I had issues multiple time where rats ate our unit and your company did nothing about it. Im extremely very happy that were moving out. Honestly I dont think I will recommended this unit for someone that does the kind of business I do. Cause it cost our company tons of money to repair the unit and of course the unit is not the same once damage. It bring the unit value down

The storage units are extremely nice but I have to give it 0 stars due to customer service. I’ve had to call customer service 3 times (1. Lock not working, 2. Doors in the building were literally not opening after putting code and being granted access and 3. Elevators not working). Every single time the manager never answered the phone, never received a call back and even went to knock on the door of the office -because it was closed- and never got anyone.

It was extremely easy and convenient to reserve a unit! The office staff was always available to answer any questions I had, and I even got a cute welcome bag when I moved in. I am extremely satisfied with the service that was provided.

The man that worked inside with us to get the unit was professional and nice.Another storage place with a lower rate lost our business before even signing an agreement due to poor professionalism.However, upon move in to our unit, the unit was not swept at all. There were bugs and tons of dirt.We had to sweep out the unit really well prior to moving stuff in.Also, all of the lights were out on all of the surrounding buildings to our unit, making it not only hard to see at night while moving in or out, but it made it dangerous as well. We were in unit 193 and all of the lights were out on the outside of the buildings surrounding.

This company is very irresponsible, not very serious and above all there is no security at all, it is storage. They stole everything we had inside the truck at 3 different times. Every time we called the office, no one answered the phone and they only called to request the payment of the monthly payments. In summary I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They have rats and mice my stuff Got chewed up my unit had a hole in the ceiling so whatever the mice and rats didnt eat got wet and then there garbage insurance company denied my claim saying it couldnt have possibly been that bad even with pictures

Rented an outside unit. Hired movers to put items in the unit a week later went back to add some little items and it was raining that day. opened up the storage and there were water coming in from all corners on the bottom of the unit. Called the emergency number they stated they could not help. Went to the office the next day they stated for me to file a claim with my insurance. Called the district still said they could not help me. You cant file an insurance claim when the water is coming from the floor and not some busted pipe, roof leak etc. I had to pay movers to move my items to another unit on the inside which Cube Smart wanted me to pay for the other unit as well when the water filled unit I was only in it for a week. Cube smart knew water was coming in the unit and still rented it out.

Maria was always such a big help. The office staff were friendly and willing to answer any question that I had. My only complaint and being a small on at that is the unit I did have didnt have the best weather stripping on the door so some dirt dust and leaves made it into the unit, That being said no damage happened to my belongings. I would recommend renting from the Lawrenceville location to friends and family that may need storage needs. Thank you guys again for the very pleasant experience.

If I could give them a negative rating I would.This place has a huge rodent problem and do nothing about it! I’ve lost majority of my items when I removed my belongings due to the damaged cause by the rats this place has. Furniture was chewed up. Boxes just destroyed and it wasn’t just me my storage neighbor had the same problem. Not good for business at all!!!!

This storage has RATS !!When we confronted the office staff about the issue they said they are aware and in fact gave us mouse traps !My storage has rats poop, urine, and rat hair ALL OVER MY STUFF.Highly over priced for the condition the storage are in.Do not recommend it here at all.

Prices for storage units are reasonable, facilities are reasonable, however there are no lights inside the outdoor units, and they charge unreasonable and mandatory stored property insurance fees. Im not sure if its even legal but I wouldnt recommend doing business with this location.

Great service, I went on a day when it was raining. The lady was trying to do everything to load my car as to tell me to get in the car so I can stay dry and she was getting soaking wet. I was there purchasing moving boxes.

Beyond appreciative, they went above and beyond with customer service. They have a truck you can rent out for free with you rent space from them. Well needless to say we needed it on a Sunday when they normally dont loan truck out this was our last resort and they let us use truck.

Maria and TJ are awesome!! I have rented from several facilities; however this is my favorite. They always go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I rented this storage unit and informed the rep that there was going to be a long distance move and that the facility needed to be accessible for a semi truck. She assured me that their facility was accessible for a large vechicle such as an 18wheeler. It is now 8:00 pm on a Sunday night and the semi truck cannot access the facility. I call customer service they inform me that they have emergency protocols and that someone would be calling me and coming to the unit. No one called or showed up. I call again..I was informed basically that they have not had problems prior..sorry but its your problem. I call a 3rd time for a refund ..they unit has not been accessed other than to place a lock on door, and was told it was the managers decision. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a BBB complaint, as well as review on Yelp and FB!!! I now have a $1,000 redelivery fee and have to find another storage unit on Xmas Eve no less!! I will be calling corporate as well to make someone accountabile, I ASSURE you!!!

After almost 3 years of being a loyal customer I have had the most unpleasant experience today while dealing with Maria. This place does not even deserve 1 star but I dont have the option of rating it any lower. My lot is and has always been meticulously maintained (all of my equipment is placed on wooden pallets, everything is always covered with a tarp, I always clean the trash other people leave near or on my lot, etc). Today I received a phone call from Maria informing me that after a visit from the VP of CubeSmart my lot was no longer up to standards and that I should place all of my equipment on my trailer or take my stuff and get out of there! This was the most disrespectful way I have ever been approached by a business especially when I have been a paying customer for so long. My advice is that Maria, should be re-trained on customer service and etiquette. If you want to give your money to a place that constantly increases their prices and is ridiculously rude to customers, by all means come to CubeSmart on Buford HWY. I personally will not tolerate doing business with such rude and incompetent people.

Maria was nice and helpful. There was about $15 a month worth of unexpected fees, but I guess thats anywhere you go.

They were not able to give me any details about their insurance for their outside storage spaces. So far I have been basically told I am renting at my own risk.

The management (up to and including the District Manager) doesnt even provide the level of security their customers pay for - with gate and door issues, for instance. Most importantly, due to a huge door malfunction on their end, they didnt provide me the ability to access the items I store onsite, during the hours available to customers. Also, the management doesnt notify their customers when an act of nature significantly impacts the security and safety of the items customers store onsite, when security breaches occur onsite, or when break-ins occur.After recent discussions with the local and District Managers, I strongly recommend going to another storage facility location - do not use Cube Smart.(9/26/2017 Update: After response from the owner - regarding the above-noted review - I again spoke with the corporate office about my concerns noted above. Regarding the specific issue of not providing me the ability to access my items onsite during the hours available to customers; the corporate office agreed they fell short on that and rectified that matter. However, we are still in disagreement on all of the other matters noted in my review. As such, I still cannot recommend using this storage company. Caveat emptor...Buyer beware.).

Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays but Tj has been nothing short of wonderful. I know my storage unit is under great care and security at the facility.
