Took them 5 mins to finish my eye exam, not worth the $65 I paid.

I went to the Vision Center at Walmart to get new glasses. I drove around the parking lot for 10 - 15 minutes trying to find a handicap parking spot. Once I found a place to park, the doors at the store entry were closed. I had to walk across to go in the grocery side doors. By the time I got to the doors I was hurting so bad I could barely stand. Once I got a buggy to lean on I was good.Walmarts really need to do something about their handicap parking spots so disabled people dont have to walk a mile to get in the store!

Everyone was very friendly! The Dr was pretty thorough on my exam. The staff was very helpful with me picking out glasses. Didnt rush me at all. My overall experience was good. I will go back.

I have never been treated so badly by a Doctor before in my life. First time to meet Dr. Newsom, We started the eye exam he never said hello, introduced him self or anything. He started out by saying he was glad I could come in early because he wanted to get home. Seem more interested in getting out of there then helping me. We started the exam and I was having a hard time making out the letter, he never ask me if I could see what the letter or not, just if this one was better or that one. I told him that neither one looks right. He just kept flipping the lens. After we finished I put my glasses back on and look at the board, I told him I can see it perfect now, he said that I told him it was worst when he put my prescription in the eye machine. I told him I didnt know about that but I know I can see better with my glasses then I could at anytime during the eye exam. He argued with me saying that theres no way I was seeing better... turns out that when they measured my glasses and my current prescription they misread and he had the machine set to the wrong prescription. I had ask him at first when I couldnt see the letter that if they could have got my prescription wrong, he said very hateful, we do this all day long, we know what were doing. Nope they dont!!!!!!!!!! I told him I will just go somewhere else and get my glasses. The ladies in the frame part the store noticed I was not happy with they way things had gone and they where very nice. As a matter of fact they are the ones who recheck my glasses to determine what my prescription was and it was then that I found out that the doctor had misread it. So the girls in the frame part gets a big 5 star from me. They did everything they could to fix things including getting me another appointment with what I hope will be a Doctor who knows how to treat their patients.. We will see, but I will never see Newsom for an exam again.

Very rude Doctor, never said a kind word. and the lady at the dest was also very hateful..I will not be back!!!!!

Dr. Newsom was wonderful with my children. The entire staff was very kind, knowledgeable and experienced.

Very rude ladies up front!! 3 times we been ordering glasses each single time same disrespectful and rude service. I never will go back there.
