This is how the refrigerator was delivered to me AFTER BEING REPAIRED, if this is the same refrigerator I choose in store. I took the storage trays out to clean due to blood in the storage containers. I lost over $200 worth of food with NO reimbursement. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to purchase a refrigerator from this company. I purchased one disregarding the reviews thinking I would have a different outcome, not at all. Please take your services some where else. I was desperate to have a refrigerator due to me just purchasing a home and all other companys refrigerators were on back order.The refrigerators looks great and operators well on display. However, I have been dealing with issues since Day 1 Nov.12, 2020 til today Dec.11, 2020.

I found exactly what I was looking for in a new fridge at a fraction of the price here. The staff were friendly and familiar with the appliance features. Oh and delivery is fast. I purchased on Saturday and will have my new fridge on Monday. Great experience…Awesome bargain!

BEWARE!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! THIS STORE HAVE ROACHES IN THEIR APPLIANCES..... Very Disappointed! I purchased a nice refrigerator at a fairly reasonable price from here and only asked to have them exterminate the refrigerator and they refused to even help or acknowledge it!! There are ROACHES living and growing in it. I have OCD and you will not find a bug in my home. Ive detailed the fridge when I purchased it cleaning the black specks not realizing it was a family of roaches. Now Im occasionally seeing them in different sizes coming off the refrigerator. They scratch and dent up your walls when delivering it too!! BAD SERVICE ALL TOGETHER!!

Purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator we are working on getting the refrigerator repair done this will be the 3rd service call. I don’t believe it’s the owners fault I think it’s the repair man he’s very nice and kind however I want my refrigerator to stop buzzing and giving me a migraine and leaking water all over the floor. my dishwasher experience has been absolutely incredible I will update this when the repairs done properly and finalize my decision on STAR rating. Overall very nice man he’s just trying to run a business Like I said though my for dishwasher is amazing and I’m very grateful for it but I’m feeling a little stuck with the refrigerator. I trust yuri will make it right. He’s stuck to his word so far. It’s just all about getting it fixed. I will update.

I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher from here one week ago. They refrigerator arrived and was not getting cold. After 2 days they got a technician out to me to try and repair the problem. The stated it was a bad compressor and that they would call me the next day to tell me what they would do next. I had to call them the next day as by 3:30pm I had yet to hear from them. They said they would be out today Saturday 1st thing in the morning to replace the compressor. It is now 9pm and I have not seen not heard from them other than when I called this morning at 11am to find out when they were coming. They said they would have the technicain call me and let me know. I never heard from them nor the technician. Update: the fridge was repaired and within 24 hours it is not longer functioning once again.

Poor customer service immediately as you walk through the door! Deceiving price sticker. I’m glad I took my business somewhere else. Was told “well I guess I’ll loose a customer”. Better off buying from a legitimate retailer you will get better service and a better buy, less headache.

I have been buying from O/Liquidators for a few years now. Always great deals and great finds. Easy going and a no pressure place, great customer service to go with all of that. Always willing to help! I dont spend much time shopping because I know what I want. So, most of the time I walk in, I purchase and I am out. Absolutely no hassle. We needed a fridge and washer/dryer set quickly, but didnt feel like shelling out thousands of dollars. We drove an hour to get here, but werent disappointed at all. We were able to get everything we needed at 40% discount off retail prices. The fee for delivery plus installation was extremely reasonable for all three appliances, especially considering it included all hoses, etc and they drove over an hour to get it to our new home in Woodstock. They even had to remove the fridge doors to get it through our slender doorways, but did so quickly and with no damage to the walls or the fridge. All three came with a one year warranty, which gives peace of mind while we get settled in the house, but all three are in awesome working shape with no issues. Very happy!

I had a positive buying experience at Overstock Liquidators and it was well worth the drive from Buckhead on a stormy evening. I called in advance because it was nearing closing and even though I was almost an hour away they gave the green-light for me to come anyway and someone would be there to help me. Raphael was there! He is super cheerful and promised me the best deal on whichever mattress suited me. He told me that getting what I wanted was the most important and working out a good price would follow. I got a very comfortable mattress and am pleased with the price. Ill be back!

Is Yuri no longer there was told that the mattresses I bought was a plush but got it home to see it was a firm mattresses. I walk in the next day after I spent 800 dollars to pick up my mattresses and was treated like they didnt know who I am. Dont buy from here they have no ideal what there selling and the mattresses had dirt all over it I had to clean it need less to say I will have to go some where else to get a quality mattresses with out any dirt on it.

I purchased a front facing washer/dryer set from this place in Feb. The washer stated making a lot of noise and the inside of the washer sounds like its coming apart. I went back to this location and spoke with the manager who told me if I can bring the washer back, they can check it in the store, but they dont have anyone to come and look at the washer without charging me $45 and thats just to tell me whats wrong with it. And of course the 90 day warranty is up.I will not be buying anything else from these people...its not worth it. And they do not stand by the items they sell.

Buyers BEWARE!!I bought a used Samsung OTR Microwave. When the sales person approached me, she stated all sales were negotiable. The sticker price was $175.00. They wouldnt budge below $160.00.Whatever. I needed it, as my 19 year old Sharp had finally cooked its last bag of pop corn. $160 it is. I asked if it had all the hardware, & manuals. No manuals, she gave me ONE mounting bracket, and TWO bolts, & said all of their appliances have been thoroughly inspected by their technician & in excellent working performance. Then she asked me if I wanted it delivered for $45 extra. I giggled & said no thanks, I can fit it in my truck. She informed me that without the delivery, there are NO REFUNDS, only store credit. Honestly, the microwave looked fine on the outside, & I just wanted to get it home. Before I took it out of my truck, I called Samsung to order the manuals &all the parts to the mounting kit. The Samsung tech had me go outside to locate the model info plate, thats when I noticed, on the inside of the microwave, a huge melted hole!! Immediately the rep transferred me to a supervisor and he instructed me to TAKE IT BACK!! He also asked if I have contacted medical staff, lawyer or home insurance yet.He explained there is electrical problem in the microwave heating circuit. This is a fire hazard and I should not use this microwave, or even plug it into an outlet. This is not something that can be fixed! The supervisor then asked me the the store name, phone number, & location of where I purchased this microwave, as it should have never been sold to ANY household consumers.It was only 3 hours later that I returned the microwave to the store & the manager & sales person just kept saying, NO REFUNDS. NO REFUNDS. When I showed the manager the inside wall of the microwave, and informed her that I had contacted Samsung, She was very compliant, & gave me my money back, minus the 15% restocking fee. It was a $25 mistake I will never make again!!Have you ever seen a car or truck pull up to the end of your driveway & take whatever junked appliances or mattresses you have before the garbage truck arrives? Well,Im certain this is the store it all goes to.

They did not buy in that place a year ago I bought a set of washer and dryer and when I arrived the washing machine was not working they sent me another one that is not the same call and they sent me another hit the ones from the shipment say there are no problems we changed it Lie I never got them they brought .... liars pay 2 years warranty the dryer does not work call t tell me that it has expired .... and missing a finger do not buy there it does not work .... better save a little more and buy in a more place reliable .... 😔😔😭😭I did not buy in that place, I bought a year ago a denian washer and dryer set, they were beaten when I called they brought me one that was not up to date I am waiting for them to bring me the correct one and it does not arrive, it was a few days ago because my dryer it doesnt work and they say that I no longer have a guarantee and I paid two years. I need a year not to buy there.
