I recently came into auto accents to get tint for my tahoe. While I was there I spoke with Lee and Mike B. They were both beyond helpful and answered all of my questions that I had. My husband is coming back to get tint for his truck.

Auto Accents totally botched the aftermarket leather install on my brand-new truck. First, they ordered the wrong parts, then tried to cover it up by manually tearing holes in the underside of the seat cushions to get the vented function to work. You can see a picture below. The job was supposed to take 2 days and they ended up having the truck over 2 weeks over the past 3 months and it is still not right. The promised the factory function of the seats would remain once the job was done which is not the case. They even damaged other trim pieces in the truck that they weren’t even working on. They have neglected to take any responsibility for anything and continue to deflect blame. I would give them Zero stars if that was an option. Please stay away from this company and be aware!11/21/20 Adding an addendum to respond the Auto Accents reply: Considering I bought the truck brand new 3 months ago (not 6) and have been dealing with this install for the past 3 months only further discredits your argument.

Ive had a leaking sunroof for 5 years and took to every place in the state of georgia with no success. Heard about these guys so I took it to them. There sunroof guy is a magician couldnt be happier... If you have a sunroof issue dont waste searching around these guys are the best hands down. I drove over 2 hours to get there and would have drove 6 for the quality and satisfaction I received.

Got Katskin leather seats installed here. Everything went smooth. Great service and the seats look great even before the leather has had a chance to heat up in the sun and get the least few wrinkles out.

We talked about several different types of systems and i settled on an Pioneer model. Instalment took less than 2 hrs. Very neat and tidy work! Very impressed with the whole experience ! What a great place for car alarm.My mom had issues with her car alarm from another company and Auto Accents said yes to check what was the issue and they were so honest and explained it all with details. So we told them to remove the car alarm (that was installed from another company) from my moms car and place a new one with them (Auto Accents). My mother and I so happy. Thank you Lee, and the person we texted and the person that installed the new car alarm, you know, thank you to everyone. We are so grateful to have found you guys on Google. I highly recommend.

No discredit to the business itself the place is very nice, but on two separate occasions I did not get the welcoming and friendly atmosphere the other reviews claim they had. My first encounter I went for a quote and when I walked in I was just looked at as if I didn’t belong or they didn’t want to help me. The second time I Went in was for an appointment which I was quoted one price when I arrived to get the work done they said a different price. I encountered Lee he told me his name was who was rude and even went on to greet another customer who came in after me before acknowledging I was there. Even when I walked in he didn’t say a word to me. This type of customer service doesn’t make you want to spend money with them. If I was treated better I probably would have paid the different price, but after being treated like I wasn’t important why spend my money here. I came to this place on the strength of the great reviews and got a totally different vibe. I would not recommend this place.

Very knowledgeable staff, wonderfully executed. I am not from town but I took a shot in the dark and spoke with a younger kid, hes very intellectual for his age. Also Lee was very patient with all the questions I had for him.. trust me I had a lot of them! They made an error on my vehicle which was completely fixed while I was still in town and returned to me in the exact way I wanted!The fact that they contacted me over the phone and wanted to fix my complaint for free with no additional charge was really professional and not expected. Personally in the times we are living in we all need patience, and theres a lot of businesses especially family owned that are currently under staffed and lacking experience. Had an 8:30-9:30 scheduled appt for a Katzkins install and arrived for the appt only to be greeted with You are here for your leather install rather than what appointment? or what leather? (I purchased the kit directly from Katzkins and i could have saved a bit of money buying directly from Auto Accents)It was nice to know that they were expecting me as soon as I drove in since Katzkins set the appt, not me directly.The leather install was fast as I expected to get a call at 5:00 that it was complete but heard back at 3:00 that the leather install was done.It looks great without any noticeable wrinkles.I was so impressed with the shop, courtesy and professionalism, ill be back to get some stereo work done there as well.I couldnt more highly recommend this shop for a Katzkin leather install. I am assuming that the stereo work soon to be done will be nothing less that fantastic.

Do not go here if you have a 350z roadster! I was wanting the replace my factory speakers and amp and I was told all the reason why they could not do it in stead of what they could do and how much it would cost. I drove there in person with the car and they discouraged me from doing business with them. Its like he was afraid of the job. Then he kept saying how expensive it would be but when I ask him for a price he could not give me one. He made me feel like I did not have enough money to pay for what I wanted. Very insulting!

Auto Accents was very professional from beginning to end, they answered my email for a quote promptly, got me scheduled fast and did a great job on the install. I got the JBL Basspro Hub installed and it sounds amazing. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to add good quality bass and keep your trunk space!

Did a good job on the leather for my seats but poor job of installation of my speakers. I requested 2 pairs of speakers installed and was quoted a price. I picked up my car and didnt look in the trunk because I was in a rush. My amp and capacitor were not remounted on the back seat they were just laying in the trunk and they only installed one set of speakers. Had to go out of town that night so I didnt get to return and then the shelter in place went into effect. Did not call them to get it fixed but it should have been done right the first time.

Auto accents did an amazing job on my sunroof! We dropped it off and then picked it up and it was cleaner when I got it then when I left it! There was not one scratch on my car and no fingerprints anywhere!! We hand picked auto accents due to their good ratings and their shop was super clean and very professional!!! I am super thankful for the care they took of my brand new 4runner!! I drove almost 2 hours to get to them but it was so worth it! Shane took good care of me and when I called he put me on the schedule that week! I loved loved loved the experience with them!! I’m a very happy customer!

I have not had anything install from this location. but i have purchased 2 top of the line radios from them in the last 24 months and have been treated with respect and given fair deals. i would probably also recommend them for installs also based off my counter sales deals with them.Lastly i would love to also repsond to the guy(Enrique A. Colon) complaining about the clean up of wring behind his dash. i do my own installs and i can tell you when you go behind someone elses work you must ALWAYS check everything. If you trusted the shop that did the original work then take it back there for free. You came to this shop because you lost confidence in their ability to repair your wiring for free. Do not leave bad reviews with bogus information. 1.5 hours to do a wiring job basically twice is not terrible. Remember they had to check all the connections first, then fix what all was jacked up and make it clean. In my opinion you do not understand what they had to do and because of your ingorance you choose to leave a negative review? Get outta here with that BS.You guys are great and thank you for earning my business

Tech/Installer Brian does great work. Installed a roof mounted DVD player and you can tell it was installed by a professional. Very satisfied.

I had installed with the Heated Leather Seats and a back-up camera and they did an excellent job, two months later I called them because the camera had a glitch and they replaced it, no questions asked without any extra charge and they also replaced the mirror screen as it had a recall in it too.I also installed my fathers Bluetooth radio and he loves it, and all the equipment has been working great after the installation which has been more than two years ago.

Stan is very patient while explaining the best options for a vehicle. I had jl speakers, amp, and sub woofer installed along with an alpine ilx-107 wireless CarPlay unit. Stan informed up front what would need to be done and work was done within two days of dropping bag off car. Everything works flawlessly with all components hidden and out of the way. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to install a stereo system, I know I will use them again in the future.

I bought a 2016 tundra xsp-x from Atlanta and it didnt have a sunroof. A good friend of mine who owns a automobile services shop in Savannah Georgia recommended Auto Accents in Atlanta. He made the appointment for me a few days after the new year and I took the 3 and a half hour drive Wednesday. The appointment was 0830. They were there 0812 and took the vehicle at 0830. They said it would be a 7-8 hour wait. The waiting area was really nice with cable channels and comfortable chairs. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen at any establishment for customers. Oh! Back to the sunroof. It was exactly what I wanted a power slide sunroof with sliding sunshade and automatic close when ignition is turned off. The technician gave me a rundown on the features and advised to let the sealent harden before opening and closing.A professional shop, personnel and exellent products. What more can you ask for? 4 hour drive one way was worth it to me.Eddie J

I recently purchased a new vehicle and I was installing an amp and sub in it when I ran into a wall. I could not remove my head unit because I did not have the keys I thought I needed to remove it. I called every car audio service within 30 miles and all the responses were similar, We dont sell keys blah blah blah, the alternative was to pay anyone of these places $30 - $100 to simply pop out the head unit. Well I got these guys on the phone and they told me to bring it by and they would do it for free! When I got there they told me I did not need keys because it was an ISO mount. They said they did not have time to remove it that day because it was a lengthy process but they told me step by step how to remove it and told me that if I could not figure it out that I could bring back the next day and they would do it for free also! The next time I make any type of car mod purchase it will be through these guys.
