My business partner and I placed an order for business cards and hang tags for clothing. The aesthetics were nice, but after a second look, we realized there were some errors including no hole for the hang tags. We reached out to the owner immediately. It took him several days to respond. After a bit of back and forth he agreed to redo the work, but it was too late because we had already taken our business elsewhere. . We requested a refund and he has ghosted us. The unprofessional manor in which our concerns were handled was was and is unacceptable.

Needed 35 custom purple t-shirts of various sizes in a pinch a week before Christmas. Quoted me a week but had it 5 days with overnight shipping from ATL to NYC. Local printers were on vacation or quoting crazy prices. The kids got their shirts a day before Christmas break. 5-Star quality. Will be doing business again.
