. Also the telehealth optometrist wasnt as weird as I thought it would be.
SCAMERS I am NEVER gonna purchase glasses from here EVER AGAIN. When I got the glases they where alot of magnification in the lenses they where not how I expected them to be. I cannot even wear them because I start to feel really dizzy and my eyes start to get watery. I think they got the prescription wrong .What a waste of money.😡

No eye dr on site. They set up an appointment for an 85 yr old, even sending a text reminder that morning. We drove 2 hours to get there, and they say oh corporate cancelled the eye dr today. We dont know why they just told him dont come in today. They didnt bother to call us to cancel or reschedule. Even the veterinarian calls to reschedule if something comes up, but a big business like Stanton cant treat people better?
I purchased 2 pair of glasses for my kid, they never called me and let me know my glasses were in. I had to just go in and ask. I was also asking for a form for my FSA account and the tech there would just say no they dont give any info out or print out anything other than a receipt. So his supervisor stepped in and finally gave me the form I needed to submit to the insurance company. This is the first and last time I do business in this establishment. I will not spend my hard earned money here at this place ever again!
If I could give this place a zero I would. I’d rather everyone had an appointment with the workers there rather than overworking them with a line of customers waiting. Horrible selection of glasses so I brought my own frames in. It’s been over a month now since I placed my glasses order and spent a pretty good amount of money on them and they’ve been “in transit” for WEEKS on the delivery status. I went into the store at the two week mark and was told “a minimum of 6 more days until I got them”, and that they weren’t given a reason why. For the life of me, I can’t get a hold of a real person to speak to or anyone who knows ANYTHING. All I want is my glasses. I work in healthcare and need them because long days and contact lenses are unforgiving. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever received from any glasses company and only the second time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a bad review. This was so disappointing. I’ll never recommend this place, not for anything except that the guy who works up front is a nice guy.
CAUTION! PLEASE READ. Please be aware aware and trust the bad reviews. Went initially to go get an eye exam and I didnt even see a real dr. It was through telemedicine. It was literally a computer screen with a dr wearing a face mask on it. This is poor quality patient care. Didnt have time to ask questions for the dr. After it was over and I was on the floor looking around the salesman was trying to get me to spend more money. Not to mention my prescription was wrong.
The eye technician was amazing. The people in the frame area, not so much. They basically refused to run my insurance because I would have a high copay and they said their BOGO would be a better deal. $300 out of pocket, and 3 weeks later with no glasses. I asked them to ship them to my house and then I received a notification that theyre ready for pickup instead. Ive tried calling for 5 days and waited for over 20min with each call. I now have to go out of my way to make a visit to their store without knowing if they even have my glasses. Go somewhere else.
Don’t go to this place! They have a huge sign out front that says “Free Eye Exam”, but DON’T BE FOOLED. I was told that they take my insurance but come to find out, THEY LIED! Then they told me If I don’t buy their frames they will charge me for the eye exam. There wasn’t even a real optometrist in the room. It was done via Skype or some kind of program. The reception was bad and they kept cutting out. I was also told that I had to have polycarbonate lenses which would cost an additional $160.00 on top of what I had to pay for the frames and that by law I had to buy the polycarbonate! There is no such law! What place charges that much for polycarbonate lenses? When I told the lady that I wouldn’t be buying their product she rolled her eyes at me, so I walked out. I will never return to this place and will make sure non of my family or friends get sucked into going to this place either.
Whats the point of making an appointment if you dont even get seen 2 hours after your scheduled appointment? They have three exam rooms only one is open.

My mother-in-law made an appointment by phone she spoke to them in Spanish with no issues made an appointment. when we took her to the appointment we waited an hour before the saw her only to be rejected by the doctor who told her she doesnt speak Spanish and made her make another appointment for so.e ti.e during the week. Needless to say we wont go back there plenty of other places that treat people fairly
I came in a little skeptical about purchasing glasses because of the cost but the fact you can pay half that day and the other half when they come in helped a lot. Not to mention that the associate that helped me did everything he could to make my experience amazing but also took his time to work with me. If you are lucky enough to get Israel to help you. The experience was nice! I just needed a contact lens exam. The pricing was transparent and the gentleman who helped me was professional, informed, and good with the public. I was a little concerned with how the telehealth portion of the eye exam was going to be, but it was pleasant. Im confident its one of the better refractions I have had. It was really nice to get a same day appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience.
I wish there was an option to give this optical no stars. The service was absolutely dreadful. My mom went in and paid for her glasses they then gave her the appoint to get her eyes examined. When she got to her appointment she waited there for an hour and a half, and she noticed no one was being called in. She went up and asked how much longer she’d be waiting and there were 7 people in front of her still waiting. (Mind you she had an appointment.) She then went up to the receptionist and said she had to leave because she had to attend other important business. So she asked to cancel the appointment and the guy up front said there were no appointments available anymore. At this point my mom said she wanted to cancel everything and he changed his previous answer and said there was an opening that following Wednesday. She goes in on Wednesday and the same thing happened. She got upset and asked for a refund and the guy upfront said he couldn’t give her a refund in cash that they would send a check. The guy said that it would come in three weeks. Three weeks passed and still nothing. She called corporate and they said the optical here in town had not reported anything. She then went back to the optical and the manager (Israel) said that my mom should have told him personally that she had cancelled and that’s why there was no report. However he did know because his receptionist went and told him the day my mom canceled. This time Israel said within 15 days the check would come in. 15 days have passed and the check still isn’t in. My mom has tried calling the optical many times and they won’t answer. So since they wouldn’t answer to her my grandpa called for her and Israel told my grandpa he himself would call corporate and that he would call my grandpa back. He called my grandpa back and he said corporate was going to take longer. My grandpa called once more and this time he talked to Israel’s boss and (at this point my mom and grandpa were very upset after all the lies and running around these people have been putting them through) and the boss ended up hanging up on my grandpa. These people are rude and just give people the run around. They disregard their customers when they feel like it because they rather ignore than fix the issue at hand. My mom is still left without glasses because her money has not came in so she could purchase them. Overall service has been terrible and the behavior of the people that run this optical has been extremely poor. Who hangs up on people? Just because they feel like it. Terrible way to run a business. Even more so when you are representing a corporation. I would not recommend their services and not to mention their customer service is by far the worst I’ve dealt with.
Amazing experience! The eye exam was quick and easy. They have a huge selection of frames and choices to customize your glasses to your liking, not to mention they have great prices! Allen was friendly and made our first time to Stanton Optical wonderful. We will definitely be going back for all of our future eye needs and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
NO WAY!The moment the business phone was picked up, I could tell that I was going to get a hard sell. I have never experienced anything like this in trying to set up an appointment with an eye doctor and I definitely have never had a hard sell on eyeglasses.The person told me that the eye exam was free if I purchased eyeglasses there. Essentially they would take the price of the exam off of the glasses. I asked if they took insurance, and he said just bring your card in, and we will check to see if we take it. I said, that I would pass on setting up an appointment. He struggled to keep me on the line. He said lets set up an appointment and then I can transfer you to see if they take your insurance. Again I said I would prefer to not set up an appointment and said goodbye. He was still trying to convince me... I had to hang up because he was not going to say goodbye to end the conversation.If they are that aggressive on the phone, I shudder to think what they would be like once they got me in the office.

Horrible customer service, I wish my issues could have been resolved, I trusted in their service and I totally regret going to them for eye care. They are unprofessional and do not care to put in effort into helping me with my issues with my order, they have been very disappointing to work with. Never again.
Call to make an appointment for an eye exam and was told that my insurance would cover my exam and they scheduled my appointment only to walk in to my appointment and get told that I have to pay a co-pay of $175 because my insurance is Not in the house. They should do a better job of informing their customers instead of wasting their time

This place is a great place to go if you are looking for affordable, simple glasses. They had a good selection but not tons of designer (if that’s what you’re looking for) overall pretty cheap frames. David checked us out and was very helpful with everything and breaking down the cost to explain it and offer me the best deal. He was super nice and friendly! The only problem was their lense cutter was broken so my glasses are taking longer than expected but I don’t think that’s a common occurrence.

Just wanted to thank everyone at Stanton Optical on Telshor. They go above and beyond helping me. My experiences with them on 2 visits were awesome. Eye exams were not a hassle and we received great deals on glasses. I brought my mother and son for just a pair of glasses. We walked out with a deal and ended up with 4 pairs for my mom and 2 pairs for my son. The prices were awesome.
Wonderful service!!! Allen was so helpful with picking outframes and finding best value!!! Highly recommend the team at Stanton optical - so professional! Remote eye exam was different but good. (They even have a guarantee about the remote exam where you can go back for a free eye exam and if there is a difference in your prescription, they will replace your exact glasses for free!!!) Picking up my glasses took a bit longer than I anticipated, but so far I am happy with my glasses! :)

Stantons enticing promotions are subject to a lot of fine print that will severely limit your options for glasses on a budget.I expected that I would be limited to very basic frames, but the real kicker is that you will be charged for premium lenses if you have any astigmatism or a spherical value outside of +/- 2.00. Even for premium lenses I was expecting only about a $30-$40 increase in overall price. After the salesman did his calculations he quoted me in excess of $550 for two sets of glasses, one of which was supposedly free according the the promotion he was selling me on. I was ready to walk out, but he eventually talked me down to one pair with lens tint (sunglasses), and a free eye exam for just under $200.The eye exam was done over video chat and went well enough. Afterwards, I was told that my lenses would be ready in two weeks to allow for manufacturing and shipping, contrary to their window signs thatclaimed you would get your glasses the same day. They were not ready by the estimated date and took two extra days.When I finally picked them up the prescription was true to the eye exam, but the tint is so light that they barely count as sunglasses, my eyes are easily visible behind them (no polarization either). Even worse, the lens power is not consistent across the entire area and they produce blurry/split images when viewing through the top of the lenses.Bottom line: You can get low cost eye exams of better quality at almost any other optometrist, and you can order glasses of far superior quality and with far superior selection from online glasses stores that will get you your glasses in half the time and for a quarter of the cost of Stanton (which I ended up doing). Overall, a very disappointing, albeit eye-opening, experience.
I am so disappointed with this place. I went in the 2 weeks ago and everything was fine. There were no specials and they didnt offer anything to help financially including the information that two weeks later there would be a 2 pairs for $59.95 + a free exam special so the price was very high for only 1 pair. Then there was no record of my glasses or account over the phone so I went in person and they were ready but my glasses were completely wrong! Now I have to wait ANOTHER two weeks with no offer to help out with anything! Completely unhappy with this place!
Great experience; Dr. Lucero was calm, focused and very informative. Israel, helped me so very much, and really gave me an EXCELLENT price! I would give 5 stars, but I still need to see how good the eye glasses come out... But I am very impressed so far!
Re David: He provided excellent customer service; was technically knowledgeable; professional; pleasant and diligent. When I described a vintage frame I wanted, he searched old stock, but no cigar. He quickly located a close match from the wall inventory. Done deal.David smartly discussed the available options. He was a $$ magician in juggling the costs of the lens, frames, and practical options to fit my budget. i left satisfied. How refreshing. ¡Kudos!

Everything was quick and easy, from booking the appointment to having the exam. Israel was very informative about the type of lenses that would work best for my profession and he helped me out with the pricing of everything. The exam is definitely a different experience, I thought it was fun plus my glasses only took 2 hours to be made. So I definitely recommend this office! 👍🏼👍🏼

I tried to compare this location to my El Paso experience, but its not possible. Israel, the sales Manager in Las Cruces, is head and shoulders above any sales representative my family and I have encountered at Stanton Optical. His professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. My experience was both informative and helpful. Highly recommended.
Lorenzo was great. He was very helpful. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and I was able to leave with one pair within 20 minutes of placing the order. The other ones had a stronger prescription so they have to be ordered. The selection of frames is good. I brought in a prescription from another place so I cant comment on the optometrist.
Had a great experience at Stanton optical Allen was great help got me what i needed and prices were not as overrated as people are posting on these reviews. I have a high script so i knew i was not going to pay $60 for two pairs lets be realistic yall dont expect to go to Firestone and get 4 new tires for $90. You get for what you pay for. Exam free and staff was friendly. Only complain could be it was busy when i went in for my exam.

Had an eye exam,selected two pairs of glasses, and left with them all in about two hours. Im impressed! The staff was super helpful and sweet. Prices were super reasonable considering I got an exam and two pairs of glasses, I honestly dont think you could beat the price anywhere else in town. Lorenzo was so helpful, he answered all my questions and even helped me pick between two pairs of glasses. Id recommend this place for the staff alone, theyre super sweet.

I went to Stanton with very mixed reviews.. Partly because Ive read the negative reviews.. I must say I was impressed by such professionalism I received from David.. He was very attentive and professional.. He explained every thing to me step by step.. Even talked about his personal life.. Which is very rare these days.. I truly appreciate his service and will back again for contacts... Thank you again David...

Stanton Optical and more so Israel did a fantastic job. He was very helpful in the fit and explanation of my new glasses. I would definitely recommend both. The product (glasses) seem to be of a high quality and looking forward to seeing the world through new eyes.
Employees were so nice! David walked me through the whole process, from picking out the frames to breaking down the numbers for the payment process. The work environment was light and cheery as well. Definitely will be a returning customer!
Worst new glasses I have purchased, frames were fine until the lenses were put in, then they hurt. Left eye is out of focus on near sight and right eye out of focus on far sight, can only be from the bad exam. They lied on the cost and lied about when they would come in. The cheap ones from eyemasters were better.

My appointment went well in pretty quick oh, and the staff was awesome. When I finally got to pick my frames David helped me tremendously as well as walking me through what to expect with getting my glasses done. Absolutely awesome, thank you again guys!

LORENZO deserves a 5 star not the store. I truly wasnt going to purchase anything after the first employee failed to properly inform me of my insurance allowance. I only bought glasses for myself and my daughter because Lorenzo apologized for someone elses mistake and looked into my insurance to explain how things go. If Lorenzo didnt help out i would have left and never thought about going back. The glasses for the 2 pairs for 59.99 were very ugly and dont go saying because people take advantage of it. I could take pictures and ask the public what they think to prove it. There was one small section to select from. I should have stuck with our regular guy. I could have received 2 pairs and paid nothing. All because I needed something quickly but was told it takes 2 weeks.. Lorenzo is trying to get them rushed and thats another reason I purchased them. Lorenzo got some extras that would benefit me and because my insurance gave me 25% off it helped a lot. I feel the business needs to care more about people and not money. Or at least pretend better . Ask plenty of questions before doing anything.

I have never been a fan on spending hundreds of dollars on glasses, I would settle for what the insurance covered and called it a day. I had gone to a different optical place were they had to redo my glasses twice which was not a pleasant experience. I went to Station Optical for the first time with that same mind set. I was greeted by David and oh man was I impressed on his professionalism, knowledge and personality. He got me into high index progressive lenses with AR. I was very nervous at first but after putting them on for the first time I adjusted instantly. He walked me through all the steps in how to properly use my glasses. Thanks to David I could never go back on wearing cheap lenses. He definitely changed my mind on how I take care of my eyes. If you are looking for someone that knows what they are talking about and doing go see David he will definitely take care of you!
