Where do I begin? We bought a used home from Fiesta a couple of years back. When we purchased the home they said they have a renovation team that fully renovates houses. We took them up on this. While fixing the roof a worker fell through a good part of the roof. While attempting to fix another part of my roof they put a jack through my floor. The workers smoked in my house daily and left butts everywhere. The delivery driver was extremely unprofessional. Which they later hired The delivery man to fix the roof and did a horrible job that had to be redone. The electrical company they use charged us 3 times the going rate and when we confronted fiesta they stuck up for the electrical company. Speaking of the electrician.....western electrical. Theyve been out at least 4 times and we still have breakers popping all the time. When we got power 80% of the house was wired incorrectly! We also had them install a new refrigerated air system. 5000 dollars installed. We have had 4 separate ac companies come out and no body can figure this unit out. It has no name on it. Just a bunch of generic parts from china. The heater has never worked. The AC works when it wants. Technicians cant even find technical data and spec on the unit cause its such a generic unit. Needless to say we had to get out of the contract with fiesta due to total incompetence. The list goes on and on! They left our house in total disarray! Ended up having to hire all new people to come fix what they couldnt! Worst experience EVER!!! Do Not trust these guys!!!!**** EDIT***I am adding a picture of the first response fiesta wrote to my review as they deleted the first response and added what they think is a more professional response.

I DO NOT recommend doing business with these people. April the front desk lady led us on for four weeks about a home that they already sold! We made a 2 hour drive to look at a home we were interested in & decided that we wanted it but we wanted to make sure the driver could get it where we wanted it, so I texted her 4 times a week asking when the driver was going to be able to make it down, and she just kept coming up with excuses why he couldn’t come yet. Not once did she mention how the home we wanted had already been sold! If I could give zero stars I would. The only decent person was ish, the man who informed me that the home had already been sold. What a waste of time

Where to begin! My Fiancee and I had probrably the best expierence possible here at Fiesta Homes. We had been in the market for quite some time and we were opening up our searches when we found Fiesta Homes.I had called to ask questions about times we can come in and if there were any covid restrictions. Once i got my answer right away, we made our way into Las Cruces to go to Fiesta Homes. We walked in and Ms. April greated us with a warm welcome. We then explained to her our situation and finances. We looked at a few homes and then we decided to leave to look around at some other searches we looked up. Before we left we talked and felt like this is the place where we felt most welcome. We walked back in and then the rest was history. Ms April was very attentative to every question we had. If she didnt know the answer she said she would get back to us, and she did every single time within the next couple of hours of asking. April made everything extremely easy and stress free. From signing our first application papers to signing and closing contracts. Everything went as smooth as can be. The delivery driver was very professional and made sure that the home was placed exactly where we wanted it, and triple checked that we were sure. The delievery as smoth as butter. The set up crew were amazing! And by the time we knew it we were living in our new home. We highly recommend Fiesta Homes to anyone looking for a home. Very welcoming and very attenative to all. Thank you so very much for all your hard work everyone at Fiesta Homes we sincerly appreciate it all! :)

My good friends bought a used trailer from these people and the staff did nothing but damage the property more, than fix it. Ive watched my friends pour blood, sweat, tears and so much money into fixing these issues on their own, because this company couldnt do their job. They bought a brand new refrigerated air and heat unit from them that was supposed to be a top of the line, name brand. and yet received a box with random foreign parts that no tech could figure out! When my friends submitted reviews and complaints, they were deleted from the public and they were harassed by employees! BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They should be shut down for false advertising, bait and switch and possibly fraud.

I purchased a used home from Fiesta that was supposed to be renovated by them. 100 percent renovated. Gutted and made new. My wife left a review about our experience and Fiesta said she is not the owner. So since the trailer was purchased in my name IN CASH, I will write the review also. We bought a brand new ac/heater unit that has never worked. This new unit was 5000. We were told we would be getting a name brand unit. We have a metal box full of chinese parts that no technicians have been able to figure out. All the electrical was done incorrectly. The fact that fiesta is still lying about our contract and saying my wife isnt an owner of the home proves thier professionalism. They wrote one response to her review then erased it and wrote another because the first one was so unprofessional. We paid fiesta to fully renovate our home and they failed miserably. Yes older homes have issues. We paid for brand new EVERYTHING and have receipts to prove it. We got out of the contract because they were breaking more than they were fixing. We have documentation to prove everything they did wrong and that everything that had to be redone. We have several local companies that have made repairs to the home and said everything they did was either incorrectly done or subpar equipment. The agreement was they give us money back for things they did incorrectly and to be done with them. We just dont want anyone else to have to go through what we did. They can talk a good game but in the end you will be charged triple the going rate and get extremely low quality work. I am also adding a picture (if they dont keep deleting it) of the first unprofessional snarky response fiesta left on my wifes review.. happy holidays!

Liars. They take your money and dont do the job correctly. You pay more money for top of the line products and you get no named products that no one knows what or how to work on them. Company is very unprofessional.

I was more than pleased with Fiesta Mobile homes while purchasing a mobile home. They went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Fiesta Homes to anyone looking for a new home! I can not explain the wonderful experience we had in choosing, designing and purchasing our new home. Alan must have the patience of a Saint! He answered all of our questions and allowed us to see the home model that we were custom building from the factory any time we needed to. From picking the floor plan to all the changes we made and add-on features he was always kind and friendly. Max guided us through every step from the delivery to the set-up. He was always available if we had any concerns and helped to ensure that the home set up went smoothly. I can honestly say that everyone from the dirt work to the final finishing touches after delivery were so professional, attentive and kind. Not to mention the knowledge and expertise in every single aspect. Fiesta Homes took what could have been a very stressful process and turned it into an overall peaceful experience. I could go on and on with the many little things they did to make our new home dream comes true. Another reason we chose them is they were very happy to allow us to modify and design our home the way we wanted. Adding doors, closets and more square footage down to adding USB ports in different rooms. The other companies did not have those options. There is no other family that will have our floor plan because we custom built many features. Thank you Alan, Max and all your team for helping us through what could have been a 3 month nightmare and made it a fairly enjoyable experience.

We searched high and low back in 2004-5 for the best quality home we could buy and settled on Karsten. There was no competition with their build quality and ability to customize in any way we wanted. Now it’s going on 14 years as a proud homeowner. This home has held up extremely well, but you would expect that since it was built so well to begin with. If we had purchased a site built home verses a factory built one, we would have ended up with a much smaller home and one that wouldn’t have been built as well. If we move from this home someday we will go to any extent we have to in order to get another Karsten. They truly are the place where dreams come true! Thanks to Allen and Max for all their help and patience.

My husaband and I purchased our new home this year through Fiesta Homes of Las Cruces. We began our search a couple years ago. Reshearching Manufactured homes; we wanted a solid built home with tape textured throughout, ( not partially) energy efficient, price reasonable to our liking and the quality of the home we planned on purchasing. We looked and researched for many months and finally we came across Allen Davis at Fiesta Homes of Las Cruces. We were very pleased with his knowledge of the homes he carried; with much looking and traveling to Albuquerque to look, we were hooked on the Karsten/ Clayton Homes ... Allen is very knowledgeable about how these Manufactured Homes are built, durability and the cost to the customer. We want to thank Mr. Davis for his help in our search for our beautiful home that was built in Albuquerque, NM Karsten/Clayton factory ... please know that our search was long and tedious, but eventually after many times of going back n forth to Fiesta Homes to make a complete purchase .. we were able to finance our home and the staff at Fiesta Homes made our experience so much easier. Many thanks as well to Jeff whose quick and professional work has also made our home as we dreamed of.

I Will never and would not recommend anyone to go buy this Place, we went by to see homes older man comes out . So we ask if we could see homes ask can you afford well is it because Im hispanic that he asked I was offended again I asked can we see homes. He then rudely asked how much I could afford I got fed up and left went to oakwood where we were treated with respect.

Not interested in doing business with a salesman who knows more what makes the competitions house wrong than about what makes his house right. Hard pass.

Sales person was horrible ! We walked in to look for 4 bd. And was only shown a cheap model. His response was This is all we have in your price range! Overall horrible buyer experience !
