Friendly staff, clean store, but the checkout lines were INSANE. The self checkout was backed up ridiculously long also, and extremely difficult to use. I try not to complain often but this was pretty bad on a Tuesday afternoon. Idk if its store policy to only use 2 checkouts with hundreds of people in lines going halfway down the isle but they should call ppl to open more lines when its that jam packed.

All of the employees at Lawrenceburg Kroger are great, but the one employee who stands out the most to us every time we come to Kroger is Andrew! He is always so kind and respectful and offers to help with anything you might need! Such a hard working young man!

Normally a daily shopper until today. First, to use the promotional coupon for double fuel points on floral, produce, & meat good today - Saturday ( don’t bother the coupon doesn’t work) I first stopped at floral to get a plant. The one I wanted didn’t have a bow like the rest so I asked if I could purchase one ( even if there were ones in other pots all same price and plant) “NO” I was told by the floral employee. Very abruptly. I have pictures I wish I could post to illustrate this. Proceed to get at that point only the necessary items as she has seen me buy flowers every week and I was amazed at the rudeness! Proceed to checkout and again as I wait for an attendant to help with coupon, she had the same mood, coupon isn’t working “ call the 1-800 # they might can fix it, the coupons aren’t working!” without giving me a chance to ask the store # or anything, she to abruptly walks off. Finally I go to fuel up with the points I do have . Not one machine had tape to give a receipt. I have to wait in a line 5 people long all trying to get receipts for gas.I’m not sure if it was a bad day for them but as a customer ( that is there everyday or at least every other day) I don’t deserve to have my day ruined as well. IF I RETURN, due to it being a small town with 2 grocery stores it will only be for items I cannot find elsewhere. I proceeded to Walmart & Big Lots where I was treated much better and I’m not a regular customer. That told me a lot about Kroger! The only time I was treated like a “ valued customer “ was when the register told me I was . SAD!

This is an awesome place to shop for groceries. The staff are very friendly! This is a family oriented grocer as opposed to the stark, sterile, corporate machine that is Walmart. Definitely recommend shopping here!

Stopped at the Kroger gas station an I paid for $20 dollars worth of gas at the pump, well I didnt get a receipt after purchase well we left and maybe 2 minutes later my debit card app went off and it said they had took $125 and another $20 off my card for a total of $145 dollars, so I contacted them and they were like what are you talking about well I took a screenshot of it and they come back with well they hold it for a few days I was like what!!!! Yeah they hold it for 5 to 7 days I was like no I want my money refunded I have never had any other stores do that well here it is now $12:25 a.m an just looked to see if it was returned an nope but guess what I was charged another $20 for the gas so if a Kroger top person sees this message me asap or I will call today when to district office opens

I love the staff here,and proces ot meat are fair.They have a giant,and very nice selection of flowers for sale...Great cuts of steak,and good seafood here.The deli and meat sections are both really.good,and the workers are very helpful.Meats usually marked down daily and you can get good deals early in the mornings when they are pricecut and placed in cooler for purchase,like for instance deli meat is always marked down,turkey,ham,etc etc...Great place and people,and they also sell.cooled ribs pit front where they are smoked and grilled by the entrance of the store..Great deals,great selection,overall Great....

Its ok. Some of the substitutions that I received in my order instead of what I originally ordered werent worth it. I like doing my shopping online but they can do a better job when picking out a persons groceries.

This was my first time in Kroger. It had regular store set up so navigating was easy.They have a good variety of merchandise to choose from. Their prices are fair and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Very nice ambience 😀I plan on going back once more since Im only in town for a short while.

The bakery is AWESOME. Their customer service is amazing. We have had so many good experiences but today was our favorite. A particular employee named Cathy in bakery definitely spoiled my son today and for that we are SO thankful.

I ordered my groceries did curbside pickup I had to pick it up between 3 and 4 I showed up at 3 they told me to come back at 3:45 I came back at 3:45 I waited in the car for 30 minutes They come out with my groceries then the man tells me that I would have to go in to pay I ordered $600 worth of groceries they only gave me $200 worth of the groceries I ordered. because they were too lazy to do their job and get what I asked for so I have to go later on that day to get everything they didnt put in the cart. it wasnt that they werent able to feel my order. it was they was just too lazy to get it off the shelves. They come out with my groceries then the man tells me that I would have to go in to pay

Every time lately they call me to make the time later Bc they don’t have it done and then when I finally get to go get it, it takes 45 min to an hour to get it out to my car and people that was there after me get it before I do. Other people were leaving Bc it rooms so long and if I didn’t need what I had got I would too! Don’t shop at Kroger in lawrenceburg go to Walmart!! They are the sweetest and quick longest I’ve waited is 5 min !

The staff at Kroger always has the customer in mind. From the time you walk in, you are greeted with smiling faces. Their attire is always neat and orderly; displaying what a professional consumer food store should be.Items are always well stocked and maintained, with attention to detail on everything from proper product placement to proper rotation.Prices are very competitive in most items. The bakery always has great and tasty items to choose from.The rewards program does a good job at customer retention, in my opinion.The fueling station onsite is a good convenience, also with competitive pricing.

Had a recent experience with my local store where the Managment had a terrible attitude towards the patrons. I witnessed one of the managers telling someone to go shop at Walmart she didn’t care. This was without a doubt someone that didn’t need to be working with the general public...

This wouldve been 5 stars but I recently had an experience with Click list. I ordered two of the Perdue fresh chicken breasts. When I got them home I noticed they both went out of date that very day. We have used these services on several occasions but this time was kinda of disappointing. Not going to quit going to Kroger but will think twice on buying fresh meats through Click list.

I really want to like this store. The cashiers are nice, the meats and produce are good and prices are low. But they seem to be out of things a lot. Not as in they dont sell them, theyre just out - there shelf where the item is supposed to be is empty.

Great sales. Very crowded on weekends though. Hard to find parking spot. But they seem to open check out lanes when needed much unlike Wal-Mart! Love the fuel points. And if they dont have your item you want they will order it for you. I had them order me lemon ice cream. Purity brand. Awesome. Wish theyd keep it stocked!

Kroger is the best. Name brands and their own brand, which is usually just as good. Pharmacy is very customer friendly and they know what theyre talking about. Always go away satisfied.

We recently move to Lawrence County, and this was my first visit to Kroger. There is nice selection of groceries. The store is well organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that the store was very crowded. My fault for choosing to grocery shop on a Saturday morning.

100% will choose this kroger over any other grocery store. Click list makes it THAT MUCH MORE worth it. Everyone is so friendly, always willing to help.

Kroger is usually great. But today when I went in alot of shelves had not been restocked. The dairy cooler was very empty along with the shredded cheese. Very sad to see. One elder gentleman was standing at the dairy cooler upset because no one was back there to help him. The coffee creamer in the dairy cooler was empty and this man was looking for someone to get him one from the back cooler but no luck he couldnt get any help. Someone needs to do their job.

When you say mask required in your ad I think that is false I went to do my shopping and half of them did not have mask on I dont know where I went to come back

Clean, friendly and good prices. Good deals with Kroger card and once signed up they mail you coupons on items you normally buy plus a free item coupon for new products to introduce you to it.

They fraudulently allowed my husband to cash my stimulus check without my signature. Every time I call to ask about how they allowed that to happen they hang up on me.

Sometimes they have really great deals. Some things are over priced. It seems the customers know more about where products are located more than the associates. Really hard to find an associate on the floor to help you find anything and when you do, they have no idea where the item/items are located.

I shopped in a small town Kroger and it is too small for me. The employees are very friendly and the gas points are a nice bonus. I just wish it was a bigger store with more variety.

Pretty nice store, best in Lawrenceburg. My biggest complaint is the parking. Parking spaces are ok if you drive a very tiny car. I think they tried making the spaces smaller so they would have more of them. They really need a bigger store and a much bigger parking lot.

Big, clean well-stocked store. Friendly staff. I left out a star for the check out process. The clerk questioned the validity of a coupon I have used many times at Murfreesboro Tennessee stores with no problem. The word or she didnt acknowledge. I bought a rack of ribs and when I went outside to get them the cook put my receipt in a big puddle of water on the table. I needed that to record my purchase. She had no idea, bless her. The ribs were delicious and I will go back.

Store itself is nice, along with most people in it... however the head manager of the store as she called herself didnt agree with a friends return and proceeded to scream at us in store. As well as call my friend who is Autistic and has PTSD from being abused as a child a little b*tch*. Service has gone down so far in my 11 years of living here, cashiers have attitudes, managers think they can insult customers... All together, I dont think Ill be coming here ever again.

Im with the other person. Most of the time, people are really nice. But lately the cashiers have been not very nice. They dont pay attention to you when theyre checking you out. Theyre too busy talking to their friends and when you try to talk to them, theyre really really nasty to you.

A year or two ago I would have rated this store a 4-5 star. Today Im angry and getting more so every time I go in. Im so tired of having items discontinued that I was purchasing regularly. Im tired of Krogers sending me coupons for items i want and cant get because theyve been discontinued. Im tired of going to the shelves 2-3 times a week and finding them STILL empty of a product I want a month or more later. While the selections of natural and organic products increase in the produce Dept, they decrease in the meat and drinks areas. Despite having requested on numerous occasions for specific products to be carried I have yet to see even one of them being offered for sale in my store, or any other store within a 50 mile radius; I guess because they all use the same warehouse. Hello Kroger corp. Its time to take notice.
