Worked with Tim and his team to have a master bath quartz countertop. Timing of installation was as promised and Martin and installer did a great job getting the quartz fitted with two beautiful sinks. Quartz is beautiful and we were very pleased with the price and the results. Hell be back for our 2nd bath and the kitchen.

Great prices! The whole process was quick, less than 2 weeks from walking in the door to install. They came and measured, and made a template. We wanted to keep our original sink and they worked with us to do that. Crew was amazing, very nice guys. Were careful and respectful of our home. Will definitely use them on future projects!

Tim and his team were fantastic. He was available for measurements within 24hrs of calling and had it all installed in a week. Great communication and even better pricing from their huge inventory. Will definitely be using them again for the next project.

BFS Marble and Granite was the counter-top sub-contractor for the complete update of our kitchen. The initial contact with BFS was for the development of the counter-top template. The tech was three hours late and did not have the correct tools to complete the template and had to come back a second time.During the initial installation, one of the counter-tops came in with the wrong sink cut-out. A conversation and finger pointing took place between BFS and the General contractor, but ultimately the general contractor had to purchase a top from a different stone fabricator. The real issue was with the Quartz pieces associated with the island. When originally installed the two pieces did not line up. The techs worked hard to correct the problem, but in doing so, the long edge of the countertop became bowed.BFS said they could easily correct the edge problem and approximately two weeks after the installation the owner came out to do the work. We were hesitant to have him re grind the edge at first, but he said if we were not satisfied, he would replace the two quartz pieces comprising the island. In the attempt to correct the edge, BFS had to go out and purchase a vacuum and covering.BFS leveled the edge as best they could. However, when you look at it at eye level it can be compared to a well-used railroad track. It is not as straight as the other edges on the other pieces, you can tell there was a repair done. In the process of grinding, BFS was not able to cover the area correctly and quartz dust settled through out our entire downstairs of our home. In all fairness the owner, Tim Dowling, tried to clean up the quartz dust on the floor with paper towels, but the dust had settled everywhere; it was a mess and required a very costly deep cleaning.My wife and I are not happy with the final results of “the fix” and our general contractor is trying to negotiate with BFS (Tim) to have the countertop replaced. This has not been a good experience for us.

Every piece in my kitchen was cut wrong and left big gaps everywhere and my countertops were covered in scratches I do not recommend

Tim is nice in the beginning, but when I let him know of issues with my countertops he did nothing to fix them. I had kitchen and bathroom countertops replaced by him and his team. The kitchen turned out nice, but there is one place they missed where grout should have been placed. The bathroom countertops brown fantasy had more grey in it than brown and was way to light. It did not match my shower at all plus they didnt polish the countertops like I thought they were going to do. After they left, I noticed a crack in the 2nd bathroom countertop. It looked like they tried to seal the crack. I noticed the crack after the sealant started to dry and after they had left with all my money. I told their plumber guy about it. He took a picture to give to the owner, but no one has taken responsibility for it to replace it with a countertop not cracked. After all, this is brand new. No one wants a cracked countertop installed. He also promised to polish the countertops with a dark stain to see if the color will blend more with my shower. He hasnt done that yet. Now he avoids my calls and texts. Dont pay them anything until the job is done and make sure you get what you paid for. I didnt and dont suggest for anyone to use thern.

Didn’t silicone properly along the wall. Left large gaps between granite and wall. Installed chipped granite, drilled a screw through my cabinets, and left broken shims underneath cabinets. Called and text several times to have issues corrected with no response.

While shopping for granite to add to my kitchen, I came across an ad from this company. I contacted the owner about a special that they were running and provided him the square footage that i needed. He didnt think he had enough stone left for the special rate, however he stated that he would upgrade me if need be at the same price. I was on a tight timeline and needed quicker turnaround than the 7 days from the official measurement day, The owner promised a 48 hour turnaround from measurement to installation and he delivered. After the installation, everything looked great, however there miscalculation on the measurement of the back splash that left it a 1/2 inch short in 1 area. I called the owner up and asked for a correction - to which he had the crew come back out and change it out within 72 hours with no hassle. They are legit.

Worst company every. Been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 months. They set appointments and then never call or show. after 2 months of trying to conduct business with them, I spoke to the manager and he assured me that he would personally make sure someone called and set an appointment for the very next day. So after no one called, I called the next day to see when someone was going to come out. At that time I was told that they were very busy and no one could com out for an appointment for 2 to 3 weeks. Are you kidding me. No one is giving you that much business with the unprofessionalism you display! Very unprofessional all around. Id advise not to use them. How they begin is how they will end. No call no show.

These two brother-In-laws are a joke! The price got us in the door and the installation was a nightmare! Didnt use wooden templates, overhangs were not even, they left broken piece around a pass through. The cut they made for the sink was wrong and left it to us to find a sink that would work. Used some filler to fill in a cut that you can see with a under-mount sink. If I was staying in the home I would have disputed the CC charge.. Dont waste your time or better yet your money with these clowns! What a hot mess!

Good prices (although they will not honor what they advertise, nor will they change their website or even take down the fliers hanging in their own offices), but NOT worth the headache. They did the math wrong on my measurements, came out and mismeasured themselves, then blamed me for the granite being cut short and refused to fix it until I made them stop working and go back. They required almost a full payment for what they had done and then wouldnt answer calls. When we put a stop payment on the check they quickly returned calls and agreed to fix where it was so short it literally left a hole in the wall, but not the entire thing. However… the owner became irate at the stop check, became vulgar, harassing, and made us pay his fees (that I dont even think existed) after throwing a temper tantrum on the phone. SUPER unprofessional and disrespectful. The saving grace was the workers were nice and courteous, but the owner does not seem to care about customer service in the least. Stay away from them!

I had a great experience with these guys. I got the granite I wanted, and it was flawless. They did a great job with measuring, cutting and installing everything. I read about a lot of horror stories with granite where buyers were shown one slab, and a discolored slab was used for the job. Slab colors didnt match where they were joined with other cuts. Way too many horror stories, I thank God had not one to share. These guys are A+ in my books, and will gladly recommend them to anyone. They were no hassle guys, did my work without me even there to let them in. They came all the way out to kennesaw and installed and cleaned up everything for me. Everything fit very well. Zee

After some miscommunication we finally got on the right page. They went above and beyound to make things right and i really aporecated that. I finally got my granite installed. It looks good and the price was good. I firgave them that they were really busy and got a little behind on scheduling initially. They made good on their promise to make it good. Non responsive. Rude. Overcharged me on the square footage. 60 vs 52 sq ft. I had to help lift the slab myself because they didnt have enough people to install. They didnt protect the floor, and didnt clean up after they left. I definitely wouldnt recommend. Installers left a gap on the wall where no backsplash tile was being placed. The slabs werent measured correctly and the sink whole wasnt cut properly. At various points, he implied that he would only make it right if we were willing to leave a good review...It took over a week just to get the owner to come and look at it himself. He denied anything was wrong, but nevertheless agreed to fix it by the end of the week. I never heard from him again. Please do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. Given my experience with the owner, he will likely try and respond to this review like Im an unreasonable client who signed some bogus sheet of paper that said their installers did a great job. Please dont make my mistake and sign that sheet of paper until they clean up everything and you really look at the granite. I was a kind, albeit naive, customer that went out of my way to help install my own granite clean up all the mess and was taken advantage of by this company.

1.They broke the backsplash tiles and made a hole on the wall. They said it will be covered with new granite top but it did not.2. They damaged my cabinet few spaces.3. They did not mount or fix my dish washer to top or side so it is shaking.4. All the granite and wood pieces and dusts inside the cabinet. No cover with vinyl.5. They only did molding caulking between granite and cabinet on some places but not on most of places.6. Broken granite corner cheaply repaired.7. No caulking with grouts. You have to do it your own. Big spaces between wall and granite.They are not installation technition. They are just delivery guys.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this company for your granite countertop needs!!!!!!After choosing a Granite and having the paperwork written up we were told that we would get a final price estimate. They determined that we would need more Granite than the original quote. At that time I thought it would be best for our budget if I chose something less expensive. I think that this really upset them and they said that it had already been ordered. I noticed that from that point on they werent very professional. Strange considering they didnt know exactly how much was needed. I told my husband that if they didnt want our business because we changed our minds then that was their loss. In the end they were still getting a chunk of money from us. Good customer service is seeing that your customers are happy from the beginning of initial contact to the end of a transaction. My husband wasnt happy with their reaction we were getting but at that point he was tired of dealing with it and just wanted it done.When I originally picked out my Granite it was at their actual office and it was definitely a more pricey Granite at $44 per sq. ft.. When I changed my mind, I went to the Granite warehouse that they use to look at more options. The lady took me outside to lead me in the right direction according to the color I was looking for. I remember it was very sunny that day. I picked something out I really liked and at the time I didnt see anything crazy in the Granite that stood out to me besides a wet spot on the bottom. I was told by the warehouse associate that it was just from raining the day prior and because Granite is pourous it would be fine once it dried out. I completely understood and we moved forward to get this installed.The day of installation was fine until they left. Absolutely none of the mess the installers made was cleaned up. From inside the cabinets, to the floor, dust everywhere, water on my carpets from when they took my old sink out and they didnt even attempt to dry t up, nothing was touched. I was extremely upset by this because when you spend your hard earned money to invest in your home, and something I have wanted a long time you expect remarkable customer service.And just to give you a little insight, I chose what they consider to be a white Granite white Napoli. The day of installation and even the next couple of days I kept noticing what looked like rust spots all over these countertops. Every time I saw a new one they just kept standing out more and more to me. And then something that wasnt even visible to me from the beginning started to stand out. It appeared to be bright blueish green spots at the one seam where our countertops join. I tried to take some time to cool off before writing this review but I just get more angry every time I clean my NEW countertops and Im completely disappointed with the outcome. I would think that if they noticed all of these spots when they were cutting them or even installing them they would address it and make sure I was going to be happy with it. Now when I clean the countertops down they still appear dirty to me.I realize that there are going to be natural imperfections when it comes to Granite, but this is excessive. I almost feel like this was a dupe piece that no one wanted and they installed it in my house. I recommend that you do your research on Granite companies, read the reviews, make sure they have numerous reviews not just a couple (that says a lot). All of this money we invested and I want the countertops ripped out and redone. We definitely cant afford it now, so it wont be happening anytime soon. This is a classic story of you get what you pay for. We needed to find reasonably priced granite countertops to install in our home. We went to the office of BFS on 12/14/2015 to pick out a color and drop off our measurements. Their price was great but since we did not really care about the color of the granite, he gave us a few colors that we could get. We agreed. We were out of town so we scheduled installation for 01/04/2016. We did not hear from BFS Marble until I called them on 01/04/2016 to check. I was told that our installation would be 01/05/2016. Fine. The installers did not call until they pulled into the neighbors driveway and ask where we were. We ask what color the tops were and they said Alaskan White. The countertops were absolutely beautiful but they were cut from remnants. The bathroom vanity top was a totally different color (Baltic) The installers were butchers, the worst granite installers we have ever dealt with. The did not level anything. They left a big crack between the wall and the back of the countertop, when they knew were were tiling the wall and did not order a backsplash. The undermount kitchen sink had a ding in it so the installers took it outside and hammered on it. The kitchen sink is supported by four pieces of wood, not the Sure Hang system that we have on the bathroom sink. Our bar was so far out of alignment, we had to make major adjustments to cover the errors. The quality of the granite is wonderful and it is well fabricated but the installers were atrocious and there was a major lack of communication with the employees and owner.
