Rent a center in Lawrenceburg has seriously been OUTSTANDING when it comes to getting you what you want, working with you on payments, and going above and beyond to help me in any way they can! My very old TV went out one morning and I called the store to find a replacement to rent until I could buy a new one. Amanda answered the phone when I called and was extremely friendly, kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time I needed and gave me the exact TV I wanted. She didn’t try to “sell” me anything but met the exact need I had. And Shawn delivered the TV that afternoon and was kind enough to do the complete installation for me at no charge (something he didn’t have to do) and I was watching my new TV by the time he left. Shawn was also friendly, kind, patient, and understanding. I’ve also dealt with Tony, the store manager, who is as nice and friendly as the other people I’ve dealt with at the Lawrenceburg Rent A Center. I give the store 5 stars!

I have been a customer at this location for years. The employees are like an extended family who check in on us just to see how we are doing. Always friendly and helpful. I have asked for items they didnt have before and they didnt rest until they helped me find them and gave me a great deal. Always top of the line merchandise.

I have now bought a few things from there, that I am still using today. There service has been great. And when every one told me i would have to wait till after the weekend, well they brought it to me that night. There where a couple occasions I had things going on. Sure enough they worked with me and figured it out. Great group of people up there I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to rent a center in Lawrenceburg as soon as I got to the store I was greeted with a smile and they answered all my questions, I told them what I was looking for and they brought it to me to see if that’s what I wanted and it was so in purchased it and they delivered it the same day and at the time they said they would be at my apartment and dealing with Amanda she helped me with the online app so I can pay my bill online and she was very helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation.

We got a refrigerator from them, it had a small issue, with the Ice maker and they had someone out there within the week to repair it. Very friendly employees. Will probably use them again when needed.

Have had an acct. With them for over a year had no problems even when work was slow. They work with you on anything you get. Very courteous and business mannered.

Be very cautious when renting at this store, I had rented a cell phone through them and when I lost my job due to health reasons, I knew I could not pay for the phone so it was returned to the store. When asking for a recept my wife was told she did not need one. Now the store claims we never turned it in. When ask if we could look through the store security camera footage to prove who she turned it into ll and behold their cameras dont work how convenient. Every scare tactic they could come up with they have used, threats to turn this case over to the county attorney to suing me in court to coming to my house to collect merchandise that has already been returned. By the way the county attorney doesnt handle this type of case I called and checked. Be very cautious in dealing with this store, they are very unprofessional, they have very lose management, and no sense of responsibility.
