Really enjoyed my experience here! The staff was super helpful and sweet to me. I needed to get a new battery for my Ford Explorer and they helped me understand the difference between each battery and even installed it in my car for me. Thank you guys!

They advertised a special price for oil, filter, and other things. Then they charge you the same separately and overcharged me for two items I never order and overcharged me for the oil that was in a special. When I went back to let them know they made believe that I was still wrong until the end that they realized they overcharged me. I have noticed this has been done more than once to different people. I will be contacting corporate considering I have my receipt as well.

The store is clean and well stocked, organized. I only went in to get a turn signal bulb. The clerk was very kind, courteous and helped me find the exact bulb I needed.

Good people help you out a lot

So I visited this store a few days ago and maybe the manager on duty was having a bad day or just not in the mood at the moment. He never greeted me. I stood right in front of him waiting to ask a question as he was typing he never asked if I needed assistance so I walked away looking for the item I needed. Well I found it he checked me out with little to no words. He only said whats the number. I then left but returned a short while later needing another part this time I really needed an associates help. Well a young kid came to help, he was very very nice (the only reason Im giving two stars) but didnt know much about what I was looking for. He did however ask the same manager to assist me, he just simply told the kid to tell me he didnt know either. Well at this point I just left.

These people are incompetent. Shop elsewhere dont waste your time.

I needed a new battery. Jason S. was very professional and helpful in picking out the battery and installing it. The install was not necessarily easy but he did a great job and did not complain about it. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend them. Thank you Jason!

The staff needs to be taught better customer service it was dirty inside the two workers carried on a conversation while there was four customers in line and they were just talkin and talkin and talkin and finally play started waiting on customers

This store just opened in my area a couple of months ago. The store is fully stocked and the customer service I received by Jonathan was outstanding!Jonathan is very knowledgeable, courteous, gracious and patience with his time. Ive gone twice since they opened this location, I dealt with Nicole this last time she was really kind I called ahead to get pricing and availability and she was very helpful and held my parts upfront so I could just go in and get it and while In store she was very helpful and instead of just letting me know where the wiper blades were she got the number I needed and went to look for them for me and asked if I needed windshield fluid, she took her time to give me warranty info on my brake pads and was very kind and this was all before 8:30am which is usually when people least like to talk lol overall I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this new location

It is 920 pm right now. I arrived at Autozone at 8:54pm after my car died on me 2 times after my battery light came on. I awaited for AAA to arrive. They completed their service and recommended I go to Autozone for battery replacement as I advised them battery purchases 7/2019 and I had a warranty on it.I was greeted by Bryan at Autozone, the Shift Manager. Even though the store was about to close, Bryan made it his priority to replace my battery and stay past the store closing time of 9pm!!! Bryan wanted to make sure my 11 year old daughter who was in the car and myself was able to get home safely and rectify the situation as soon as possible.Bryan showed he is a committed and dedicated, caring and devoted employee of Autozone and was willing to sacrifice his own time to help a customer in need!!! Bryan is a true representation of an employee who truly believes in going above and beyond to help an Autozone customer!!!

They advertise a one-time price for oil, filter, and other things. Then they charge you the same separately. I came back and was told there was a piece missing from my combo, so they had charged more value separately. I paid more to change the oil myself than to take it to the workshop.

Very helpful staff, came in the other day to get help with my check engine light. After testing it Evan showed me what the code (a emissions leak) was and suggested I try tightening my gas cap and driving a few miles before possibly purchasing a new one. He then gave me a print out of the code. The advice worked and all I needed to do was tighten the cap!

Idiot with the lifting belt had NO idea how to use the register. Embarrassingly bad service.

Slow service. 1 person helping 4 people another employee just hanging out doing nothing. I walked in and immediately grabbed what I needed. Went to check out and had to wait 15 minutes.

They manager is horrible I literally walk asking if they had something long so I can try to unlock me door (I asked that so I can avoid paying for locksmith) he told me to call police department lmao he didn’t even try to tell me to call a lock smith or even try to help me find something that could possibly help me
