Yeahhh, no. This place is awful. The people behind the counter are incredibly unprofessional. My experience here was trying to get one of my packages because apparently this is my closest UPS access point. I got an email saying my package was here, and to come get it. I came, asked for it, showed my license...no package. I tried to show them the email, ask where my package was, ask what the next step was. They legitimately ignored my questions and gave me blank stares. My workaround has been to send my packages to my moms instead so that I never have to deal with this again.

Service is always very attentive and polite! Never have a problem getting my needs met
