If I could give it no stars I would! Found this company on Craigslist! Big red flag there, and let this be a lesson learned because if I have just taken the time check reviews I would have never called Joshua Johnson in the first place. The process started out well, he came to my home, did measurements, brought slabs of granite for us to review. Stated that he’d be in CONSISTENT communication with us through the whole process so we didn’t have anything to worry about. On his post he guarantees installation 3-5 business days after measurements that the countertops will be installed. Not only did I pay this man FULL payment for countertops and a sink, he ghosted me (he came to my house on June 8th, it has since been 3 weeks) After a week or two of delays he notified me that the starter to one of his trucks had went, so he needed to push my installation back, again, after pushing it back already! Then when I gave him a date and ASKED him what time slots were available, he stopped responding. He then sends someone to my house without confirming that I would even be home and has not called back, or texted me since to reschedule! He even gave me an invoice of a company under a completely different name, than what is listed on this site! AND I still have not had my counter tops installed! BEWARE OF THIS INDIVIDUAL!!He practically stole my money! Everything about this situation and his business practices are concerning! I also have text messages and a call log to confirm this post!
Buyer beware. This place is a total scam. We had the owner come home to do measurements, and because we were not able to visit the showroom (which is only open for 3 hours on weekends-does not help at all), specifically told and showed him what type of countertop we wanted. He showed us some pictures and assured us that what he would install would not only meet our specifications, but would be better. We wanted a granite color that was bright and white, and what was installed was not only off-white, but rather tan. This completely threw off the color combination we had pre-selected (and purchased) for the cabinets, wall color, and backsplash tiles. I contacted the owner, Josh Johnson, and not only was he unwilling to resolve the situation (satisfaction gusranteed???), but remained defiant throughout. So either find time during your busy week day work schedule to visit the showroom, or give these guys a miss. There are much better and more reputable businesses out there who are not only reasonable, but also stand by their word. See the pictures below.
Extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Diamond Cut Countertops. We live in a very rural area and this was the only company willing to make the long drive to help my husband I put countertops in our cabin. Price was great as well! Superb service!

I just purchased my first home and couldnt be more pleased with my kitchen and bathroom countertops! I love the fact that I was able to pick out the exact stone I wanted for each bathroom and the kitchen and my price didnt change from the quote that was given to me on the phone. Great customer service, great pricing and very professional from start to finish. This company was referred to me by one of my new neighbors and I will definitely be recommended them to anyone looking for countertops!
Found this company when I was looking for countertops for my kitchen. I have to say, I got numerous quotes from different companies and I am so glad that I went with Diamond Cut. Everyone I spoke with from the owner to the guys that came out to put the granite in my kitchen were extremely nice and professional. My countertops are beautiful and I would refer them to anyone that wants quality service and great prices.
Found this company and was extremely impressed with how professional and affordable getting granite in my kitchen was. I picked out the exact countertop I wanted and they came out and put it in within 7 days. Very happy with how my kitchen turned out!
Had a great experience using this company. Josh, the owner was professional and on point with pricing and timeline. Gave him my sq ft and I paid what he quoted me on phone. My wife is extremely happy with our kitchen countertops and bathroom remodel. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good company with upfront pricing.
The good part of my experience, is that we were able to upgrade our granite and save some money at the same time. The bad far outweighed the savings. I have done custom construction since 1988, and I saw a red flag when the estimator/templator did his template by measuring and writing down his measurements. No physical template was created, just a drawing. Templates allow for any bows in walls or any descrepencies in cabinets or walls,, drawings do not allow accurately for these possibilities. Josh did deliver the granite type that we picked, and did deliver on the date promised. The installation was not as smooth, the countertops were cut to match the drawings, for the most part. The island dimensions were a little bit smaller than what was ordered, and the installer had to cut a hole in the wall to make the countertops fit, 2 holes for 2 tops, I would have cut the top if it was me, again this would have been avoided with a template. During the first visit to my home, I had purchased a Kohler black granite sink, but in my haste I grabbed a top mount sink, it would install on the top of the granite, and we wanted a undermount sink. Josh needed my sink for templating the cutout on the granite, again I originally purchased the wrong sink, but as a fix Josh suggested we purchase a sink from him so that we wouldnt slow down the process and for convenience. Josh suggested a Mazi sink, a brand I was not familiar with, but Josh promoted it as being of good quality and it did save me a trip to return a sink, and then having to drive an hour to deliver the correct sink. When Josh recommended the sink, I immediately google searched the product, and as the website stated they are both scratch and heat resistant. This is my 2nd granite sink to own, my first was a Kohler which served us well for 10 years with no visible issues or scratches, this new sink looks like it needs to be replaced after less than 3 months of use. We have done nothing unusual or used any harsh abrasive cleaners, basically treated it the same as we did our previous Kohler sink. After contacting Josh to see what could be done to resolve the scratches, he said that it was a warranty issue and that all warranties for Mazi sinks, is handled by Mazi. After contacting Mazi, I was told that no refund would be provided, and that I was not their customer, as I had purchased it from Diamond cut countertops,. Needless to say after numerous texts to both companies, I am no closer to resolving this issue, than when I started. One Additional thing, when the installers cleaned and sealed my tops, the installer was spraying a sealer from an aerosol can,, the can did not have a spray tip on it and the installer was using his pocketknife to depress what was left of the valve on top of the can to spray the sealer,, i called Josh a month or so later and asked if the water that was being absorbed into my top was normal, I had placed a glass of ice water on the countertop and the condensation on the outside of the glass was running down the glass and leaving a large ring inside of the top. Josh informed me that it was normal, and that he didnt charge me for sealing the tops. I cleaned any of the residue that was applied by the installer and sealed my tops myself with 511 impregnated sealer,,now I have no water absorbing into the granite.as of this evening Josh has stopped replying to my texts and answering my calls, and I still have 9 months of warranty for my tops. If I hear from him I will update this review accordingly.
Go elsewhere for your countertops. They cut my slabs wrong twice, and should have refunded my entire purchase. Instead, the owner Joshua Johnson raised his voice to me (a female) and refused to make me whole on this. I basically paid them $550 to waste three months of my time, and treat me horribly. Their prices are NOT lower than Lowe’s. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.
Very poor customer service after installation, arrogant attitude, ignorance toward issues they (broke kitchen sink pipe inside wall installed different color granite tile for my computer desk).
