This is my second time coming back. Reading through some of these reviews. I’ve had the same experience. The first time I was quoted a price over the phone came there and needed a few adapters for my screen stereo, the price almost doubled. I was told over the phone it would take a few hours, took longer. Came back the second time to get my two front windows tinted, this time I paid the price I was quoted, while I was standing there the customer ahead of me had a conversation just like what I’m reading that he was quoted one price over the phone and they were trying to charge him almost $100 more.Again I was told the job could be done in two hours almost took four hours.The same representative gave me the same excuse, you can’t rush this stuff. I was going to have my son come here to tint all of his car windows but I’m kind of sketchy about the place now.

Got a speaker box & amp hooked up that I already had, was quoted one price over the phone, and went to pick car up it was a different price, much higher than I expected close to $400, and the guy that I guess run this location and gave me the quote was no where to be found. Work was clean, but they are pricey, and I think you can get better pricing elsewhere. Wont ever use again.

Took my car there for window tint, I left the car there for 2hrs when they called me to come pickup the car I noticed they had my cars hood open. Apparently they took my car for a joyride and snapped a shifter cable clamp which they were trying to fix. They didnt tell me about it and let me drive home when I noticed that car wouldnt go on 1st or 2nd gear....This is very unprofessional to do this to a customer car...I would never trust my car there. Absolutely the worst place to take your car at.

This place is awesome!!!! Took my 2014 Can Am Spyder RS SE5 because no power to speaker Amp. The team diagnosed the issue in less than 30 minutes, rewired it and got me back on the road jamming!!! The price was at least 75% less than what Mountain Motorsports in Buford, GA would have charged. My sound system has never sounded this nice!!!

Steven has had several of my vechiles tinted over the years probaly 4 if i remeber correctly. I have 100% faith leaving my car with his shop and am always pleased with the product. He even gave me a ride back to my house after drop off. Highly recommended!

I would give this company no star if I could. Brought 2 company vehicle in to have them tinted along with a stereo install. Both tint jobs were garbage and had to be redone multiple times. One of the owners went back and got his money back so he can get it done correctly.The other vehicle that had the Stereo installed, was not done all the way. Took it back because radio wasnt working. Was told that it might just be the antenna and was told we could be sold a FM booster for it to work correctly. My business partner went home, opened it up and found that the adapter wasnt attached to the antenna. He brought it back again and the owner of Digital Car, Steve, said that it looked broken, not disconnected. He argued with our guys about how it was installed and said he would fix it and to give him an hour. He left, but we didnt hear from him for another 2 hours .This was the worst experience ever.

Went there for information on subs & amp & was pleasantly surprised with the price & quality of their merchandise. They are top notch. I would highly recommend them to all.

Spent a total of 8 hours over 2 visits in their shop and the speakers they installed still dont work. Im not wasting anymore time staring at the wall in their waiting room.To top it off, I told them my problem was rattling at high volume, and the speakers they installed just rest against the interior panel slapping the panel the entire time sound is playing, low or high. Im currently cruising around with a disassembled car with no working rear speakers. To top it off, the manager told me they all sound like that...Seriously, go anywhere else. That dude behind the McDonalds dumpster would do a similar if not better job

Trust these guys with your car audio needs. This is my third system install with them and I couldn’t be happier. Customer service is the best you can find around. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and will do whatever they can to get your car audio performing the way you need it to. I had a concern but Steve took care of it in a heartbeat. I had a radio and back up camera installed. I thought they had done a good job as far as I could tell. The mic that came with the radio was loosely placed at the edge of my headliner. They said the console that came with my radio for my specific car wouldnt fit in right so it was loose for almost a year. I never noticed how bright my radio was at night until my friends brought it up. Went to my mechanic and turns out that they didnt connect a wire that is supposed to dim the radio when my headlights came on. Also, that my console does fit correctly around my radio and dash. Then, I had my cars headliner reupholstered and they placed the mic on the edge of the headliner and it wont budge. They did place the wiring well and out of sight.

Amazing place to get speakers put in. They did amazing job in my jaguar XF. Will be back to get more work done, service is fast!

I have never written a review before, but I drove from Florida to Georgia JUST to come to this shop and I would gladly do it again without hesitation. I am really happy how I was treated with the owner Steve and the other guys who were in the shop. I am a woman who loves a little boom in my life and something told me the guys in FL were deliberately messing up my system for whatever reason, so I did my research and found this place and jumped in my car and drove 5 hours and glad I did. Steve did an amazing job at explaining everything to me and that the guys had messed up my wiring in FL and didnt need new rear speakers as I was told in FL. It was fast, cheap and easy. I say all this to say if anything happens to my car again I am coming back to this shop no matter how far I live. I will ship my car to Steve and his crew to have him fix it so whoever gave this shop a bad review is dumb as hell. #butdidyoudie lol

First time customer, called them because Best Buy was closed due to the Covid-19 lockdown for inside store car audio installments. These guys took me in last minute and did everything the RIGHT way and had me in and out of there in 25 minutes for a fair cheap price. 👌🏼👍

Amazing service! I hated the bass in my car speakers so much and when they were done it sounded so much better and much more smoother. Would 100% come back again if necessary.

I bought my Lexus SC430 to get a basic double din radio replacement. The price quote was close to $1100. The manager told me that I needed to purchase an aftermarket interface and that would allow steering wheel controls and oem navigation to operate as normal. I purchased the interface from the manufacturer at a savings of $300. The installation was horrible and the installers cracked the factory display for the air conditioning controls. I was told that my speakers needed to have new wires ran. Of which there was an additional charge outside of the initial estimate. When I picked up my car two days later? The stereo system sounded worse, than my factory system. I was quoted an estimate to replace the existing speakers and to build a subwoofer enclosure. The oem stereo cover was reinstalled and the open/close function didn’t work. The manager tried to convince me that it wasn’t working when I brought it in. I took my vehicle to a reputable shop and was shocked at the level of incompetence and poor workmanship that I paid for at Digital Car Audio. The broken brackets, missing screws, and the overall shoddy work was clear. Subsequent conversations with management after the install didn’t fare much better as excuses, a lack of accountability, and outright lying was the reaction to the poor representation of the work performed. I would recommend that anyone interested in patronizing this location? DON’T. They are the worst and are only interested in fleecing your credit card. Needless to say, my calls have not been returned.

My man Steve knew what the hell he was doing. I had no idea how much my subs were lacking until I heard the finished install. I am beyond pleased. I will b back with my wife’s car in a few weeks.

Steve and the guys are very professional and there was a couple of hiccups during the stereo installation but those guys came thru with no problem even stayed open a little so that everything was ok and up to my satisfaction... and kudos to that crew of gentlemen who works thereWill be taking my daughter’s car to the guys so they can install a back up camera in her vehicle again 👍🏾Up

I took my daughters bmw 328i to get all ofher speakers replaced because they was blown, and after they were done with installing the factory speakers, she still was not satisfied, so within two days they hooked her up! She ended up getting the system put in her car for a louder sound and more base it sounds so good and my daughter, who just graduated and going to college soon, was overly excited about the sound quality overall!! I just noticed today they fixed her door handle that we had sitting in the car door, and was going to get fixed later, we didnt even had to ask!! To whoever fixed her door handle we appreciate you so much! You guys deserve more than 5 stars and I will be to you soon to get my blown speaker fixed! Thank you all alot!!

Whatever old man that answers the phone needs to know how to speak respectfully and politely to paying customers. $800 to install a viper alarm system, which would’ve been fine to pay had the guy knew what manners were from his pissing in his pants days. lost a potential customer. bye.

I had my Aux cord input installed in my car yesterday and I must say the service was excellent. Allen and Victor took great care of me and sent me out the door very happy and my radio works perfectly! My son was with me and they helped to keep him entertained while my car was serviced as well. My door in my 11’ camaro wouldn’t open so too the speakers i have installed in my door. I didn’t want to break it or anything and mess up wires so i brought it to these kind people. It was simple fix all i needed was a couple of washers and new push pins and bow i’m back in action!!!! thanks

This place is horrible. When something goes wrong the will tell you their booked out and don’t have time to fix it. Stay away from this place horrific service. They have no problem taking your money but not willing to fix when something goes wrong.

Went to the Peachtree Ind. Location. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. The sales person at the front desk was able to help me with everything that I needed for a new stereo with Bluetooth, backup camera and Android Auto. They were even able to squeeze me in, even though it was later in the day and they were busy with a large project. They did fantastic work and it was much better than dealing with the blue and yellow big box store down the street. In fact, Im bringing my other vehicle in to get the same unit put in it, later today.

This place is great. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by one of the representatives and told he would be with me shortly. The representative was very professional when helping me and answered all my questions. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I have to say I’m highly impressed with the owner and the shop work! I can’t hesitate to let them buy your products to be installed! You will get great quality and customer service! As a business owner being taken care of is always my priority! Steve gave me his personal number and reached out with the work being done on my truck. I would never drive my truck at night because I couldn’t see. Well that all changed with the hids I brought from here and we’re installed! I can see brightly and my lights are all working properly! I had brought hids from somewhere else and they quality was no where near to what Steve provided! He gave me options and recommendations. I paid exactly for what I got and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my cars back here! Don’t settle for less pay for the quality of the product and work plus there warranty on products let’s you know the quality of the products.

They installed a Pioneer NEX4200 system in my truck. During the installation they cleaned up my previous backup camera and screen installation and all cabling was rerouted behind the dash by making for extremely clean tidy and professional work. Work was done on time as promised. In addition they mounted and programmed my Furion video system for my trailer.Great work.

Took my car to get the windows tinted. All information told to me has been correct. The car is far cooler after being parked in the sun. It took them a few hours to install as I was told. And a very friendly up front staff. I would consider future business with them where they can help.

We got the original radio replaced in one of our cars. The purpose of this was to add SiriusXM radio to this vehicle. The service at Digital Car Audio was first class. They did an excellent job of removing the old radio (undamaged) and then installing the new radio and satellite antenna. We have experienced no problems with the any of the electronics they installed. We did have a small problem with one of the temperature controls. Stopped by one afternoon and they immediately fixed this minor problem. In a nutshell they provided first class customer service in every way.

Went in a received the best service. Helped me get value for my buck and was friendly. A good environment, and great service. Will retirn very soon.

I have a very old 1997 honda accord that I wanted to have speakers installed in the door along with a radio. I decided to allow digital car audio to do this job for me. Upon picking up my car the first time the radio did not work. I understood that this could have been a mistake so took it back then picked up my car again to find that the driver door would not lock after they installed speakers in the door. The door lock worked perfectly for years but the owner said that this was a mechanical problem and I was so frustrated that he responded this way knowing his mechanic went in my car door and broke the lock. To make a long story short I ended up spending 500.00 dollars to fix my door then I still had to fix the front speakers they installed because they left exposed wires touching each other. This was my worst experience with a audio company and this is my first ever review. I wish it could have been a positive experience.

Very knowledgeable and technically adept. There were issues with my vehicle wiring beyond popping in a radio, and they were able to troubleshoot and resolve those problems as well ! Great people/great service!

John and Mike at Digital Car Audio did a horrible job installing my speakers and followed it up with horrible customer service, backed up from the company owner, Bob.John and Mike installed my tweeters into the factory wiring, feeding them with full-range power from amps with NO highpass and causing them to fail prematurely. The Rockford speaker manual states clear as day the tweeters are to be wired off of the tweeter outputs on the mid-range speakers only.When the tweeters actually worked, the sound I was getting from their work was beyond bad. It was INSANELY bright in the front, something that should have tipped them off if they even listened to it after working on the vehicle.I found out the wiring error when I opened my car door up to do some work much later on, but since I had opened up the vehicle, (this is how I found out it was actually an installer error in the first place) they flat out refused to honor their lifetime warranty on workmanship. They even insinuated that I could have tampered with the wiring to make it look like bad workmanship on their part.They did not look at the vehicle. They didnt even call me back to tell me they were denying their own work. I was told since they werent going to do anything for me they didnt feel the need to contact me at all.Look elsewhere. Digital Car Audio ducked and dodged their responsibility and when faced with a few hours of labor reinstalling $50 in parts, they chose to instead insinuate I tampering with the car.

Very friendly service. I was quoted a price for diagnostic and was told that money would go towards repairing or replacing whatever was wrong, but when the problem only took a minute to figure out and a minute to solve, I was sent on my way with a smile, no cost, and a fixed stereo system. The man working (didnt get his name, but he looked in charge) seemed very knowledgable and was very nice.

Great organization! They strive to help people solve problems with audio related situations. This shop is the only car audio store I use on this side of town.

Had a simple radar detector hardwire job. Price was reasonable. Install was clean and done in timely manner.

These guys did a fantastic job testing and diagnosing all the speakers in my Tahoe. Im a former MECP 12 v audio installer working at the Blue Shirt and Burgundy shirt box stores. Now I tech for large concert sound systems so I have pretty high standards for sound and workmanship. ill definitely be back to have more work done.

Horrible service. Spend over $2500 and the next day the whole system is blown. Then steve want you to pay more money to fix it.

I brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata in to get some tint work and a powered sub installed. These guys did great work and had my ride looking and sounding bad ass! Even when I provided them the wrong subwoofer level knob, they hooked up the correct one (after I provided it the follow day) at no extra charge. Now THATS service. And they were cheaper then some guys on Buford Dr (who apparently didnt really want my business). Digital Car Audio, YALL ROCK!! Youll be getting my business again in the future as well as referrals to my friends in the area.

Quoted one price on the phone which was the deciding factor between using Digital Car Audio in Lawrenceville or Best Buy in Buford. When I arrived to get the work done I was told that they had made an error and the price increased by 35%! They wouldnt work with me and Best Buys appointments had filled up so I used them. The installation looked very nice under the hood but when I looked at the amp I was a little shocked. They had screwed the amp into the back of my seat. I was not told this ahead of time. It did look nice though. The other issue is that the carpet under the moldings where the wires were ran are hanging out and havent stayed tucked in appropriately since. There was nothing exceptional and I went in expecting to at least learn something but...

Installation prices on the phone always are a round about pricing until we get a chance to see what you actually have, as mentioned per our previous conversation. Therefore, I do apologize that you didnt like the placing of your amp on the back of your seat. There were no other options available when you told me that you wanted to be able to remove the subwoofer from the trunk easily if you ever needed to. Placing the amplifier on the back of the subwoofer box would NOT make it an easy task for you. Plus, if you were to put the wires back in the incorrect way that would have voided your warranty. Your best interest was always our main concern. When you return we will do all that we can to make your second visit a better experience.
