Went to this store at Mall of Georgia and had to wait in line 20 minutes to get into the store which I understand because of store size only to be told the staff would be going on break in 10 minutes and needed to hurry. We were rushed so we left. Went to Sugarloaf Mills and totally different experience. Very good, staff was great. We found a dress for prom checked out the cashier told us we had 14 days to return. After trying on again at home decided she didn’t like how it fit. We went to return today only to be told that occasion dresses are no return. I went on to tell them that the cashier that checked us out last weekend reiterated that we only had 14 days to return. We only had the long dress we didn’t have any other purchases. The cashiers today said no return. I told them what was told to me last week and she said the manager was who checked us out and didn’t know why she said that. I told them I understand policy but if I am told that I can return something and given the time to return something by them that should be honored. They didn’t. They need to retrain all the employees of their own return policies so that no one else will have to go through the hassle that I went through. Regardless they do have pretty dresses at great prices but only buy if you are sure you want it because if you are told you can bring it back they won’t take it.

No one greets you, asks if you need any help. Once I finally found a couple of items that I wanted to try on, a sales associate told me all her fitting rooms were closed. Mind you, my husband and I both saw another person trying on dresses. No apology, nothing. When I brought the other person up, she said that she wasn’t trying on clothes. Kept telling me the fitting rooms were closed.

The dresses here are beautiful. The only thing Im complaining about is the store hours. Once I came in april to find a prom dress, however it was closed and it was 4:00 PM. I then tried to come back in early May and this time around 2 PM, and was told it would be closing at 4. Why does it say closing at 7 PM online? Please inform me so I know how to adjust my schedule to come here because its very irritating when I get there and its closed before closing time.

So disappointed because EVERYTHING in the store is small or extra small and if youre lucky you might find a medium. This is grown womans style of clothing made for the body of a child. Im sorry but majority of normal women do NOT have a childs size body!

Im obsessed with Windsor. Shopping addicts beware! I love their clothes, jewelry, and shoes. The ladies that work there are so helpful and nice. They also have bottoms for tall girls which is so great because its really hard to find extra long pants on a budget. Highly recommend it.

Celeste was very kind and helpful. I tried on several different dresses. She never got frustrated with having to put the dresses back. She gave great insight on each of my selections. She even helped me to find jewelry for the dress I selected. Her attitude was very pleasant which made my experience at this establishment a great one. The dress was beautiful and a great material. It fit comfortable the entire night of the event I attended. I would recommend this store to anyone I meet. Great merchandise and amazing customer service! 5 STARS!

There was an amazing sales associate that helped me pick out the perfect dress for my induction ceremony. Her name was Chelsea and she was super sweet and helpful. She was really patient (I kept asking for different sizes and I tried on so many dresses) and she made my whole experience so great!

I loved Windsor for years. I would buy more than jewelry and shoes if they would just add Plus Sizes. Even my skinny friends say they have trouble with the sizing here. Ive always wanted to wear these clothes. However, the sizing just isnt there.

Absolutely love this place! I was recommended to come from the Off Broadway shoe store, in search of a wow dress for my fiance. Celeste, super nice, greeted me then got me set up with a fitting room. Then I was checked out by another super friendly woman, longer hair and pretty eyes. Didnt catch her name because we were just chatting away about my new heels and dress. She was really personable asking about my trip Im taking tomorrow to see him.Couldnt have left more pleased!! So going back!

The store was clean and well kept. Employees are helpful and pleasant. I love the clothes here even though some of them are a bit overpriced. Included a picture from the dressing room of an outfit of all Windsor items.

I went into the store because I was attracted to the clothes on the mannequin in the window. However, I was not able to find all the pieces. So it was a little clickbait. Overall the clothes and people were nice there.

Horrible service by the hispanic manager accusing me of stealing and following me to the next store to ask where i placed a piece of under garment, i will never shop here again. She never even asked if i needed any help at all while in the store just staring down at my family and I. We will not shop here again after this incident!

TANISHA AND CELESTINE are the rudest people of customer service I have ever encountered!! They were following me around the store asking if I had the top they were looking for (accusing me of stealing basically). I did not like their attitude/ They have such a negative energy. I can even see the way Tanisha was talking to one of her co-workers with such disrespect and bad behavior. The service here is horrible! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I hate the fact that plus size is only online... that sucks! I hate this store, and I haven even shopped in it yet.

I love Windsor, but I hate the service!! Celeste or Celestia, was very rude to me. She was reluctant to help me look for a bodysuit. I asked her where can I find the bodysuits, and she says all over the store. I was annoyed with her response, but I kept looking around anyway! Big mistake! I guess I looked suspicious, bc Cellulite, started following me closely, and finally asked me if I wanted to get a room started. Mind you I only had 1 shirt. I said No, and she insists, and grabs the shirt out of my hand. At this point I was ready to slap her, bc she being extremely rude to me. I told her nevermind and left! I am beyond upset, and will NOT return to this location! Please teach Cellephone how to treat paying customers!! I will go back to Windsor at Cumberland mall!

I went into this store yesterday (January 20th, 2018) around 3 o clock and I was not greeted when I came in. So I was like I guess thats OK Ill keep it moving. Then I proceeded to go to the staff which were all congregated and talking instead of actually doing stuff for the store, and I asked them where the body suits were. One of the staff member said theyre all over the place and then continue to talk to the other people who are working with her. I was in a good mood so I decided not to go off on her but that was so rude you dont tell customer to go and look for stuff on their own. YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE ARE SUPPOSED TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER! they continue to stand there and talk to each other, and while theyre on the clock they are now trying on clothes !!! they definitely need to hire better people because this is a horrible representation of the store . I always have great service at the mall of Georgia location, and I am so disturbed at the fact that these employees were acting like that. If I ever find out their names I will leave another review, because they need to be fired .
