BOTTOM LINE IDGAF who says different; JACKIE J. is AWESOMENESS in a human body. The home and property packages are great. Was trying to get approvals for a traditional home like we all do. So much BS. People not showing everyone they are important and their potential business is wanted. HERE YOU GET THAT EVERY MOMENT YOU SPEAK TO HER. 1000 thumbs up with 1000 stars. I am glad to have a first purchased home with land with OAKWOOD HOMES. WITHOUT JACKIE I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT PURCHASING ONE. No JACKIE, OAKWOOD WOULD NOT BE THE SAME!!!!

Looking for land mobile home package all you showed me were mobile homes

I had seen them at the fair, and the wine festival before. They offered the most beautiful homes I have seen. The staff was very friendly and spoke Spanish. I was amazed by the strength of the homes. My wife and kids also liked the houses more than the actual home we live in.

I was told to go check out Oakwood because they were super nice and had great homes. I had a horrible experience today. I wasnt even there 10 minutes before I was shooed out the door. I talked to I think Jesse was was his name, and he basically told me that my credit wasnt good enough to even show me the cheapest house they had. Thanks for the advise on getting better credit dude, my husband and I will not be back when it is better.

Beyond Horrible!!!Doing business with them was the WORST decision we made to say the least..!!!!!!DO NOT do business with them if you want to enjoy the experience of buying a new home and and want to get what you pay for. They say one thing and do another, they don’t care about anything but the money they are making.!!!!!!!The only 2 employees worth anything there are Darla and Maritza. They deserve 5stars.!

Will not do business with them again they said less than perfect credit will get approved not the case their sales are also fake i have good credit and go denied.

One house I want to view the inside is ALWAYS locked.. why is this..??? What is wrong that they cant take off the handle so people can view the home... cheap, cheap!!!
