The staff are amazing here. I came to try on dress for my niece and daughter for homecoming and prom. The staff made my kids feel like princess.

I went here browsing dresses and left with my wedding gown. It was my exact size and a perfect fit. I can’t believe I found my wedding dress at a affordable price in the mall of all places. The customer service was also A-1. They were very helpful and assisted me with trying on my dress. I definitely recommend shopping here for formal gowns.

The bad reviews are true! Went here, because my daughter really wanted a dress from here, despite the bad reviews I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Rude associate with nasty attitude and made very condescending remarks towards me. I left and I she seems to be okay with it. They definitely don’t want people in their store that looks like me.

Employees are respectful and help you when you need it. The prices are reasonable and the dresses are pretty. I recommended this place to my friends and family due to their reasonable prices and beautiful dresses!

The customer service here is horrible! I would never recommend for any one to go here. The girl “helping” was very disrespectful and when I spoke to the manager about it she didn’t even know what to say and didn’t bother to apologize. They want to make you try and pay for dresses that are already defective. When I went to another dress store and explained to the owner there what happened to me there she told me that they have a lot of people that go in there complaining about this store and it’s associates. Paris is a good store for people that want to look at a diverse selection of formal wear. They have many distinct colors, styles, and patterns to choose from. Their prices are affordable compared to other dress shops. They also have surprisingly good customer service for a formal shop at an outlet mall. I enjoy the friendly experience they provide over the over-the-top posh treatment that other stores aesthetically choose. Overall, I enjoy the atmosphere, the prices, and the employees in general.You usually never have to wait long to be greeted by an employee. Sometimes, especially during prom season, the store gets extremely busy, but the employees never fail to at least greet you from afar. When an employee finally gets to you, they usually profusely apologize for the wait and proceed to ask you a couple of questions regarding what you are specifically looking for. What size are you? What is your preferred color, style, and shape? Do you have a price range and/or budget? These questions help the employees refine the search for your perfect dress. If you have an idea in mind about what you are looking for then the employees will usually try to lead you in a particular direction where they know the type of dresses you are looking for are located. If you have not yet set your mind on what you want, the employees will welcome you to freely browse their selection, and to inform them if you need any assistance.The store is easy to navigate. The racks of dresses are arranged by price and size, so you have direct access to the ones within your price range. They have a remarkably diverse selection to choose from. Colors, patterns, shapes, and fabrics are abundant here. If you are looking at the dresses on display and become fond of a couple but cannot seem to locate them, do not be afraid to ask the employees for assistance. They can be immensely helpful; They usually take the dresses that you have, with them, so you are not burdened by the weight. Once you have a few dresses that you want to try on, you can start to make your way to the fitting room area. The employees quickly prepare your dresses to facilitate your try-on experience. They will usually hand you one dress at a time so that you will not feel crowded inside the fitting room. After choosing out accessories, the check-out process is made quickly completed by the wonderful employees.I have personally worked in retail before, so it is no surprise that this business Had a set of rules and regulations. I liked that they have policies which give a business structure and order. There were not that many rules, but the rules that they did have were common sense and easy to follow. There are no food or drinks allowed in the store to prevent damage to the expensive garments. You are not allowed to touch the displays to avoid them falling and injuring someone. Minors are required to bring an adult if they want to try on a garment, so that someone can be deemed responsible in case there is damage to the merchandise. They have an “All Sales are Final” policy for all merchandise. They inform you of this policy before you further proceed with your purchase. These are just some of the most important and enforced rules. Overall, I had a wonderful shopping experience, that was made even more pleasant by the employees helping me. I will tell my friends and family about this wonderful store and recommend that they come here for all their formal wear needs.

I am very disappointed. So I bought a great dress on 2/1/17 and never worn this dress as yet. Just tried it on ONCE at the store . And when I went to just look at it last night there are missing beads and gems. So I called the store to see if I can get some kind of help, there are no returns WHICH Im cool with but there was no help trying to figure how can I get it fix at all. I am ver dissatisfied! Great dresses with no great service. 😐

They have a few nice dresses but sizes are limited to large or smaller. Also, you cant take pictures of the dresses which is very inconvenient. Most of the more fashionable dresses are a bit pricey. The 2 young ladies that assisted me were nice but not sure about management.

Great selection of formal gowns, for prom, Quinceañera, pageants, mother of the bride, or other similar dress up occasions. Sizes toddler to Plus sizes. Alterations are available, layaway also. Good variety of dresses under $300. Helpful sales clerks, they were so attentive and nice. They also carry fancy dress shoes, jewelry, crowns, and undergarments.

I went to Paris Formal Wear yesterday and had a great experience. The staff was so nice, helped pick out dresses that would look good on me, gave their opinion of the dresses, and offered to hold the dress while we finished shopping. I was worried based on the reviews, but it was definitely a great experience. I cant wait to wear my dress

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in with my little sister to look for her prom dress. The employees were being disrespectful the whole time. They kept giving me and my sister looks the whole time and when my sister went into the dressing room to try on a dress they started talking about her. I will not be coming back. The employees should learn to respect others and have manners.

I had a perfect time there, the employees were so helpful. Found my perfect prom dress after looking for dress in many storeS. It was amazing. Though I wasn’t allowed to take photos which was an inconvenience, I kinda expected it. But it was a great experience.

Absolutely the place to go! Our daughter is a 3x size and hard to find dresses. We had 5 women helping her try on prom dresses. She was treated like a princess! She picked out the one she wanted and there was no pressure from the staff on which one to choose. We got a really good price on it. They also have layaway plans if you need it. OUR DAUGHTER IS GOING TO BE BEAUTIFUL FOR HER PROM!!! Thank you staff for a wonderful experience. We will be back next year.

The customer service the first time I bought a dress from here was good. This time not so good. There was one helpful associat but the pregnant lady was extremely rude. She went so far as to tell the other associate don’t worry about trying to help me zip a dress. The dress quality was very poor. Three out of the four gowns had something defective. If your looking for great customer service, go to So Good. I have shopped there as well. They have a bigger selection and a great staff.

If I could give them no stars I would. I came there in high hopes of finding a prom dress and I did. It was a little over my budget but i had no time to go looking elsewhere. The dress I found was in a small and I asked 4 different people if they could check around and all areas to check for a extra small (remind you my dress was over $200 just for my junior prom) they all said my dress was the last size they had. So the next step was alteration and that was a extra $60. Something was telling me they were out to get my money and not help me so I just said to myself this is the only dress I like in the colors I need for prom. I stay 2 hours away from Sugarloaf mills and my mom has took me there 3 times in a little width of time. Yesterday I come back and I bump into a dress on a sales rack coming in and I see the same sequence as my dress and I check, there is my dress the same dress in a extra small they said they didnt have. Bad experience ever the littlest thing they couldve did for me is a exchange what I wasnt mentioned to at all from anyone which is again bad customer service. They were clearly out for my money not helping me. I asked several people to check the store for the dress in another size and they all had puzzled looks which had already gave me a bad feeling. They have beautiful dresses but even if you do or dont have lumpsome of money here is where theyll cheat you out of your money.

I bought a dress on 10/19/17 but because the event I will attend cancel I take back the dress for a refund. They never advise you that all dresses are final sale. They do not have nothing in the store that says FINAL SALE!!. So really disappointed.If you go to these store PARIS be aware that no exchange or return policy are available.

I did not want to rate this location with a star. I went in the store hoping to find a flower girl dress for my granddaughter only to feel racially profiled by the burgundy haired salewoman. I took one dress in the fitting room with my grandchild and decided to explore more options and left the fitting room and got another dress for her to try on. The sales woman knock on the door and ask for the first dress to be given to her to hold on to. I didnt see any signs stating that only one item could be viewed at a time. After leaving the dressing room I noticed her following me around the store. I grew aggitated and figure the best thing to do is spend my money elsewhere. I explained to my granddaughter why we were about to leave and eventually left. Before I left I decided I would let her wear herself out. We watched her chase us around the store and I had no intention at this point of making a purchase. I am know being forced to rate this experience with 1 star in order to post... But I dont consider it worth even 1 star.

This store is horrible. Went there to get a dress for my daughter prom saw one that we liked ask how much it would be to alter it and was told one price left and went to a different store and came back pay for the dress and was getting ready to pay for alterations and was told a different price. They are not honest and have a Horrible attitude to go with it

I’m not sure why the reviewers are so terrible, but I had had an amazing experience at this store. All of the employees were extremely helpful, and didn’t complain at all. They helped with the dresses and even gave opinions. I bought my prom dress from here and I’m extremely happy with it.

Honestly I didnt know about this store because of all the bad reviews that I saw my online but I went there to get a homecoming dress and I had another dress on hold at a different store in the same mall and I went in that store and I saw all the beautiful dresses and I was just so amazed of their selection I looked a couple dresses and I asked the lady if I could see one and she told me like ask me what size I was and I said like a 13-12 sometimes 11 and she said that I would probably be a large or extra-large so she showed me which dresses that I would be able to wear and I was a little bit sad because the one that I wanted didnt have my size except for the one that I really really did want THANK God it had my size so I tried it on it was great. the lady tied me up it fit perfectly and I didnt want to try on any other dresses it was just so beautiful and I loved it so much we bought it. it was just a great experience I love the store and the customer service its just not the type of store that you go in with just your friends. you have to go in with your parents or Guardians because they are such nice expensive beautiful dresses that they want you to be serious about buying one but all in all the store was just great and I definitely suggest it to anybody whos wanting to buy a nice quality dress for homecoming or prom or anything.

It seems as if this is a family business or something to that effect and that the associates want to be helpful but they are afraid of the regime of the owner.Wanted to try on some shoes which took 45 minutes to try on two pairs of shoes when it was myself and one other girl trying on dresses in the entire store.I will never go there again as I do not like to be treated as like a thief being handed one shoe at a time. Its very difficult to ascertain if you like a pair of shoes when youre only allowed to try one shoe out of the pair on at a time. I have a feeling that this is very cheap merchandise it looks pretty but is very cheap with a high hi Mark up and a greedy rude selfish owner in which the employees are terrified of the Wrath. Not cool.

Customer service is terrible. No one spoke to my aunt and I when we entered the store. The employees stood around talking to each other, completely ignoring us, not even acknowledging our presence until I took a picture of a dress and a girl came out of nowhere saying “Pictures of the dresses aren’t allowed.” Then walked away still not asking if we needed help. The dresses were pretty but I’ll never buy one.

They have a very nice range of dresses but the staff need to work on their approach to costumers. We walked in excited to find a dress for our younger sister but was harassed and targeted for looking young. His first words were do not touch the dress when it should have been hello how may I help you. Then they told us we need an appointment and a parent. First off we are between the age of 22 and 28. The shouldnt have assumed anything but asked us. This is supposed to be a happy environment for my sisters and I but they made into a negative one. It made us not even want to spend our money there.

My two daughters and I stopped by the Paris store at Sugar Loaf Mills in hopes to find a prom dress on 4/22/16. When we would ask if they had the a certain dress in her size, the sales lady would tell us she did not and my daughters would later find the sizes. The Asian man that worked in the store asked my youngest daughter who was going to the prom and my daughter told him that she was. He proceeded to tell my older daughter that since she was not going to the prom that she could not try on any dresses...not even asking her if she had a formal to attend. My daughters left the store and would not tell me who said what until we left the mall or I would have given them a piece of my mind. They lost two sales. This was the worst experience that we have ever encountered in regards to shopping. The do not even deserve one star but had to select in order to get this review posted. Big Mistake, Big, Huge. All the staff in this store is extremely RUDE! I dont have a budget for my dress so they lost this sale. Guess who will NOT get any of my money EVER! Ive told all my friends, family, and associates about this place. Monday Im going to the chamber of commerce to speak to someone about who we let operate business here in Gwinnett. Then Im filing a report with the better business Bureau and mall steak holders.

On January 13th, 2019 Me and my co worker decided to pass by the store and take a look at the dresses. As soon as we entered the store I was asked my age and told The dresses On the rack that I was looking at were “ pricey “ and that the other racks provided cheaper options.. we walked around the store for another 2 minutes before I was approached by another employee asking if i needed Help and was told that I would need a parents to try on anything and 2 minutes after that a Asian man (probably owner) begins to watch me and my friend around the store as if we are thieves. My friend and I felt VERY uncomfortable and feel like their service depends on your skin color. DO NOT SHOP HERE !

Drove 30 minutes to take me gf to look at dresses from this store. Got there found dresses she loved and when we went to try them on the lady said “how old are you?” My gf said 18 and then the girl said “you aren’t old enough and took the dresses without any hesitation. We were ready to buy but they lost a customer. Who made the rule you have to be 19 to try clothes on without a parent. Stupid policies/rude workers are why the reviews suck

The service there is HORRIBLE! The employees are rude and they think theyre arent other places to shop. My daughter and her friend were looking for a homecoming dress and they werent allowed to try on a dress because the employees didnt think they could afford the dress. I really thought about suing them for discrimination.

Never going here ever again after today. i went in with my friends in hoping to buy a dress right on the spot and the staff was really rude since they found out i was under 18 (1 month until i’m 18). i was with my friends thought and they were 18-19. they said i needed a parent to be with me, but i was going to buy a dress right then if i fit the dress i was holding. then later when i was trying to take a picture of a dress to show to my mom the staff wanted to give me attitude that i can’t take pictures. never going here again and i wouldn’t reccommend it for anyone.

Great merchandise. Service is terrible. The pregnant girl needs to go on maternity leave for having such a bad attitude. They ruined our entire experience looking for the perfect prom dress.

Great dresses for good prices but the service is terrible. I drove for 3 hours to find a prom dress. I called the store because the directions on maps sent me to another location 10 minutes away and when I called the lady was rude. When I arrived the lady immediately gave me an attitude saying I couldnt pull out the dresses to look at them and when I asked to try on a dress they said I had to make an appointment. When my friend found her dress she asked a sales associate to get it for her and then pointed her to the dressing room. The other associates told her she couldnt try it on because she was under 18. But when she told them she was going to buy it herself thats when they let her to try on the dress. Overall, if your looking for a dress, this is the place, but dont expect good customer service.

This store is absolutely pitiful.I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. The workers refused to let me try on dresses because they didn’t think it wouldn’t fit me(after I had already been told that was my size) and were making very rude comments about my body and size. I have been there before and didn’t like it, and now they have lost my business completely. This is absolutely terrible.save yourself some time(and money) and go somewhere else.

Very rude staff I was truly disappointed! My daughter had picked out a dress just one and it was very pretty we asked to try it on the lady said no its almost 830 and we are going to close i promised we would only do one and she said ok but acted very angry she stepped in the dressing room with my daughter and when she did she told my daughter if anything happens to this dress if you mess it up in any way you will buy it really hateful so it scared my daughter and she didnt come out in it because she was terrified they would say we had done something. The lady stood outside stamping her foot the whole time. Now while all this was going on there were other people still shopping in the store and she said nothing to them. I would have loved to buy that dress for my daughter but because of this very rude woman my daughter was to scared to try it on and come out. I will never step foot in that store ever again

I was looking for a formal dress for my cruise so I got online and searched. I was super skeptical about going here bc if the reviews. I’m big on customer service and they seemed to have terrible reviews for customer service. I decided to try this place anyway. And I am SO GLAD I DID!!! I was lost in the mall and didn’t know where to go, so I called and asked where to go while I was walking! As soon as I walked in Teresa greeted me at the door! She was super nice! I told her what I was looking for, she pointed me in the right direction, I had tons in questions. She was patient. She helped me get in and out of all the dresses! Man she was great!!! No attitude whatsoever! We laughed and carried on. I would definitely shop here again! Please try this place out! They have a great selection and great prices! People need to understand this is a place of business, there are rules. U can’t touch displays, u can only try in a certain number of dresses a day. There are many salty reviews bc people don’t like rules. I had no issues whatsoever! This place was great and they will forever have my business! Thanks Teresa! Before I could finish asking my question, the lady said we dont have time to talk on the phone. You just come in and she literally hung up the phone in my face. I was shocked and not looking forward to ever visiting that store.
