I can see why they are in bankruptcy, the cant even open on time. This is the 3rd time I have had this issue, why not change the time on the door to say open at noon if you cant find someone to be there at 10?

Just left out the store at 1800, 21FEB2020.Poor customer service. Very unattentive and nonchalant. After I circled the small store 3 or 4 times i was finally asked if I needed assistance which I kindly declined since I was left to fiend for myself for so long. My family was the only customers in the store.If I had not driven so far for the stand alone GNC store because I didnt want to go in the mall I would have walked out. Checkout was even worse.
I was assisted immediately. Was given advice and told of how I could save money. A very good experience
They lock their doors at 7:45 pm, the cashier was hiding under the table. Heard me knock multiple times.
Jeremy was very knowledgeable and explained the use of the products that I purchased. I really appreciate having someone with his customer service skills helping me.
No enthusiasm to sell me a product
The location was great. Im not happy that gnc has discontinued the earth genius plant based gainer. Which is one of the only plant based gainers in the market. And a great product. Gnc will now get less business from me because they dont have an alternative. It sucks.

I just walked out of this location feeling very agitated. I walked in and the guy working in the store gave me a cold hey, how you doing then proceeded to walk behind the counter where he remained the entire time I was in the store. I couldnt find what I was looking for so I just walked around for five minutes. He didnt ask me if I needed help finding what I was looking for, didnt offer any kind of assistance, nothing!! I dont know if he was having a bad day or not but last time I checked, GNC is not giving away their merchandize for free so their associates should act like it. I shop in GNC all the time and this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. Ill be praying for him today #thatisall

It’s 3:05pm on Tuesday, light on in the store, and a hand written note that says “we will return by 3pm”Waited 10-15 minutes, guy felt bad for my waiting and gave me some freebies. Wasn’t in a hurry, but still not very professional.
Went here asking questions and they was rude to me and told me youre too cheap you to get what you really need they always trying to sell me their products never the other products they carry stay away rip off they want to recommend their in-house products which makes your stomach hurt severe!!!

I went this store around around 1 PM. she just put the phone on her shoulder and keep talking, when I asked her some question vitamin that I was going to purchase, she answered to be annoyed and keep talking on the phone, I was shocked and get out of that store, I dont know who is the owner of this store but he would lose his money.
