This location closes when they feel like it. You never know when they will be open. It’s annoying when this is the closest place to your house ! .

If youre gonna stay closed due to having short staff (which really means youre not paying your employees enough to want to stick around) then at least put a sign on the door or something.

This location has more problems than any other gas station I have been at. After 5 pm you dont know if they are going to be open or closed, credit card tender is a hit more miss so if you go there and dont have cash then you are out of luck. Customer service is lacking more and more. Corporate needs to step in and see what is happening at this location before they run off repeat customers.

This is a very nice gas station on a corner with entrance and exit on each side of the corner. There are plenty of pumps with competitive pricing. The store inside is quite complete with food options both hot and cold along with dessert options as well. The store is very clean and well kept up. We found it very easy to get in and out and able to quickly go inside the store for a quick snake.

Never open in the morning, no breakfast food,by far the worst racetrac

We dropped by around 11:40 am for a fountain drink. On a busy Saturday,when you would think..... you could find things working at the drink fountain.Not one....had the proper mixture that even came close to what the label said it was.The sodas all had a clear flavorless solution tinged with a brown color that pouredfrom each spout. The tea options pored a flavorless solution as well.There was only one person working who could have cared less.

Never have tobacco product you want. Is probably one of the dirtiest Racetrac inside and outside. Staff is Rude. Needs A major overhaul.

Today my mom needed something important and later found out that it was closed at 11pm but it says its open 24 hours. If you are gonna close before 12 or 1 put that time my differ due to the pandemic because I dont want you wasting my time.

This place was a real mess the toilet paper in both stalls in the mens bathroom were not in the dispensers but were thrown all over the bathrooms. Nothing nicer than thinking that theres urine all over the toilet paper that youre going to use. Outside at the pumps the trash cans are overflowing and theres empty boxes of DEF floating around the parking lot.

Hey joel ortizin my case I was wrong when grabbing a few beers I grabbed a 24 of 7 ounce models by mistake I asked the cashier to let me change them for a 24 of 12 ounces and they told me that I could not and as a mockery the manager He told me to spend a funny day I think that is not a good deal to the client because he told me in a mocking tone it was on 11/21/2020 2:30 pmits not fair I feel offended

Great coffee and food options for a convenience store. Plenty of parking and gas pumps! Seems the employees here are a little more concerned with each other than their guests unlike QT, but still much better than your average convenience store.

It is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. 4 days a week you get there and theres a sign on the door that says closed will reopen at 5:30 a.m. They need to hire some employees or quit sending the good ones to other stores. Until this changes I suggest quick trip thats just down the road. Always open!!!

Love the variety and selection at great prices. Dont just stop for gas they also have a wonderful little ice cream selection thatyou can add toppings on right in the store. It is AWESOME.

Staff excellent. Store super clean. Coffee great. Access and egress ABSOLUTE DISASTER. GREAT STORE on absolutely the DUMBEST lot design. This design fiasco belongs in the engineering textbooks under WHAT NOT TO DO. WAKE UP RaceTrac, you dont stand a chance against QT with implementation like this.

Clean store and friendly staff. I stop by there everyday on my way to work. Never had a problem with them. No long waits and always willing to check the back if an item is out on the shelves.

Not friendly, coffee is out on busy morning time told worker and did not care, coffee equipment dirty nozzle. Lots of people hanging outside the store. Not very comfortable to go..management/owner must correct this..

At first I thought this store was clean but it isnt.. went in there to buy food for myself and my kids and got food poison! Because of what I thought about it being clean I said to myself that I must have gotten it from somewhere else, to go back in there couple days later to buy food again and ended up sick again. I dont know but Im done with eating anything or even drinking anything in that store unless its in a sealed package or sealed container. I think the machines that I get the coffee from isnt cleaned properly, and I also think the food that they make isnt fresh either the reason why we were sick. I guess they are just taking people money and getting paid to make people sick.. YUCK!!!!!

Windshield was stations are completely dry and none of them across the fuel isles have paper towels in them.

Normally when I go to this location my experience is usually good. I have noticed when I have to deal with Nora, its not good. Went into the store this morning to purchase to fountain sodas. When she asked if I needed a receipt, told her yes. I had my hand out waiting for the receipt, but no she didnt hand it to me. She threw the receipt on the counter. I do not like disrespectful people and this location will a customer due to bad customer service. I will drive to 301 location where I get better customer service.

Dont like the new coffee machines they are using....tends to get alot of use...less cleaning...more prone to mold etc...go back to old system...it was cleaner, and generates more customer interaction and it seems that coffee tasted better

This is my morning stop for coffee and a bite. Their coffee selection is above most places with different brews. I am currently drinking their Brazilian coffee, which is very flavorful.

I like Racetrac but I just dont understand why If your open 24hrs then why you dont have food COOKING on that roller warmer through out the night. People move around all times of the night not just early morning looking for something to snack on.

This used to be a nice friendly store to shop in and gas up. But I just had the worst experience with the night shift store manager named Justin tonight. I purchased the wrong item by mistake so I asked him nicely to cancel the sale for me right after I paid him. I could not believe he gave me such a hard time about it. He very arrogantly insisted I could not return the item anymore because the sale already went through. What??? I used to like this store but this manager Justin just destroyed years of my pleasant customer experience with this store and the Racetrac brand. I just hope Racetrac does a better job screening for better customer service oriented managers soon or they will quickly lose their long time loyal customers to other stores like QT or Speedway. On second thoughts, they just lost one tonight. =(

I stop almost every days and never had coffee we stop in the morning I talk with the manager but the problem still there

Good service without feeling rushed after you pay like you do it quick trip LOL competitive prices and good selection of snacks and drinks. The walk-in beer cooler doesnt hurt either

Wow! This gas station was well stocked, inviting atmosphere, staff was friendly and parking was well lit. They had all kinds of self serve slushes and frozen yogurt with toppings.

This place I liked a lot because it is very large and spacious, it is totally clean and the staff offers very good service I recommend it and the coffee is excellent Another detail that I noticed was that there are usually people asking for money, although it is not that I am bothered by people they are asking in public places but there are people who can work and they do not do it because they prefer to be asking however it is necessary to clarify, in case they are people who do, they need it, I can gladly help them
