Very helpful young sales lady and she was very friendly & provided good customer service.

Thank you YAMI for the good customer service. She greeted us right away and helped us find something close to what we wanted. I would advise next time helping the customer with getting the footwear put on, by taking the item out the box, removing any stuffing and opening up the laces prior to having to be asked. The prices are higher than similar stores for the same item. After finding a better price for the exact item I wanted I returned my items back to Journeys.

I went here for my birthday with my family not sure what type of shoe I wanted to buy or what size I really wore. The woman who helped us, Montana, was amazing. She not only helped me by getting me different sizes, when they did not have the type of shoe I wanted she gave me another type of the same brand just to see if the size was right. She also looked up what stores near us offered us the shoe we were looking for.She was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, giving us her advice and her experience with shoes.She went above and beyond helping us plenty of times. Even when she was busy with other customers she always came back to check on us and asking if we needed anything else. She is the main reason (beyond the shoes of course) that we will be coming back to this location.So thank you Montana for helping me pick out my pair of shoes for my birthday, I love them!

The young lady who helped us was amazing. I wish I remembered her name but she was so good even my kids were impressed. I would definitely go back due to her kindness.

I love journeys but this particular one has the rudest managment!!! The young black lady who claims to be the manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional and very very rude! I couldnt believe the way she was talking! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
