Good collection of ladies clothing. Shop is clean and spacious.

This place is so slow. the only have 2 people and the girl checking people out took 15 mins to check out a lady with 3 items. they had a cardigan I wanted but it was all dirty and trapped under a fixture n I asked for another one n they were so rude. absolutely horrible customer service

Worse experience ever, they don’t allow refunds and they don’t do exchanges either even if it is within 30 day regular policy. Do not buy here. I am not coming back again.

This one worker Christine had the worst attitude. She rung me up and the first thing she does is grab my clothes and didn’t even greet my daughters and I. I asked her if she was happy to work here and she said yes and I told her that maybe putting on a smile to show it would be the least she could do. The manager should hire more energetic and bright people there. Everyone else seemed happy to work except Christine.

My first and only time visit at this store didnt end up too good. I went to get my little sister (14yr) a couple of dresses, but when I got to the cashier to pay I was informed there was no return option for all dresses, all dresses sales were final sale. This just didnt make sense to me because every store I have visited has a return option available. I left the dresses at the cashier because I wouldnt risk to loose my money in case I missed the size. This is non-sense policy, I think that if the merchandise is in good, clean conditions and with all tags; client should be able to make a return.I wont even consider this store again, nor I would recommend it.

I waited about 5-10 mins waiting for assistance at the fitting room, got NO assistance. Had to walk in myself and choose a fitting room then got kicked out because I wasnt supposed to do that but yet NO ONE assisted me and the employees did see me and a few other costumers standing there waiting. They need employees who are better at their job and who will actually do their job. I asked one of the girls working there if she could help me and she said no. I was very disappointed.

Well I had the strangest request at the papaya store that I have visited on numerous occasions and have purchased hundreds of dollars of clothing. Let me preface with I have worked in some type of customer service ALL of my life including 5 years in ladies wear at Wal-Mart. Today I met the rudest young girl upon leaving the fitting room today. She asked if I found anything and I said yes, I will take these and went to hand her the garments that I did not wish to keep. She in turn rolled her eyes, sighed with an ugh and said, Can you put them back on the hangers. While her words were not so much the problem it was her attitude. I am not above cleaning up after myself but personally when I have worked in retail, I like to make sure that it done correctly and orderly before I restock an item. ---- Poor training on management part, bad manners on customer service part.Not sure if I will shop there again quite frankly.Oh and side note - there were 2 people working in the fitting room. 2 on the floor and 1 behind the register.
