Josue was super polite and kind, he went above and beyond for my husband and I. He provided exceptional customer service and had a vast wealth of knowledge on the products. He was honest and helped me make the best choice.

I went into the store ask Ceasar to help me transfer my data from one phone to another. He informed me, we work with commission. Im not obligated to help you with that. That extra. Come back with the person that sold you the phone. I have other customers I can make commission. Im not making any money from helping you.

Great sevice

Over the course of the last month or so, the employees in this store have been extremely unhelpful. My grandmother purchased a new phone 5 weeks ago and has returned at least 5 times (including twice today) due to not being able make or receive calls at random times. Every time we return to fix the phone, they complete a refresh and the phone works for a few days and then the issue arises again. After entering the store this afternoon, both Rony & Alan G offered very little direct help or empathy in us asking for a new device, redirected us to customer service knowing that they wouldn’t be able to help over the phone, and told us to go to a corporate Metro PCS location but refused to provide or look up an address. I will not be returning to this location—ever.

I went in and the gentleman there answered every question I had. Helped me feel really comfortable and making my decision it was quick and painless. Everything happened so seamlessly I left there feeling ecstatic! Alan he was so nice and any doubts I had went out the window told me how great the option I chose was and I just dont think I could have dealt with a better person!

Cant get any better!!. This it has been my store since Im a Metro customer and for good. The owner got me in an excellent deal for me and my wife and we got out of the store very happy and satisfied of our membership with metro. And since the lady owner happened to be there this time, it helped us to get an awesome deal in new phones and items for my wife and me. Its been like that since the beginning. And all of the employees there do the best to make every customer happy. ¡Cinco estrellas!And if I could give 10 I would.Thank you very much!

They have great customer service and answered my questions regarding my bill. I was able to pay the same $40 plan but with double the data. Now and days you have to try to save as much as you can right.Thanks Metro Team!!!!!!

ZTE phone that I got and if a motion for $29 or $39 somebody stole that calling for so long and never took it off the books will listen my phone service is not with you guys anymore I have a new service and newcomb so whoever has this phone is going offline and locked in the phone right now stop by to have great deals on phones they have no contracts no credit checks you bring your number over and get a free phone take care of see you guys soon bye bye

If you want to work here or even shop there I strongly suggest u don’t.The owner of this metro doesn’t pay u and hardly communicates not only that but she’ll say one thing and then say something different the next.As for some of the coworkers they can be rude.(bad service)
