Love this place! So, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and the staff was there to help me complete it! I recently moved here from Denver and the hospitality is just so much nicer out here! Had a good genuine conversation with 2 of the staff behind the counter. Super sweet and while he was putting my order in they told me some tips and just small talked about the differences in the states! Im excited to receive my sofa! Thank you guys!

I never been so disappointed with farmers funiture until here recently!!!! Johnny has been really rude to me this passed weekend. I was one day late on my payment and he made it seem like I was years behind!!! He had a young lady call me and basically the way she came at me wasnt appreciated!!! I called corporate and told him what happened, to be honest he tried to justify for him, I wasnt having it. He did listen to my complaint, hopefully he does something about it. Johnny needs to know how to run a business professionally!!! Ms. Brenda did!!! When she was there I had no issues at all with him.

I looked online at all different furniture websites searching for a sturdy sofa. I saw what I needed at Farmers Home Furniture in Lawrenceville. Kathy our salesperson was very patient and not pushy which I appreciated. Brenda, who took my payment was great, she has such a positive personality! I was not looking forward to the furniture buying process but Kathy and Brenda made it easy, thank you!!

The staff is awesome if this review was about them it would be a five but, I have a table and bar set I got in 2019 Ive had to replace chairs five times I have another broken laying on floor and my warranty is out now. We hardly use kitchen table and no one is fat. I should have exchanged tables when first three broke.

Last week i called a few times to make my payment and got told to call back because they where busy a few times. I never had this issue when Ms. Brenda was there. Now all of the sudden she is gone and and they want to charge me a $25 late fee because they wouldnt take my payment the week before. Feels like they are now doing this on purpose to collect those late fees. Mind you i have been dealing with them for years and a things paid off. Just put my card on autopayments and dont want to hear from you guys ever again. Thanks for Losing a customer!!

We have been purchasing from Farmers Home Furniture for years. Specifically the Lawrenceville location. We continue to use the Lawrenceville location even though we have moved an hour away because their customer service and care is equal to none other. I always recommend Farmers.

Great customer service and prices.

We have bought from Farmers Home before. This was our first time at this location. No pressure! No one hounds you with pressure sales tactics. You can take your time. We were recliner shopping to replace our old recliner loveseat. Good selection and prices. We got a set of nice gray cloth recliners. Easy to purchase, delivery available at a good price. Kathy was wonderful with our purchase. Family owned company with a great selection and great prices. Recommended.

Kathy was exceptional. Fast great service, very personable. The store manager was very friendly as well and explained everything in detail. Ive been passing by this store for years and never went in however Im very happy that I did. Shopping around for furniture for almost 2 weeks and the great service and quality of the product at farmers furniture made my decision easier. 🙂☺

They rescheduled my order to another week, I had called off from work on the day this furniture was supposed to be delivered, the main manager seems nice but the rests are trash!

My wife and I bought our bedroom set and mattress from here. All of the employees are very warm and welcoming. Whenever I go there I always receive a warm greeting, if you are looking for some new furniture and like having a pleasant experience as a customer then this place cant be beat!

Sherese and Deborah were such a great help especially since I just moved to the area and needed furniture. They had great customer service and didnt try to sale me a dream like most people. Their manager at the location, (I forgot his name and unfortunately, I have to describe his physical attributes to identify him) a heavy set white male seemed to be very rude to his employees. As Deborah was putting in my information into the system he was talking to her in a very loud tone and used the phrase You Need as a directive. He also spoke to me in a harsh tone when discussing delivery times and dates. I would hope this is not the representation that your organization wants. Although my experience with the sales people were amazing, it was slightly overshadowed by the manager. I recommend visiting the store to get feedback from your employees to ensure that no one is in a toxic environment there. I hope this helps with improvement in your store.
