He was a nice man professional I had called him on Thursday of last week and I told him looking 4 looking for a mechanic that could get me in and out get I needed it back so he stood on his word and thats what he did he fix my car and a short length of time and now Im driving real good now and he was he wad telling me what part that he went on ahead and fixed.but he didnt have to and me as a customer I appreciate him and this is my first time visiting him Thank You Complete Automotive

I needed my spark plugs changed, I called valvoline to find a good place and they recommended Billy. I called him and immediately I knew he was legit. He is very knowledgeable and tells you exactly whats going on and why he did what he did. Very fast service considering he just took us in when he was already busy and had it done the next day. We have just found our family mechanic. 🚗

Billy is awesome. He is very thorough in his work checking for every defect to make you aware of everything that is wrong with your vehicle. I have a teenage driver and Billy fixed everything so my child can be safe on the road. It may take a couple of days until he can get to your vehicle but it is worth it. Billy is honest and his pricing is reasonable. Complete Automotive is my first choice for my vehicle repairs.

They are the best!! I had an issue with my car another shop tried to fix it but didnt but charge me an arm leg and a big toe. I went to Complete he told me the problem but advised me to get another car because it wouldnt be worth it to fix. He could have just robbed me like the other place. Highly recommended from me.

They have even replaced a part that they had ordered and installed that was faulty without charging us any additional labor. Awesome mechanics! They take the time to explain in detail what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix it, and have always been available when we needed them. They recently got my daughters 64 Comet up and running in no time and have worked on my wifes Ford in the past. Very reasonable rates as well. I only wish they would on my Volvo. This is one of the best automotive repair shops around they said it would take a few hours to get to and it wasn’t even an hour and my car was being looked at and I was told it would cost x amount and they even worked with me on the repair cost and my car was in the shop getting fixed I definitely will be back for any other repairs very friendly staff

Called them and without hesitation offered assistance in identifying and fixing an electrical problem that I had been chasing for 5 days. Took the time to explain on what and why the repair was done. I have known Billy and Danny for over 20 years, and they keep my 93 GMC with 353,000 miles on it running great ! Just recently came by early in the morning, and they replaced the AC by the afternoon. Billy spent a few hours to get a hard to find part just to fix the AC the same day. Always appreciate the thorough work done by Billy and Danny !

Ive had several things done from this garage ... other places treat my wifes car like it has the plague simply because its a difficult car to work on ... the ASE certified mechanic on duty did the job in 1 day when most places told me it would take a week or more to do because of the difficulty. Theyve worked on my truck when it was burning oil other mechanics told me that it needed a new engine... The ARE certified mechanics at this shop found that it was an intake pan gasket leaking ... again this difficult find was repaired in 1 day ...
