My first time experience with them has been horrible! It has been 5 days since my refill of a very important prescription needed to be due to be filled. I was told that it had to be ordered from the warehouse and I should get it in 1 to 2 days. It has been 5 going on 6 days and Im still waiting!! I had a previous prescription that I got told the same thing and then informed that the warehouse didnt have it and they had to order it. I went through a withdrawal and had to go to the hospital. I then had to get my doctor call it in to a pharmacy who had the medication in stock. Whats up with that??? Not once but twice!!! Very disappointed! Ive never had this problem with any other pharmacy. I hope I get it SOON😡

Great customer service

Dr office calls medicine in for my children. Three hours later after picking up one from school, I wait 30 mins. To be told that its not ready, and hasnt even been worked on. Seriously, Im a single parents with two toddlers and no Help! Why fax, or call in a prescription, to not work on it?

Great staff. Just a long wait time

The staff is friendly but they system sucks. I call to have my prescription refilled, I always wait in line 20nins or longer just for them to tell me they havent received my request, then I could tell them in front of their faces well Thats fine can you go ahead and have it refill and that I will come back to pick it to go back the next day and wait again in line for 20mins or longer to tell me again that it havent been refilled. They need a better system, something needs to be DONE

Staff is always friendly and prompt. Orders are filled on time unless its something they do not usually carry then they will let you know and work on getting it for you within a few days. Never had any trouble with anything.

Need a better system of dropping off and picking up medicine. Wait time is way to long.
