I take back the good review. Was sold a defective phone case. They told us to call warranty but since it is a discontinued product they cant replace it. Went back to store, employee said no refunds, only manager can give refund but she wasnt there. Went back next day my husband was refused a refund because it was 8 days since purchase. Really Larissa? Do better. The case was overpriced and defective and your store said tough.Horrible service. My husband said the employees were rude and condescending.We had great service. Samantha was so nice and extremely helpful and thorough! She made it so easy for us, thank you!

I needed to figure out how to attend an online conference at Clinton lake. The staff listened to me and help me come up with the best option. I loved it because they could have tried to upsell me to the most expensive option. But they didnt. I left with the most effective and least expensive one for my needs! I was able to attend and enjoy my view at the lake.

Nice having local Cricket store but it is always understaffed. Had to wait 30 minutes for the only clerk in the store. (I know its a first world problem). Employees are always helpful and friendly.

I came here simply to pay my phone bill and I have been standing in this store without even being acknowledged for over 30 mins! I can hear other employees in the back. Poor customer service, even if you can’t help a customer right away, you acknowledge them and tell them you’ll help them ASAP. I had places I had to be that I am now late for because of your poor service.

The guy there was very unprofessional. The 1st time I went in, he was playing video games and texting at the same time he was helping me. So the 2nd time(different day) I went in hoping I would get some one else instead of him but he did the same thing. He told me I dont know how to unlock your phone. He was just there to get paid and not caring to help. So I decided to stay with T-Mobile. Even though I pay 3 times more but I get a better customer service there.
