Big store, nice selection.I didnt really look at the entire store because I came just for beads and heard they had what I need. I saw a lot of nice things though.Been looking for a variety of beads for my braids and they have a great selection. Very happy with my purchases.

Store respectful to customers which is rare many times. This is the only hair store I buy products because of the respect, value, and selection. Store personnel do not follow you around assuming you are going to steal from the store. I do not shop other hair stores because they act as if ALL minorities are thieves.

Great prices on items! Great location! Staff is always helpful. The outside of the establishment could use a face lift. I would also like to see the aisles labeled. This would make the store easy to navigate through. Always stocked with whatever products you would be looking for.

My go to location for wigs, hair products for myself and baby girl. Great selection of products. Everyone here is helpful. Always recommend this location to others. Only downsides are: the aisles are usually extremely cramped especially with boxes of hair or other products making it almost hazardous to walk through and getting some help in the wig department can be a challenge, most specifically if there is one person working.

This store has a great, vast selection of products and hair. However, the store is extremely cramped and congested.... there’s boxes of hair in every aisle, no signs to label the aisles. The whole layout of the store is overall very cramped... making me feel kind of overwhelmed

The owner is an elderly Asian man, he’s very kind. I like if you request something not in the store he’ll write it down and come next shipment, it is on the shelf. It’s convenient, clean, organized, and I don’t feel like I’m being profiled as a shopper. Most beauty supply stores profile their target audience and it’s disturbing. HERE I feel respected as a consumer. If quality of service changes I will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of African beauty supply stores who would love the business.

Hey guys,My first time shopping at the store, and it was okay. This beauty supply shop has a lot of generic products, so keep that in mind. The positive take away is that I was greeted when I entered the store and I was not followed by employees around the space. They didnt have what I needed, so I probably wont return to that location. I had a great experience here, I go often and even bought an expensive lace front, which I love. I have never had a issue being followed, so far. They are always friendly, and have a big selection, so far, good.

Visited here several times with my wife. The people are pretty polite and helpful for the most part. However the last time I visited I felt like the gentleman at the front counter was constantly observing me as I waited for my wife who was shopping for her hair care products. That didnt sit well with me. I usually shop for grooming supplies or hair clipper accessories etc. as needed but I just didnt feel welcomed in the store my last visit there.

Got the type of hair weaves I wanted and its also affordable.

Went to purchase a wig. Looking for only human hair wigs. Tried on the display wig which said human hair. Liked the wig but wanted a darker color. Salesperson brought me one with darker color, but policy doesnt allow trying on. Wig cost $36.99 minus tax. Brough wig home. It was synthetic, not human hair, and of inferior quality compared to the one I tried on. Brought it back the next day in original package with receipt. Woman in front of me was also trying to return a wig that was of inferior quality. She and I were told by owner (?) returns or credits not allowed on wigs. Korean saleswoman proceed to take the wig out of the packaging and smell the wig the other customer was trying to return (huh?!). Owner (?) said all beauty supply stores have the same policy. The words RIP OFF immediately came to mind. I used to like this place but now I am very suspicious about everything in the store. Are they trying to rip off their customers, main African Americans by selling products of inferior quality? Please be careful when purchasing from this store. I think Ill be taking my business elsewhere (Tops Beauty Supply just down the road).

Wow, excellent selection! They have everything you would expect a beauty supply store to have and then some. Hats, clothing, accessories, purses, shoes and of course the usual cosmetics, hair care, wigs, etc. but it is the selection that is most impressive - so many varieties...almost too many. Great prices, friendly & knowledgeable staff, the only thing they lack is a dressing room to try on the clothes. They are a stand out among the beauty supply stores in the area. I stop in even if I dont need anything in particular just to shop and see whats new. Adequate parking easy in and out!

Expensive but its a beautiful place. A lot of options. My first visit on a Saturday and the girl at the register polite and professional. She knew what they carried more than on of the owners or investors. They were all out in full fledged. Watching but also offering to help you find stuff. A pair of ear rings 5.00 locked in a case. So going back to my old place on Harrington and Cruse rd. They family.

I will never shop at k beauty again and I will also encourage other people not to shop there as well. I had an experience where one of the employees followed me out of the store thinking that I was trying stealing one of their products. These Asians need to get accustomed to people walking out of their stores without buying anything. If I was a white person things would’ve been handled differently.

Best beauty supply i could every go to. As a hairstylist i can find anything From me making wigs. To braids and sewin also color. I usely buy in bulk from them but does not have have a bulk Order program which would be great.. But over all best beauty supply ever😍😍😍

I just left this store and I must say, it’s one of the best beauty supply store I have been in so far. The young lady there were very helpful and showed me many different styles and colors of the wigs they had available. Very nice staff! I will go back!

I purchased a wig last week expecting it to look like the one I tried on in the store and it looked nothing like it. So I went back to the store to see if I can purchase the wig on the maniquin and was told that I couldn’t purchase it. I didn’t want an exchange or a refund. I just wanted my wig to look like it did when I tried it on.

Very near me store, decent selection, great prices. They are way more friendly that top beauty down the street. I only go here now.

Would give 0 stars if I could!! Workers are great and very friendly but as a Master Cosmetologist since 1996, I would not have expected the treatment I received today. I can’t in to do a return, WITH my receipt. I decided to exchange for a set of clippers. Difference would’ve been about 3.00. The owner made me step out of line once he saw my license card in order to “calculate” whether I should receive another discount. After waiting and having several people go in front of me, he does the exchange. As I’m leaving he tells me to give him the receipt! I told him no. He said well “this is a final sale!” I said that’s fine and we’ll because this is only the 2nd time I’ve stepped in that store and didn’t plan on coming back. Again I told him that a final sale was no problem but I REFUSE to leave without a receipt. He told the receipt so that he could make a copy of it. I got my receipt back with his “final sale” written on it and walked out. Once I got home I saw why he insisted on it being a final sale.... (why are there two #2 guards in this “brand new” set)I will never patronize this business again. There are three other beauty supply stores with a 2 mile radius of this one. Go to the other ones if you want your hard earned money and professional licensure to be respected!!

This store is much too junky looking for me... Packages of hair extensions and braids, etc., lining most of the aisles. The prices are competitive, but mostly off-brand products with mineral oil, parabens, limonene, quaternium, palm oil and palm kernal oil, on and on in them. Id like to see more standard, reliable name brand products on the shelves, especially since products are Non Refundable once you walk out the door. And, you have to show your drivers license if you pay with debit or credit card. If you dont drive, then youre SOL!! Also, these people (the old man) walked past me several times, because I was taking my time selecting products, because I dont buy Anything with more than 1 bad ingredient in it. So I dont like to be closely watched and followed around any store when Im spending my hard earned money, mainly foreign-owned Korean beauty supply stores. Install and monitor with overhead cameras like Walmart does.

Loved this store! Best beauty supply store in the area. The staff was so pleasant! There was slso no profiling as some other stores do. The vast selection is almost too much including the clothes and jewelry! The one star missing is that the clothes are very expensive! Dont think they will be selling much... however i cannot say enough about their selection and how well organized everything was.
