Pick another company. Tried multiple times to rectify a situation that I was not happy with. Through multiple emails and phone calls not one person would even come out and look at the work I was unsatisfied about. The company still expects you to pay for unsatisfactory work.

Thought we had chosen a good company, the sales man was respectful (other companies are dismissive with anyone other than the man of the house) and was happy upon initial install, but over time Ive noticed shortcuts and things done incorrectly.The biggest grievance being that they did not tie in or put the post close enough to the house causing it to bang every time the wind blows. Just asking for that entire side to fail.Most of the bottom of the fence is level, but can clearly tell when installer stopped caring as the boards that needed to be cut were done at random angles using a chainsaw.Payed for two upgraded gate handles which were never installed fully and dont match. - Found this out after we got tired of having to adjust the latch to close it properly.Pick another company.

I have paid initial deposit April 22nd and have yet to get an install date. I have reached out several times in search of an install date (my husband and I both work so need to plan). Each time I have been told I would get a phone call the next week. I have never received any phone calls.

I have a different kind of fencing project and have bothered the staff with questions numerous times. They are very kind, answer all of my questions, help me think outside of the box, and spend the time needed to work through the issues, all with a bunch of patience. Recommend them highly!

Lady up front made it so easy I told her how much fence I was putting up Wut it was and height and she did everything else
