Heres the thing... They didnt have what I wanted and we ended up getting the wrong part. Their service and how they fixed it is why Im giving the 5 stars. This store has super cheap tools and such. You get what you pay for, should go without saying. The service at this location is exceptional.

Purchased a predator inverter last July. I did not purchase extended warranty. I ended up not needing it until now. It did start when I purchased it and it started two other times recently. It hasn’t even had one hour total usage. Harbor Freight just basically said too bad! Never buy Harbor Freight Brand!

Friendly, efficient guy got me set up quick.I took off one star b/c the website insists that curbside pick-up is available & its pretty aggravating to go through the process & call only to discover that this is false. Not staffs fault. Still,I could actually afford the automotive fuses I desperately needed here. Whereas the local Automotive shops all had scarce selection and what I needed would have literally cost 10Xs what I paid here. I dont know if the quality is equal or poor but theyre working now and Im not. *(Well, they WERE working until my idiot boyfriend broke everything again.)

Got a case and some other tools. Love how when I go in an am looking Round the staff always ask if I need something an cant find it they know where its at an if they have it in stock.

The staff here is eager to help. The layout of the store is very spacious compared to the Topeka location because this is a new building. I can usually find what I need at a bargain price and lifetime tool warranty is a big perk.

This isnt just a guys store. I love going there. Yesterday wasnt a very good experience. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Pricing on items very confusing. Saw an item for $28.99 and what I thought was a SALE TAG for $19.99. Made sure it was for the same product. At register, was charged 28.99 explained the situation and the employee stated that 19.99 price was for paying members only. First of all I didnt know about that membership and second thats pretty slick of them to put the fine writing at the bottom of the sales tag... Not happy with this experience. Cashier, nice kid, didnt even offer a compromise or an apology

Clean store. Careful when walking through the parking lot. If an attractive lady is going to the nearby liquor store. Nobody is paying attention to their driving.

It was just great. Everyone there is always curtious, helpful, and nice. Its a really nice store to. And Im not kidding either. That was my 3rd visit at this store on 23rd street in Lawrence KS and each time as always the employees were engaged and always asked if you needed help...Even if I had questions they were helpful...The store is well arranged, easy to find stuff with isles labeled. All in all it was a great experience. Keep up what you are doing. It goes a long way for customer service and business. The employees their do a really great show showing interest and keeping the customers involved in conversation 👍. Everyone knows it isnt the high quality products sold here, but also not expensive. Best yet if most if things sold in store breaks there is a No Hassle return policy, even w/ NO receipt. The Cherry to top it all off is getting a FREE flashlight/tarp just for buying anything in the store. Plenty of specials and coupons if you look for them. I received 30% off 5 items that were under $10.00

Made a phone call they said that they had what I was looking for walked in got it got out 10 mins or less done.

Gift card city for the guys. Great place for tools, especially when youre in a bind. Yes theres some cheap stuff but theres also some good quality tools. That ball joint press set you rent from the auto parts store is here. If nothing else you can put your hands on that tool youve been debating about getting and see if it will fit your needs, how it feels, looks, functions, how its built, etc. Employees are generally helpful and engaging. This is the 3rd location of this chain Ive visited and theyre pretty consistent.

Tools, like paint and toilet paper, are one of those things where you get what you pay for. I typically invest in high quality tools that will last a lifetime, but if I need something that Ill probably only use 2 or 3 times a year I shop here first. Great selection of cheap tools and the staff is quite friendly.

The more expensive brands that harbor freight carries are actually quite good.Recommend the Hercules miter saw.Also, the employees here are really great. They will look up coupons for you on the spot and help you get a deal.

This store is great! The staff is friendly and its clean and well organized. Prices are friendly as well. I was shopping for an inexpensive power washer and one big box store wanted $170 for a 17,000 psi. I found one similar at Harbor Freight for $70. Nuff said.

THIS store is extremely nice compared to most of the stores...but...they tell you the have things when you call but they dont have them when you arrive 15 minutes later.

My husband loves these stores. I actually have to admit just walking around with him sometimes is also fun for me. They have so many other things other then just tools. And several ladies that will help other ladies.

Thank goodness there is a local harbor freight! Tons of needed tools and items that for so long have only been stocked by higher priced hardware and big box stores. Staff are super friendly and helpful, went on a busy day and their card machine was down so they offered to apply an additional discount at the register. This store and its products are a lifesaver for the do-it-yourselfer.

They have good customer service and many sales on items. I am rating thier best category of tools, namely Hercules, Icon, Fortress, Doyle, Youkon, etc. Ive not been disappointed with these tools quality.
