Ordered drip coffee, it was cold. Was told this was due to creamer bring added. They did remake it. Tables were all dirty, they must be seriously understaffed. Had to clean and wipe my own table.Bathrooms were awful. No tp, no seat covers, dirty floors and dirty as in not cleaned properly ever.Would only go to drive thru . Yuk

Service was good. Its a lousy place to try to concentrate because music is constant 70+ decibels.

From the moment of getting in line until we got our coffees we waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 Venti iced white chocolate mochas and 2 breads. They didnt apologize for the wait but employee was friendly and high spirited.

I always like to order my drink on app and its conveniently ready when one picks it up, however, todays experience was quiet different. I arrived to pick up drink and they claim they had no order under my name, so I showed clerk the confirmation on phone. So, they also told me upon arrival that they had no more mango dragon fruit 😢, they made my two drinks with only lemonade. In result, I was late to work and did not receive what I ordered. There should not be an option for that flavor if store doesnt have it in stock. I order online to save time ⏲️ and just pick up drink. There should not be a delay of 10 to 15 minutes, upon arrival.

I love Starbucks, I look for starbucks coffee shop everywhere I go, love there coffee I always order white chocolate mocha with toffee nut love it!!..they got lots other different flavors but thats the main one I order, but my cold drink is caramel frappe with whip cream on top drizzle with toffee nut, so delicious fulfilling!!!!!..

I come to this location almost every day. Whenever Inez is working as soon as I walk in she knows what Im going to order. She is a very valuable asset to your team that you should be proud to have working for you. No other Starbucks gives me this same experience. To them Im a number. Here at this location Inez makes it feel like home in the morning!

Cant ever go wrong with a frappuccino.

No changing table in either bathroom, one toilet clogged, no toilet paper, no napkins... and they didn’t have the food I ordered so they just never said anything. When I could finally get someone to pay attention to me, they admitted it and offered a refund. Employees nice but ultimately not helpful.

I use to work at a customer service before so it does hurt me writing this but I just cant wake the service they do in this place, they are always unhappy, sloppy, slow and even the manager doesnt seems to like that place, the first time I was there they were surprised that I had a mobile order done there, than the second time they almost screamed at me for a mobile order too, and just last night I was craving a caramel coffee as I like to ask for it every time, but they had other plans, it was only 3 cars away from me and the guy literally took him 15 min for 3 coffees, than when I got to the window they even put what I asked for even though they charged me for it, plus they run out of honey, I told the guy it was OK for regular sweetener it took him about 3 min to pour 4 pumps and give me my coffee, its redundant to say that I was late to work and my coffee taste just wrong. So I write this hopefully for a new customer to see this and not go there until they fix those behaviors I understand those guys need a job, but its not hard to do it and theyre making like its the most difficult job in the entire world, so easy to say that I will never coming back to this place, I rather spent the long lines at Stockton than paying for a drink that I wont like

Just about every time I order something from here, its unavailable. Whether it be a frappuccino or dessert, and its not just every once in a while. Today I asked for 3 things on the menu and they said they didnt have it any of it. Whats the point in going there if they never have what you want to buy?

Something in the water made the drinks we ordered taste different than usual.

If youre looking for a cozy and study time worthy atmosphere, this isnt it. Sitting is limited, mostly high chairs. Not the type of setting that invites you to get comfy and stay. Maybe thats exactly the purpose since this is a rather small location. Expect the pick up counter to be crowded as it sits at an angle away the very back of the shop. The shop is right off of I-5 so theres usually a lot of foot traffic here. Overall, its clean and organized. Good for a grab-and-go.

Every time I get White mocha there it tastes like warm milk. All the other Starbucks tastes like its supposed to. :(

The baristas are really nice. For a while they were overwhelmed and not able to provide that extra level of service. With the new Starbucks opening on Louise, some of the pressure had been taken off and the baristas are able to provide that extra level of service.

I waited 30 minutes just to get my food while the employees were talking about their day off. Not one employee asked me what I needed even though they all watched me standing there with my arms crossed. Terrible.

Three people ahead of me in line, 7:30 on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Six people working: one cashier, one at drive-thru window, two making drinks, two in back room doing God knows what but not helping customers. Finally gave my order at 7:45: two iced drinks, two heated sandwiches, one yogurt parfait. Sandwiches were ready at about 7:55. Finally got drinks at 8:05.I am giving two stars instead of only one because the staff was extra friendly. I think part of the problem with this location is the interior setup. Plenty of seating but the staff work area is inefficient. There is a long central work island. The cashier is stationed at the front counter, and the center of one long side of the island is behind her. Every time the cashier needed something, she had to go all the way around the island to get it: a spoon for the parfait, a refrigerated bacon-gouda sandwich, etc., resulting in much wasted time. I also noticed that the drink makers made a lot of trips into the back room - for what? Supplies? Asking questions of the two guys back there? Who knows?The best thing about this location was the ample parking, especially if you’re towing a trailer, as we happened to be doing on this occasion.

Just an average Starbucks. Bathrooms are by the front door, and kind of awkward. Not a bad stop on a road trip, but not a place I would plan to stop.

Great, friendly staff. Great atmosphere and excellent service.They changed the staff. I ordered a Spinach feta wrap and never got it. I told them about it and I still didnt get it. They just took my money. I had to leave to go eat somewhere else.

I came mid rush and they had a line of thirsty drivers in the drive thru and a line of customers that all got prompt service. I hardly had to wait for my drink and I was warmly greeted with smiles. Only extra encouragement I have for this place is to get Jose (I believe I read his name correctly) to smile! It really goes a long way.

Super disappointed that I made a mobile order, only to find out that the lobby was closed and I would have to go pick it up at the drive-thru. I understand that things happen, but this has occurred multiple times and it completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. When I got to the window, I politely asked if my drink could be remade since I wasnt anticipating waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru line to pick up my mobile order. The barista agreed, but when I got to the window I was handed a drink that had been sitting for 25 minutes, and it was completely separated. I wont be coming back.

I ordered the smallest Green Tea Frappacino but received the largest, rather than waste I kept and paid for it. The taste was very good although I couldnt finish it before it got to warm to drink.

You should get the Starbucks app you can order on your phone at home, drive to whatever store you like and order from, than when you get there you walk in grab the drink with your name on it and walk out. No waiting in line and you dont even have to talk to any one ! .
