The lady that worked in the store was so helpful! She was very knowledgeable about their appliances. Was able to give us a number for someone that could work on my sons dryer and saved so much money! Love this place!!

I inherited the appliances in my home when I moved to the area, and I have had multiple issues with my refrigerator since the beginning. And had to fight with the Home warranty company to cover what they are required to under contract to do. Brent has been more than helpful at coming out to diagnose and replace parts on the fridge, and allow time to see if they solve the problem and deal with the insanity that comes from Warranty insurance staff who are difficult to work with. Will keep coming back to him for repairs and ultimately purchases when its time. Thanks for being awesome!

Best find in lawrenceburg. Big box stores had nothing, but Kelly did. AND he beat their prices. Fast and friendly service. I will definitely return.

After 16 years of fathfully heating, drying and fluffing my clothes, pillows and blankets, my dryer thru in the towel and quit without notice! I checked with friends, family and every for sale add out there to no avail. Then I heard of Kelly Appliances. They had so much to choose from. I fell in love with my new Bosch dryer! It moved in the same day. Its been 8 months and not so much of a squeak can be heard while Bosch is working hard to live up to my ex-dryers reputation! Dont like it no finance without credit check. Got appliances sitting outside in the weather ruining says they use for parts so they wouldnt sell them to me. Too high of prices for their stuff.
