Kelly and Grayson were phenomenal. I went in as a mom and asked tons of questions. It was fun, not awkward and even an awesome experience. I spent more than I planned but had a nice time. Matthew had nice boots and encouraged my spending too....

On Dec 30th 6:00 pm I went to shop at this location for a smoke pipe as a birthday gift for a friend. This black lady with a flat top kind of hair cut. Showed me some pipes, mind you it was at a good price. So I chose one of the two. We got to check out and it rang up as a whole different price. So said to her that the price was wrong and that it was priced different than it rang up. Instead of trying to make it right at the price listed. She wanted to make a case about it and lose a customer over a employees pricing error. (And she throw away the ticket price listed in my face) I informed her that is was false advertisement of the item in question. Her body language and her tone completely changed. And gave me the attitude like oh well. Thanks for nothing Starship, this was my first and my last time shopping here!!!!!!

OMG!!!! Kelli and Grayson are absolutely amazing!!! They helped us with every question we had. Also, Matthew had the most adorable boots and he was very helpful with the lube flavors. You guys are soooo awesome! We came from Eros in Gainesville, Where we were horribly disappointed by the staff. So thank you so much for being totally awesome and open minded to whatever questions we had!

If I could give zero stars I would. Every piece I’ve purchased from this store has broken immediately or was defective.The last item I bought was a freeze pipe and when I went to use it the plug came out and spilled glycerin all over me. I will NEVER purchase from this store again and I really don’t recommend that you do either.

Been here a couple of times the staff is polite and attentive

They dont have a big selection. There were only about 4-5 strap on toys, all the same size and thickness which offered no variety. Cashier did greet us and made sure we didnt need help with anything so that was a plus.

Professional staff (especially the one girl that works there) that goes above and beyond to make sure you know exactly what you are buying and exactly how it works (and sometimes ideas you wouldnt have thought of). I have been in several times by myself but this last trip I took my wife and she was amazed at how relaxing of an experience it was. She will be coming with me from now on.Recently purchased a product that turned out faulty. Called and talked with a gentleman there and explained the situation (was less than 24 hours old but was used which is how we discovered the issue). He offered to replace the product which a lot of places wont consider (you typically have to go to the manufacturer for warranty if there is one...especially with used products).If they didnt already have all of my bedroom business they would get it. I highly recommend stopping in if you are in the mood...they will surprise you here.

The cashiers were very rude. They acted as if they did not care if I purchased anything or not. Customer service was horrible. Besides the store is small and does not have a big selection of anything. I suggest shopping online at websites such as Adam & Eve. They have a huge selection and you dont have to bother with rude people.

Doesnt stand by their products when defective. Wont shop at starship again. Ill go on line from now on.
