Me my husband and all 5 of our kids see Dr. Amanda Smith! She is Amazing at telling me the problem and fixing it! She is so sweet too! Her entire staff is so sweet! Weve seen a lot of optometrist and Dr. Smith is truly the best!!

Dr. Amanda and her staff treated me like family. Dr. Rob found a great replacement. I always try to support local establishments, and when they are as sweet as these ladies it makes it easy!

New owners of this practice have really added to their frame lines. Easily the best around here. Staff is very friendly and nice.

I first saw Dr. Smith on October 10, 2020 to have my eye exam. She ordered lenses for a frame that I had, and she charged me $561 which included a $35 Medicare Copay and I picked them up in about two weeks. I wore this prescription for about six weeks but went back because my vision was blurred in my right eye.In December Dr. Smith rechecked my eye and had the lenses remade in what she called a doctor’s redo. I wore this prescription and went back to Dr. Smith because the vision in my left eye was blurred and cautioned her not the change my right eye because my vision in that eye was good.On January 6, 2021 Dr. Smith rechecked my eyes and changed the prescription for both eyes the third time and after waiting almost 3 weeks I picked up my lenses and as soon as I left the office, I could tell the prescription was off but decided, as I had in the past, to give my eyes a chance to adjust but they did not.I called for another appointment around the February 1, 2021 because the vision in my right eye is blurred and was given an appointment on the 13th. On my arrival the Receptionist/bookkeeper called me to the window and informed me that to have my eyes examined again the I would have to pay the Medicare Copay again and if my prescription changed, I would have to pay for new lenses too. I reminded her that I had already paid for both in the past and the told mt that that is just the way it is. I lost my temper and apologize for that but at that point Dr. Smith and the Bookkeeper escorted me from the reception room to an exam room and some discussion, they tried to explain their new way of doing business. I told them that they had just lost my business. I should have been told this when I called for my appointment. Dr. Smith told me that I knew where the door was, and I should leave. I wished her good luck, left, and will never grace their doorstep again.

Went with my mother for her exam. Great place and will be back.

I had the pleasure of letting Dr. Smith exam my eyes. She was very knowledgeable and extremely nice compared to other doctors in the area. I have already booked my eye exam for next year.

Doctor Amanda is so nice and sweet. I finally have a pair of glasses that fit for me.

I seen Dr. Amanda Smiths months ago due to have some trouble seeing at night, she examined my eyes and gave me exactly what I needed unlike others in the past whom have gave me to strong of glasses!!! We will be back for sure..
