Used online portal to schedule appointment for vaccine. They had appointments all the way up until 11:00 p.m. listed, I selected 8pm, drove 20min to get to this location, saw 2 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy techs all discussing how one of the techs partied too much in college, me and several other customers just stood around waiting to be helped, 20 minutes later they finally come out and tell me that they stopped doing vaccines at 6:00pm regardless of what the online scheduling said. On a side note... its a reassuring feeling to hear someone counting out pills that could kill somebody talk about how they stayed drunk the entire time they were in college-thats super professional.
This is the best CVS imo. Always open 24/7. Drive thru line can be a long wait during certain times of day, but overall I prefer this store to others in the area. Very helpful pharmacy staff.
Today 3:15 i go in store I had a purchase from another store I told the (hispanic) girl who work their can she hold the bag so they wont think Im stealing I go to purchase 2 items she give me the bag back after I made my purchase I didnt think to look in bag to make sure everything I had was in that bag I gave her I get home the most important thing I needed was gone I called the manager I explained the situation she put me on hold and then hunged up claim the call drop (Lie) when I call back she claimed she looked at camera (Lie) and said the girl said she sat the bag on the floor and told me to check my cvs bag like why would that particular item be in the cvs bag if I gave her the bag before I purchased my 2 items from them cant just jump in one bag to another... stores worried about you stealing but just because they work their dont mean they wont steal from the customer . Now i know to keep my own stuff and for any future store to think what they think and embarrass they self Im thinking Im doin good deed by doing the right thing but turn around it back fired full of bull ! I spared her because any other customer wouldve acted a fool but karma
This location always has my meds instock & customer service out standing!!!!
Horrible Service! I called a month ago for my prescription refill only for this rude guy to tell me that my prescription had expired. I told him to double check because I knew I had 6 months left and he told me that was wrong. I get a call today saying my prescription is ready and have 6 months wroth of supply! Ive had to schedule a doctors appointment and spend more money trying to get this refill when it wasnt even necessary.
Don’t do it! Take your prescriptions to Publix or even Kroger. Learned my lesson the hard way. If I could rate this a zero I would. Took my prescriptions (three in total) to the drive through today at 12:20 pm and they told me it will be ready at 3:30 pm. When I asked why so long, they claimed it’s because they’re short staffed. Came back at 3:30pm paid and left only to discover when I got home that they had only filled one of the three prescriptions. I’m now fuming because I now had to engage Friday traffic for a third time to get corrected something that should’ve been properly executed prior to my return visit. On my now third visit I requested a manager. I explained the situation trying to understand what was going on. She (of African descent)offered zero apology and looked on the system commenting (to no one about her staff) “why do they do this? They should’ve told told us it’s three”. Then she tells me “it’s in process “ and my response was to advise her to return my prescription so I could take it elsewhere because I was done waiting.Zero customer service and pharmacy techs that need a redo on training. You cannot treat your customers like they don’t matter because their business is what keeps your doors open
CVS place to get stuff its okay to shop at nothing wrong with it
A store associate tried to fight me just now, told me to get TF out of her store and knocked items off the shelves onto the floor. All this for a $1.42 bag of Skittles. It was a store manager who came and stood between us to prevent the associate from hitting me.
Always have a good experience at this CVS location
The PHARMACY IS THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD. THE WORKERS ARE SLOWER THAN TURTLES. THIS CAUSES RAGE AND ANGER TO COME OUT FROM CUSTOMERS WHICH IS UNSAFE.
Drove here in the middle of the night for kids medicine and they are closed! Based on the reviews this store needs to be gutted and I am calling corporate to complain about the inaccurate hours.
Crowded. My order was on back order.
I Love this CVS... Everyone that works here is VERY Polite. They will go out of there way to help you. I have been using this CVS for some years and everyone knows me by name.. that’s always a Great Feeling that they remember who you are..
Coming from out of state and they have the biggest sign outside that says open 24 a day and here it is 12:40am and it’s closed! Stupidest thing ever
The Shift Manager Janice went above and beyond to help me find an item that was not on the shelf. The store was very busy yet she ran around and assisted me so I could get out quickly. Really appreciated that. Store was very clean as well.
The person working at the 24 hour pharmacy was very rude i just had a surgery and she was not helpful at all with the prescription
The people were nice, but I was told it would be an hour for my prescription. No big deal. Go with the wife to get something to eat and come back an hour and a half later. Tell me again it will be another hour. Whatever. Took the wife shopping for another hour. Came back. Same story. Told to wait another hour. Now inhad to scramble for someone to pick my son up from daycare because we wouldnt be there in time and I live an hour away. Had no choice but to use this pharmacy because this is where my VA Outpatient clinic sends my medication.
Very helpful pharmacist. Had to pay cash for a prescription and the pharmacist called the doctor to recommend a slight adjustment to reduce the cost. She also used coupons to reduce my $123 prescription to $11.17. Thank you. Really appreciate it.
Sunday morning and all they have there is a rude lady who cant even say hello. You can see the misery on her face
This used to be my favorite Pharmacy until tonight when an employee vindictively and deliberately hid my daughters prescription. He told me there was a cost by the time I got back with my money 10 minutes later I was being told the prescription wasnt ready when the previous gentleman was holding the package in his hand when he was pricing it and telling me how much it cost. I waited for almost 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line with Pharmacy employees telling me they were unable to locate neither the prescription item or the prescription. Unacceptable horrendous service. Now my child is without much needed prescription medication that we had been waiting for this Pharmacy to order since last Wednesday. When I called to complain the store manager on duty hung up the phone on me. CVS has lost my business...do not go to this store...they lose your meds.
Very unprofessional store ! I use Walgreens but they longer accept my daughter’s insurance. I called this place to have them get her prescription from Walgreens and accidentally gave the wrong number and the person called back and asked for the correct number and asked me to check it and then call back to give it to them. My daughter is sick with the flu and needs Tamiflu. You are the pharmacist it is your job to get that information you have a freaking computer infront of you google it !
Great service
They ALWAYS have you wait for RX., even when they say 30 minutes that means 1 hr +. SO SLOW, one would think THEY were on drugs. Called in rx at 8:12 and told 30 min. Now 9:30..... So....if you need something in a TIMELY manner in a REASONABLE grace period of 15 minutes past the time they said, try a VET.
Trying to pick up painkillers for a family members kidney stones at the only 24 hr pharmacy within 30 miles. They couldn’t have it done any sooner than 3 hours and were dismissive. Jerks
I have never been treated with the kind of disrespect I was in this store. The pharmacist refused to serve me out of discrimination. When I tried to call the manager, he yelled at me. I was in tears in the store. Eventually I called the police because I was actually in fear of what was going on. They told me that store had problems. I did report them. It was the worst experience in a store I have ever been through and they were just hateful. Find another CVS, there are many around this location. Don’t shop here. These people are vicious and awful.
I get treated like a kid at the pharmacy. Im 23, I know what medication I need, and they tell me that they cant order it. Then when my dad goes up there, they somehow are miraculously able to get it. This has happened more than once. At least the Sugarloaf location is sweet as pie 🙃
More than an hour now and they still telling stories about name cant be found,a month ago took medication for the same guy,my nephew, and they cant find his name.. pathetic service!!!
Very poor customer service, not organized at all. I waited 1 1/2 to get my prescription ready while my sick child was waiting in the car. They had 4 people walking around. It took probably about 45 minutes for Humphrey to verify the order. Looks like they prioritize on other things not the clients in front of them. The lady in the drive through is very ignorant (Wendy).
Never had an issue like other reviewers are having, theyre very reliable and are open 24 hours even on holidays, this CVS is a life saver
The pharmacist who helped filed our meds was African and he was very quick to get the meds Alice NP called in for us. I highly recommend.
Very happy that this place is open 24 hours. Great service. Got my meds without delay.
White older man that works here in the morning always has a serious attitude. They screw up prescriptions and then act like its the customers fault. Maybe they shouldnt be 24 hours since theyre always making mistakes.
Great customer service. Thank you.
When l arrived the Nigerian pharmacist had already had my meds ready. Absolutely the best cvs ever.
At 10 pm,I was at the store, I was really tired just want to go home, pick up my prescription and go home,at the time to pay,the cashier...That was when everything change, amazing service, big smile,he make me feel better,I forget his name but his kind and great spirit stay with me,thank you so much, this young black men makes the diference in costumer service in your company...please,please let him know wherever he goes,he always will be Bless.
Picked up my prescription here one time and now the recordings will not quit calling me to keep doing refills and there is not a way I can see to opt out. Finally just started picking the option to refill the prescription maybe they will figure it out when I dont pick them up.
Filled my medication right away when he noticed how miserable l was. The African pharmacist male is the best, l cannot remember his name.
It started about 3:15. The pharmacist didnt appear too axsious to help me. But mustve had coffee while waited for my meds because she became more helpful after an hour!
The employees here arent very nice. I would recommend going to a different CVS. I will no longer shop here.
This is 24hrs and it is always open wheneber l. Need meds.. Best deal
Great pharmacy and it opens 24 hr which is great if you need them
They are not helpful. Theyve given me the wrong persons medication more than once. There is ALWAYS a wait, even if you call ahead. You always have to check your medicine, and amount charged. Overall theyre absolutely terrible, but theyre also the only 24 hour CVS on this side of Gwinnett. Hopefully thatll change soon.
The service was pathetic. I get it, its a 24/7 store but at least hire healthy looking employees. The young gentleman looked pail and sickly. He had a rude demeanor to top it all off. Wont go back!
I shopped for what I needed and I got the pharmacist to recommend something for the flu over the counter. He got the medicine I was going to buy but I wanted to shop for other items so I allowed my daughter to purchase Hers ahead of me. I was surprised when He told Her that He could not ring Her up because the register was tied up with drive thru sales or something of that nature. We waited for almost forty minutes for the system to allow the register to ring up our purchases but no such luck. My daughter went ahead and purchased Her items but then He held up the items that I was previously going to purchase and said, cash or credit, I just turned around looked at Him and said, Oh, never mind, I will just get those at the other store when I go and purchase my medicine over there, thanks!!
I would have given it ZERO stars. Foreign pharmacist doesnt even TRY to talk where you can understand him. They put me on ETERNAL hold, never came back. I had to call 3 times and even then the stupid pharmacist just mumbled, we dont have it. I was SICK in the middle of the night and THIS is customer service. A-holes!!!!
The pharmacist here work really hard to get prescriptions ready for pick up. Great customer service.
I had one pharmacist treat me like a pill junky cause I was separating my meds I had 5 prescriptions for a kidney stone and she says I cant fill only pain meds and then tells me to sit down and didnt even act like she wanted to help me so yea people shouldnt be treated like this
Loved that they are open 24hrs. Really serving the community.
I dont know his name but the African pharmacist was very empathetic and helped me quickly while l was having shortness of breath.
Great employees and pharmacy is always very helpful.
At the pharmacy right now with my dad. he had a transfer prescription filled for 4 days for extend holiday visit...We were told to come in at 6:00pm. We came in at 7:30pm and the pharmacist still had not filled it. Said he forgot. Then still wouldnt fill the prescription without a holiday override. Had to pay out of pocket.
Wait more than an hour every time. I don’t like this location . As well not good costumer service ..
This CVS has the WORST pharmacy by far. On two occasions they didnt have the medicine I needed in stock so I had to go to another pharmacy. They never update my husbands insurance info stating they never had it...which is strange since we just picked up a script for him last month from them. The staff is rude and the young white girl that runs the counter will do everything she can to make issues seem like the customers fault. Ive seen this happen to other customers as well as myself. She makes other people sound stupid and is very loud about it. She needs training. The CVS on Grayson Hwy is much more professional and actually carries all popular medicines and remembers your insurance info. Its not too much farther away to go to that location and I recommend you do.
It never got any better from the last review. The staff was rude and when we had an issue with my insurance which is through CVS Caremark, they really didnt even try and help me. The pharmacist was just as rude as the staff... Oh and that issue, it was for my insulin which I didnt get and they knew I was out. I told them that if I had a horrible high I was gonna go to the ER and then sue CVS to pay the bill.
I used Walmart for years but I got tired of always having to wait a week for my meds, also the rudeness and uncaring attitude. Love the personal service and kindness.
15 minutes on hold to pharmacy 23 minutes waiting in drive thru. 1 car in front had to leave.
The absolute worst pharmacy to get prescriptions from. The wait times are always horrendous even when they claim to have it ready.
Just Rude employees. And the assistant manager rude
While at check out we had one coupon that we wanted to use but they did not want to except it because it expired tomorrow.
The lady who works the pharmacy could care less about what is going with her job and much less about you.
Worst customer service ever. Dont go to this pharmacy for anything.
Save money every time I go
Very very very slow service.
Thank God for this 24hr pharmacy, and the pharmacist was professional.
24 hour pharmacy Thank You CVS for having a 24 hour pharmacy open.
Pharmacy staff are rude.
Terrible.....I was having an asthma attack and the dark girl assistant refused to tell me how long it would be I had to call 911 and be taken to a hospital......
Ellen the pharmacist tech was very rude and condescending.
They are amazing, great service,
NEVER have anything in stock!!!
Excellent
The name manager (Igor)of the night shift do an excellent job very friendly
The employees try to understand you
