Have pawned items often when emergencies arised. Have also purchased there. Process was quick and easily explained. Staff is friendly, informative & understanding. Always a great experience.

I went to this place 05/13/2020 to get my young daughter a Emergencyphone, I went home and try putting the phone under my plan just to find out that the IME number was still in use by the owner and the phone might have been stolen ( metro Pcs said that) I went back the very same day and told them what happened and they changed me $14 dollars for stock fee after they sold me a phone that could have been stolen. Not only that,there is this one skinny dork skin lady there that have the worst attitude ever.

The reviews are true. Their parking lot is empty for a reason. Kethley had both an attitude and some tracks coming loose/falling out. If you’re going to act like you’re better than someone, at least look the part.Going forward I’ll stick to Craigslist to sell my boys old electronics. It may take longer, but at least I’ll get closer to what they’re worth!

The management and employees at this store are very rude. They are unprofessional in the way they handle the customers and have, what seems to be, a superiority complex. I would strongly recommend going to the surrounding pawnshops in that area instead. Pawn Max or Peoples Pawn. Peoples pawn and Pawn Max also offer a courtesy extension if you are unable to make it in to make a payment. Cash America does NOT. They will pull your item. So if you are out of town or in the hospital or in a situation that does not allow you the ability to come in and make a payment, it will be defaulted and sold. Pawn Max will definitely help you out. I have had a situation where I could not make it in for two days and they notated my situation and they put an extension on it so that it did not get sold.

Some employees were nice except for Natasha.. she was sighing and rolling her eyes.. we were selling an iPad mini and it was acting slow and she was like IM TALKING TO YOU UGH when we were in the middle of speaking smh I hope she gets fired.. she has ugly short curly box dyed red hair.. The customer service is horrible. Every time I call and ask for something they dont know what they have and ask me to come to the store. When I go to the store its a waste of time because they dont even have what I want. The pawn max next door has far better customer service

I personally have had great experiences and the costumerservice is everyone for him self you cant possibly judge the entire business on one character someone who probably was having a bad day... Ijs

Yes the employees are little slow even when there are no customers. But they give you the best amount on loans.

I dont no what happened i called in to ask a question in they were so so so rude they hang up in my face very bad pawn shop and very rude
