I walked into the Las Cruces store on Black Friday and ended up buying the Cadillac of Matresses (The TEMPUR-PEDIC QUEEN TP LUXE BREEZE w/ERGO 2.0 ADJBASE 201). This is definitely not my normal behavior when I am buying an expensive product that I anticipate keeping for at least the next ten years. I would usually research every available option at every store in the city for days before making a purchase of this magnitude. The MattressFIRM representative, Christine, who assisted me, however, was so professional, well informed about her various product lines, non-aggressive, and so focused on working with me to ensure that all my husband’s and my needs were met that I made a purchase right there and then without any further shopping and without even consulting my husband (who knew that I was going mattress shopping but had no idea I would actually make a purchase that day). Since it was Black Friday, Christine was able to afford me a terrific deal, and I left the store feeling so very pleased and confident that I had made the right decision with her help. I had actually been putting off buying a new mattress for years, because it seemed like such a complicated purchase and one that we would be stuck with if I made a bad choice. (MattressFIRM took that issue out of the equation, however, with its “365 Day Happiness Guarantee.”) A top of the line Tempur-Pedic mattress that offers the options of an 8 degree cooler surface to sleep on, pressure relieving material originally developed by NASA as well as various lifting and massage controls and the added stability that you won’t feel tossed around when your mate gets up and down in the middle of the night all made for a winning package for both my husband and me in providing every feature that we wanted. As an older couple who have been craving a good night’s sleep for years now, all I can say is that I wish I had met Christine years ago!
