Mr. Kyle..... I was online looking for storage facilities particularly close to me went across one and I was like okay let me check another one came across another one let me try them. Thats when I came across Extra Space Storage. I started to look online and try to do it online well I did do the preliminary work online and received a call later that day so when I returned the call I had to pleasure speaking with Mr Kyle. He explained the prices and explain the sizes and I picked the size and he made sure that it was the correct size for me because he asked me what I was going to be putting in the storage and I told him. So from the beginning of the conversation all the way through to the end Mr Kyle was very very pleasant and very very knowledgeable. Once I submitted my payment and did my paperwork he was still nice and patient with me because I had a lot going on that day and he patiently held in there with me and I appreciate that. So if I ever need a storage again Ill make sure that I go to extra space storage and talk to Mr cab because his customer service to me was excellent and I think he deserved a little raise just saying

We looked in to renting a unit here. The customer service from Tony & Andre was excellent. They were so friendly & helpful. The whole experience was 5 star. It wound up that we didnt need storage after all but I would definitely go there if we need to store anything. The price was great so the reviews I read were true.

I rented the space online, paid and everything. I received a welcome call and to let me know my unit was ready and where to pick up my lock. It was a few days before I could make it but I had all the necessary information. Finally, I get there and was greeted by a helpful gentleman. He assisted me in finding the unit, helped me with the lock and gave me a flatbed roller to make my move in seamless. The customer service at this location is A1.

Andre is very personable as well as informative in his position. I enjoy the interaction and look forward to working with him..I received a call from him today concerning the upcoming late fee and was able to make a payment over the phone.... Saved me 20 bucks.Keep on hiring folks like him and you will have me as a customer for the duration.. and thanks again Andre!!

Let’s just sum it up by saying that Andre is the best! I went into the location to inquire about a storage for some items I wasn’t using at the time. The knowledge this man provided me was detailed and easy to understand! He had plenty patience with my indecisiveness about getting the space. Although, I decided to sell my items versus storing them, if I need to secure a spot I’m going wherever he is and I advise you do the same!
