I absolutely love coming to this Kroger! Everyone there is so friendly and whenever I order from the deli department it’s always fresh and tasty. Samuel always helps me and he’s always friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely shop at this local Kroger on Grayson highway!!

Decent Kroger to shop at. Sometimes long lines but everythings well stocked

Today I went to the headquarters of the pharmacy of this supermarket and in a form that I was filling out I made a mistake in one of the boxes because I do not speak English and that error only in filling in the data I was unsure I asked him and I He said that just because I made a mistake there, he couldnt give me even a new sheet, he didnt give me the option to do so. She showed that she was angry. A friend had already told me about the particular treatment of this worker, but I was still not doing anything out of the ordinary. Not even with the help of the translator in my language did she agree to help me. Yesterday was the same. Im just coming for a rapid COVID-19 Antibody test. Miss NAJRA is very unprofessional. I do not return to this store and I will share this in my work groups and friends. I hope they change the way they treat customers.

See that grease it’s dark I their not train to clean or change it, either way it’s disappointing. I give up back to baking in the oven . Thanks for nothing Kroger!

Every time I make a purchase at this store I have to check the expiration date because I have made the mistake of assuming quality to be provided at this location. I have bought several items that where expired including meats, dairy products, and let me not get started on the produce. Employees there seem like its just a job not friendly and dont speak unless otherwise spoken too that kind of environment. I honestly dont understand why they have the produce so close the door that is constantly opening and closing that is just a invitation for insects. They also have there bread way in corner which also seems weird and not fresh. This location is by far the worst I have yet to visit in the Gwinnett area. Even the smell when you walk in has an odor. This location has nothing to take pride in.

This store never have enough lines open. The 2 that is open has a line around the store. AWFUL EXPERIENCE 😖

If you want waist you money come to Kroger....

Their delivery service came quick, but delivered an almost expired package Similac baby formula. We found mold inside of a few of bottles and only discovered it while the baby was feeding. It had developed for a while as it was already a blackish color when we wiped it off. I would hope that they will ensure that new deliveries for these types of products are more closely monitored. After all babies are unable to fully communicate with us.

This location is amazing and always steps up to what its community needs. Im here often.

The stores need to be making people put their masks on. I see countless amounts of customers walking around without masks on and right in front of your employees and they are neither denied entry nor are they told to put a mask on. Quite frankly it’s alarming to see in a store where people are going to get food in addition to it meaning they be employees are being lazy and not doing their jobs. Also I’ve never been in a grocery store with such deplorable carts before. Every other cart INSIDE the store contains trash and your employees do not bother throwing it out when they are bringing carts in.

I hope they upgrade this kroger soon like the ones ive been to in other neighborhoods..

I was greeted by a young tall blue eyed beautiful model I believe her name is Kayla and is the supervisor all I can say is I felt very welcome with her she helped me find squash right away and I was able to have a hassle free checkout thanks to Kayla I also spent 500$ on groceries so I had a good haul and enough for a month will be stopping by again thanks to kayla chambers. Thanks for hiring such kind and helpful and gorgeous employees kroger you are my new favorite grocery store!!!!

The customer service was outstanding and l cannot thank them enough.

It was a pretty clean store, but I was super impressed with the young lady at customer service; I think her name is Candace. As another customer literally cut me off, she quickly went above and beyond to meet an annoying menial request, and she was able to wrangle four or five of her coworkers to help different customers in a very short span (hey were assisted right away). It was very impressive, and I feel like she could be a manager. She was also very swift and efficient and professional in helping me, and she was so friendly when I left. Strangely, you can’t go out of the door you came in, but that was a great experience over all!

Pharmacy is the only reason I shop at this location. I work in the same center and know they have a Rat issue. Do yourself a favor and Drive to the other Kroger about 3 miles down the road. You will notice the difference immediately. Just heard they have a NEW MANAGER. ( The old manager didn’t care).

They always have the products Im looking for. Staff is positive and friendly; I have had particularly helpful responses from the meat department. My only issue is that I would like to see more registers open. But I understand they have a formula dictated to them by corporate and they dont really have much say in that matter.

Cheap as dirt but if you are looking for a specific brand, you probably arent going to find it. They work their people like slaves too

Dont shop here if you like to wear a long coat in the winter to keep you warm. You will be accused of stealing. Also their produce selection is limited and isnt generally of good quality.

Usually lots of sale items and many Kroger products are as good or better than their name brand equivalents. There are a few that are not as good. I am a third gen Kroger shopper and so very familiar with their brands. Kroger is my main grocery! 👍

Called before arriving to ask for if an item was in stock. Was told that they did have it turns out NO Krogers sell it. After searching multiple aisle with employees help I called again. The manager Matt finally came out and just said whoops we dont have it. I explained that I called TWICE and was told the wrong information. He offered NOTHING except to tell the employee they were wrong. Had to ask for something to compensate my waste of gas. Not coming back here.

Kroger has been my main grocery store for the last 2 years now, lately however things have been getting a little more expensive, hardly anymore free Friday downloads and Ive been losing interest in the pretty rapidly. While Ill always go to Kroger however, it isnt that bad of a place, I just prefer elsewhere at this point. There is always a chance my opinion will change though

I literally just watched a RAT go across the floor from the frozen section to aisle 15... chips etc..... had the manager come over there and he said THEY ALREADY KNOW... there is any issue when you know there are RATS in your store and you keep it open anyways! One of the ladies that works there said someone else had reported seeing one also.... so if I were you I would NOT BUY FOOD AT THIS KROGER!

Krogers products are quality products and are at a good price. They have an awesome vegetarian/vegan selection just before the meats. Check out is a quick process and the employees are nice. They dont say much, but they have a nice attitude.

I had the misfortune of ending up with the same cashier tabitha twice the first time she was huffing and puffing the whole transaction I thought she had a bad day so I didn’t say anything and the second time no hello or “did you find everything you were looking for” . she was too occupied telling her coworkers how she hides behind the register so that people won’t see her she is just one of their worst cashiers no basic manners no hello nor goodbye it was obvious she hated her job. Over all I enjoy my local Kroger but I shouldn’t be leaving the store thinking my whole experience was ruined due to one sour apple, they need to have more friendlier faces like Publix. Where you feel welcome

I dont like this Kroger for one its too dark. Their meats are higher than my old Kroger and their reduced fruits and veggies to a dollar they only out 2 maybe 3 pieces in the bags. My Kroger off Harrington rd have 5 or more in the red bags.

Deli selection and service are non-existent.The Kroger locations near work have twice the deli meat and cheese selection. Always stocked with products, and a staff ready to help you. This location, the display cases were half empty, it took forever to get someone to wait on me. The staff there didnt even seem to know what the price on the weekly special was, when another customer asked.

I love kroger they have great prices and good quality of food. Their clearance section. Is always good as well.

It does not matter what time of day i come here there are ALWAYS tons of shopping carts all over the parking lot which is a true reflection of management. I only shop here because it is the closest Kroger to my home and I gotta have my pionts. Most times when I have a long grocery list I just drive to the one in Grayson its well maintained.

The pharmacy staff is awesome & the store is always clean & well stocked on the items that I tend to purchase! I like the buy 5 save $5 sales & the 3 day specials!! The only thing I wish that Kroger would go back to doubling coupons up to .50 like Publix still does..

I use to shopping here because its near my home in Gwinnett drive but I have to stop going there because they have a problem in the produce department. Do not buy anything on sale because you will have to through it in to the garbage. Even when they arent on sale fruits and vegetables arent good. More than once I got bad stuff there.They look ok but they are not. Also the lady managing the cashiers in the morning is so rude.

Perfectly serviceable suburban groceries. Nothing surprising, nothing exotic, just what youre looking for – most of the time. Not the greatest fresh produce section in town, nor commonly the best deals in particular, but they stay open late, the registers are usually staffed decently, and its easy to get into and out of.

Fresh fruits and vegetables, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Not remodeled like many of the other Krogers but decent.

This Kroger is near my house and would be convenient to shop in. HOWEVER; several times now I have walked into this store and the produce department was horrible! Yesterday I walked in I was hit by an overwhelming smell of urine and cigarettes. No one else was nearby, so I couldnt say that it was a customer with bad hygiene. The produce was in poor quality, complete disarray with items like lettuce and bags of onions on the floor. My 10 year old was walking around picking up produce and putting it back on the shelves. The floor was dirty, the entire produce department was just plain disgusting. I couldnt find one pack of mushrooms that wasnt rotten. Needless to say I didnt buy anything.The meat department doesnt have good quality meats. The selection is poor. They repeatedly have the 1lbs, Laura Lynn grass fed beef marked as 5.99, but it always rings up as 6.99 on the register. I have brought this to their attention twice and no one ever changes the sign.Other than the gross produce department, and the poor meat department, the customer service here is sub par. The cashiers rarely greet you with a smile, as a matter of fact, you have to greet them and smile first and many times even then you will get completely ignored. They make you feel like youre wasting their time by making them service you at the check out. Its really uncomfortable checking out here because all cashiers look like they are completely miserable doing their job and they hate being there. On the rare occasion that someone is laughing, its usually employees talking about their personal business/problems to other employees, acting as if the customer does not exist.If I go here I prefer self checkout. I use recyclable bags or a crate for my groceries, when I tell the cashier to skip the plastic bags they act like you gave them an impossible task. I had one casheir tell me to better hold on to my receipt so they dont think I stole something.What happened to this store? Did they get new management that just doesnt care about anything? Do they lack employees? I dont know, but it used to be a decent place to shop and now its a complete dump. I drive to the Kroger in Grayson, which is farther away, but is totally worth it. The store is the polar opposite of this place.

I went to Kroger for hamburger meat and onions for a cheeseburger. When I got to the self checkout line. I paid for my food and this older white female associate came behind me and asked if I needed her to print me out another reciept. I said no while grabbing my bags. Two more white associate males came and surrounded me as fumbled through my pockets to retrieve my reciept.. I finally found it. Id put it in my bag of groceries.. Im a black woman and I felt singled out and embarrassed.. I will never shop there again..

Conveniently located just 10 - 12 minutes from where we live. This store is decent. No complaints at this time.

Have shopped at this location for nine years (2010*). Honestly, its gone from great to terrible so many times,.. Numerous issues with products being dropped, and cheaper items brought in to replace them; and I mean cheap. Items replaced sold were not always a national brand but certainly sold many units. Ive spoke with other customers and they agreed at the time that it made no sense to bring in this cheaper stuff - none of us would buy it. Kroger has so jockeyed this around, that I HAVE to go to the competition to get what I need, now.Being disabled and caring for two disabled, elderly parents, I can say the competition has such a large floor, I have trouble with getting more than a couple of items, so must continue with Kroger..To be fair, Kroger still has the better pricing, discounts, in store sales, digital coupons, and fuel points. Ive saved $187.92 with just the Kroger card, and digital coupons thus far this year (2019*); this not including use of fuel points for discounted gasoline.The location is always clean, the isles not cluttered, most employees are attentive, customer service has been great, and while management has changed a few times I have had fairly good experiences with those I have interacted with.

I use to love this store. I do have my favorite workers but I have now stop going because the produce section is horrible! Nothing is fresh in this store. It looks pretty ran down compared to the one right up the street. The overall care of this store is just low quality. I do out of my way to another store.

Good location but the store need an overall remodeling to keep up with the market shifting for food awareness and shopping convienance.

This Kroger has clearly become a dumping ground for almost-expired foodstuffs, and increasingly looks like a dumping ground for slower and marginally competent employees. Training for those employees does not appear to include instruction on how to use their registers and other machines. All you have to do is look at, for example, the expiration dates on their Half-n-Half as compared to the expiration dates on the same item at any other Kroger in a 20 mile range -- and then wait for an average of 17 minutes to try to buy that soon to be outdated item from a cashier with only a few other customers in line. This store increasingly serves a less affluent clientele; could be because of changing demographics, but its more likely because their products are unattractive, old, limp (produce), the store is not as clean as one would hope, and the employees are poorly trained.

This is my neighborhood Kroger, so I go because its the closest one to me. Ive had issues with the disrespectful employees on several occasions. It seems theyve forgotten that WE are customers and the objective is for US to have a pleasant shopping experience. I spend money when I go there, they make money.... Youd think theyd have a better sense of wanting to retain their customers, seeing that most times its a ghost town in there. Theres a blonde manager (woman) that just stands there (no Hello or salutation), that just stares you down like youre about to steal a candy bar every time you go to check out which makes me rather uncomfortable! Theres a cleaner, bigger & BETTER Kroger just 3-4 minutes down Grayson hwy. For a better experience GO THERE!

This Kroger SUCKS!! I have gotten meat from here twice and had to return it because it smelled to the high heavens! I hate shopping at this location because theres a smell about it when you walk in. Its probably all the rotten meats theyre trying to sell you. I avoid this Kroger like a plague. I will shop at the Dacula Kroger. Its much cleaner, more variety of organic products and better quality food items. It even has my Starbucks😊 This Lawrenceville Kroger must think the people of Lawrenceville dont want those things either because they certainly are not providing that.

Compared to other area Krogers this one needs a facelift. Bagger attempted to stuff my roses side ways in cart, instead of face up and in a bag. Who wants to purchase headless damaged roses? Wine was not bagged in paper bag. Bagger also attempted to force seasonal item under cart seat, who wants to purchase something scratched up? Baggers at location need to be coached on customer service, attention to detail goes a long way.

Prices & selection are excellent.

Bought something on sale and the price didnt ring up right at the register. I complained about the price at customer service and the lady refused to help.
