Great tasting cookies!!! My favorite is their Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies. I absolutely rave about them to everyone I know. They really needed to make that a permanent menu item.

My nephew-in-law introduced us to Crumbl during my wedding week and we’ve been hooked ever since. For the wedding week, my sister-in-law ordered a box of 12. Since then we made 3 more orders of the box of 6. My husband likes to check their menu very Monday now just to check out the new flavors. I think we have an obsession…😅 We’ve only ordered from UNLV since it’s the closest and made 1 order from the one in Henderson since we were in the area. The UNLV will always be our go to. The sizes between the two locations doesn’t even compare!

Amazing cookies! These guys are focused on cookies, and I love it. If youre looking for coffee or mocha, frappe, latte.. um yeah these guys do cookies. Starbucks is not far if you want a coffee. But Ill tell ya, these are unmatched, Ive never gotten this kind of taste and service at the same place, and Im Mr. Worldwide. Thank you for enhancing my Vegas visit every time. You are the best.

The cookies were delicious! We got the set of 4. Couldnt wait-had to taste a bite right away. Flavors: Rocky Road, Chocolate Chip, Butter cup, Frosted Sugar cookie. They were hot and filling. Customer Service was great!

It’s hard to eat cookies when they are raw in the middle. I got the taste of flour 😕. I order a 6 pack of cookie 5/6 were still raw in the middle. The only cookie that wasn’t raw was the pumpkin roll cookie. And these cookies aren’t exactly cheap it was $23 (rounding numbers).

Amazing customer service I really should have got the name of the man working this morning to compliment his work ethic & customer service. I plan on catering an event soon and he was informative & friendly. I highly recommend having your employees names printed on the receipts. Everything was fresh and to perfection. 4 stars only because I wasnt a fan of the location but that is a personal preference. Keep up the great work!!! 🍪

Crumbl cookies are hands down the best cookies that exist! We love so many flavors. Visit almost every single week and are never disappointed with taste. However, today was the first time trying delivery and not only was our order messed up omitting our favorite flavor, we did not receive the cookies until 1.5 hours later than scheduled. I am very disappointed in the delivery service and will never be ordering from this store again. Much more pleasant to drive myself to another location! :)

Ordering on the app was simple, had them deliver it to my car, no issues at all with that. But the best experience of all was the cookies! These are easily some of the best cookies I’ve ever had, and well worth the price. I love the idea of the rotating menu, and I look forward to trying more!

Decided to try Crumbl Cookies- UNLV. It was awesome. Car side service was impeccable and the cookies when we got home were as big as the kids faces. Definitely will do it again.

Crumble Cookies are so delicious especially when fresh and warm. Every week I cannot wait to see the flavors of the week. The price is well worth it. Love getting cookies delivered when delivery is free, otherwise Ill pre-order and pick them up. The ice cream is pretty tasty too. Customer service is always great, if you ever have a problem, theyre always willing to fix it and make you happy.

My coworker bought some of these cookies for everyone and they were absolutely delicious! Also fair warning they’re huge too so we had to share!

The fist time I had these they were gifted to me during a very difficult time in my life, the loss of my father. I have to say it was a very nice gesture from the thoughtful friend that send them to our family. They definitely are like no other cookie out there. They are amazing! We’ve been enjoying these cookies since we learned of them :)

Today I stop by to see what this place was about it. Found out it was heaven lol. Great customer service. The young lady that was helping me was really helpful. She asked if it was my first time and it was. Got myself the four pack and it is definitely worth every penny. Definitely going back again next week to see what kind cookies they have. Apparently every week is different flavor cookies that they make.The only thing negative is that they gave me the box dirty.

Ive had crumbl cookies before with no issues before but this one in particular was horrible..i broke a cookie in half and out came a long strand of hair in between the dough…

I am on vacation and heard great things about crumbl. I order some and paid over $20 for four cookies and a water. I was so excited and they were still warm. They do not taste good. The sugar frosting is awful and made me sick to my stomach. I had such high hopes and they are so expensive for them to not taste good at all. Id return them if I could for a refund! Terrible.

Dont get me wrong, the cookies are to die for. However the delivery is consistently anywhere from 40-80 minutes later than the estimated time they give us after the order is placed! Sigh.

Delicious cookies and they roll out new ones every Monday. If you love a cookie this week, it might not be available next week, not sure how often they repeat. Staff are great and service is fast. The store is on the main Maryland street next to Robertos.

Super soft cookies, the flavors change every week. They are not basic cookies lol. They are super good and the portion of the cookie is big which I love. The few encounters that I pick up the staff is super nice.

3 of the six flavors were sold out. An ice cream was purchased but they had no spoons. My youngest was in tears because they did not have anything she would eat and had been so excited. The cashier replied whatever when I expressed my concern. We then waited 20 minutes for our cookies. We usually live this place and the service is usually great but today it was poor and apathetic. It will be a while before I try them again. I get that sometimes you run out of something and I get that sometimes mistakes happen and the wait is longer but to be so rude and apathetic really bothers me.

The aesthetic of the place is nice with the pink boxes and pink wall. The cookies taste really good and the employees are always super nice. They do take a long time to make the cookies how everything, and there I no place fo sit in the Maryland location. Wish they would give a student discount since it’s in front of Unlv. First time being inside of a Crumbl. Service was quick and courteous. Very spartan interior. The cookies were prepared right after I ordered, such that the cool frosting was applied on one and the honey, sea salt, graham cracker were added to another.

Very unique cookies. We got 6 different kinds and they were all great. There was a maple-something (i forget) but it was the best. Dangerously good. If I lived near one Id be 1000 lbs.

Cookies are amazing, but for a $5.99 delivery fee and they don’t arrive when they say they will drops 5 stars to 3. smh for that price they should be here when they say they will be. Order was to be delivered at 9:51 and I’ve had 2 change in times. It’s now a 10:12 arrival and as I write this it’s 10:17 and no delivery.

Not so great experience. I know we are in covid and we dont have interactions as much but this store can do better.Went in las night and got the generic greeting for coimg in. Get to the counter for and stand for a couple of minutes and nobody says anything. I thought was odd and there was 4 to 5 employees working looking st us and not saying anything. I figured it out we have to enter the order on the tablet and pay. I felt it would be a bother to ask for help. The next customer after us got the explanation on how to order. Just thought the experience could be better if yiu want repeat customers. I always tip but they felt bothered with me being there if they were not willing to help us out why should I tip.Moving forward I dont know if I would go back to give my buness. I hope they dont treat a their customers like that.

Very good cookies, the chocolate chip is awesome and I like the rotating cookie flavors.The downside is the packaging way too much waste. I live nearby and walk here but I hate having to carry an almost 2 foot long box for just 4 cookies. I understand some cookies won’t hold up to being stacked on top of each other but for some cookies like chocolate chip there should be an option to have like individual bags to put them in.I honestly don’t come here more often because of this and I walk by here all the time.The packaging definitely needs to be more environmentally friendly.

They have no public restroom.I was told to just go to Robertos next door or the tea place next door.I went to Robertos in the guy at Robertos said the restrooms are for customers only.So I supported this location bought a cookie for $4.I tipped $3 to the girl at the cash register at crumble.Theres no restroom to use and they say just go everywhere else but everywhere else they wont let you use it.Not a good situation definitely not going to come back to this area that is so clean so new so nice however no one cares even if you patronize a person next door no one cares.Not a very good setup.Eben Rockmaker

The entire place smells like fresh baked sweets. The associates are friendly and the cookies are delicious for what they cost. Not bad. The parking is lacking however because its on the other side of the building, but thats not much an issue. If you like cookies, and I usually dont, I recommend this place for all your cookie needs.

The staff here are extremely helpful and courteous too all who visit. Even their telephone curtesy is awesome. When I pick up, my cookies are always warm and placed neatly in the box, a smile and a thank you is always given when they’re handed over as well. You guys are awesome .. keep staying great.
