Went in to pay my bill and there were other customers who were being helped. There was only one employee that was visable and she appeared to be quite young yet she greeted me and gave me the opportunity to explain I was there simply to make a payment. She acknowledged that and finished up something she was doing and was able to take my payment real quickly without causing any huge delay for the family she was helping. I was in and out and on my way with no waiting and was impressed by her good customer service skills especially for as young as she seemed and I could tell from the little bit I witnessed that she didnt have a group of easy customers they had a lot of questions and obviously hadnt been able to decide what they wanted before they got there. I am not typically a Boost Mobile customer however I was in need of a phone and got a great deal. The phone was new just needed activating and I havent had any reason to complain.
All lies! So I go here to have a Boost phone unlocked so I can activate it with a different Sprint MVNO. Pretty standard request. The woman says you can only use Boost phones with Boost in a condescending tone as if Im a moron. I explain to her that no they can be unlocked and she says to go to one of those multi carrier stores and they can hack it as if Im asking for something clandestine and illegal. I explain to her that Ive had Boost unlock many devices for me and mentioned that its now required by federal law that carriers unlock devices on demand with only a few things able to keep it locked initially. She starts speaking in Spanish to another customer so I give up the unlocking quest and tell her I want to activate it with Boost. I figured that would be painless. Wrong! She says do you want the $45 plan or the $60 plan with no mention of any details at all. I wanted to err on the safe side and get the $3 daily plan and switch to a monthly plan once I actually get the details and know what Im paying for. She immediately without hesitation says oh her system is down and she cant activate the $3 daily plan only the two she mentioned. I walked out because I know its all a lie and a scam at this store and Boost corporate will be getting this report too. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! 📵
Best costumer service here, I highly recommend this location to do any switch over or an upgrade. Maria was the sales representative who helped me out she was really nice and helpful
Maria the sales rep was great, she solved my problem. The customer service rep I was on the phone with for 30 minutes didnt solve my problem or send me the email that was to help with my problem. Maria didnt stop assisting me until my problem was solved. Great service
The people in there are always so nice and helpful to me and I love the atmosphere.
Walked in and although another customer was in the store was not at all Greeted to even say Ill be right with you at least I would have felt comfortable waiting. After 5 minutes I just walked out. Poor Customer Service. Id never go back here for that reason alone.
