Fedex at 2003 riverside parkway they work hard the Maneger and the staff I visited their office on April 30th they help me finished my job in a minimum time I am 100% satisfied with their customer service. 👍

THE absolute rudest people working here. I had my ID in hand along with the tracking number and confirmation of package being dropped of at this location. So much huffing, puffing and neck business to pick up a package you paid for.

One of the worst wait times. Everytime I go to drop off and get a receipt, its at least 10 mins before even bring helped

I like the fact that we can print any file from a phone directly to the printer.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad for this place but I came here to drop off a package and it was a quick in and out. They had a person at each station and customer service was prompt and friendly. People need to be mindful that certain days are busier than others and holidays are exceptionally hectic. 5 stars.

The store manager printed a couple of documents for me because the machines were busy - he was professional, fast and friendly, acknowledged everyone who entered the store, and did an excellent job multitasking to help them (and me) as quickly as possible. Will definitely be back if I’m in the area and need some work done!

I have come to this location many times for an easy print. Well today 7/8/2019 I showed up at 7:30 when they are supposed to be open and found that they were closed. I had a 8:00 am class this morning and really needed my paper printed so that I would not receive a zero for my college summer class. I sat there for about ten minutes along with another person waiting for them to open the doors. I even called them just in case someone was in the back, but there was no answer. I know that the past week was a holiday, but that does not fall into the next week. The workers should not be lazy and think that they can be late and that everything would be okay. Sorry but there are other people in this world.

Some of the workers are really rude. I asked the lady a question about the box to ship it and she rolled her eyes and walked away. That is extremely rude I don’t even know you, If you have personal problems in life leave that at your house. Part of customer service is answering questions and being friendly or at least act like it. I went somewhere else

I have had an awful experience. I came to print something for school and they told me to email it to them. I emailed it and they still havent been able to access it 40 minutes later... By this point Im late for getting back to work and it doesnt even seem like any of them care. They also still want to charge me for cutting them. Like Ive been here forever. This is ridiculous.

My wife and I would like to compliment the people at your FedEx store at 2003 Riverside Pkwy in Lawrenceville. We have visited this location many times to make copies and have always been impressed with the both stores cleanliness and the friendly and professional staff. However - our most recent visit has truly cemented our high opinion of this store.On April 2, we used one of the computer workstations and inadvertently left a credit card in a card reader. We did not realize that this card was missing until three days later, on the 5th. Retracing our activities led us to call this store, and yes, it was there. The employees had found our card on the 2nd and had immediately secured it in their lost and found.When we called the store, Marsha was extremely professional as well as very kind regarding our situation. My wife and I were completely impressed with how thoroughly and tactfully she verified that we were the actual owners of this card. We really appreciated how protective she was of our private information. Marsha is a terrific representative for FedEx.Its also worth noting that this is not the closest FedEx store to our home, but we like this one so much that its worth the additional time it takes us to drive there.

I’ve used FedEx office a lot. I’ll no longer be their customer & will always attempt local print shops in my town or the towns I’m traveling. The service is almost always subpar, this location was below average.Here’s a couple of comparisons. I requested a color flyer. That’s it, a color flyer printed out. Here’s what they offered. I was looking to have around (30) printed. Their price, $1.59 per print. Are you kidding I asked. The local print shop in my town in Athens, Printz Plus that’s been in business 20+ years, 39 cents. Yes, that’s right over $1.20 MORE per piece. Those prices have price gouged written all over them. Customers are paying that expensive over head with those print prices.Here’s my biggest problem. When I then paid to use their computer for a couple minutes, I put my card in. Before I can even access the internet, their computer sits there and loads. Please review for yourself & see the number of seconds versus the charge. Yes 1-2 seconds at 40+ cents. This is wrong, and I can’t imagine the big number this turns into across the country. FedEx get it together & stop robbing people. Honest clean business will gain me being their client every time.

Taxing taxing if you need to use the computer to print something be prepared to pay...

The staff has ALWAYS been courteous and helpful. Prices are compatible and isnt to terribly hard to get in and out in a hurry.

March 15th 2016, ran in late that night to print out some brochures and pamphlets for a big presentation I had the next day. Although it was going to close 30 minutes the guy on staff was very helpful in assisting me and all my needs and provide me excellent service. customer for life!!

Such friendly staff! They were very helpful when I needed to have a poster printed out, and I was helped in a timely manner despite the store being super busy!

Guy in here 2/8/2016 at 9:45am running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Great experience with him with a line out the door. Come on fedex give this guy hector I think was his name an extra employee. 7 people in line 3 at computers and 1 employee. If it wasnt for him you would have had chaos. He handled my printing and laminating for me. I will be back as long as he is working! Give him some help!

Good service always, been using them for over a year and never disappointed. Clean location and all the staffs are helpful.

It’s 9:15am on Saturday and the store is closed. No sign of anyone, no one answering the phones. Store hours posted on door are 8:00am to 6:00pm

0.25MB of WiFi speed hinders the ability to use a computer to get work done. FedEx Office needs to get rid of ATT internet, especially with most of its equipment needing bandwidth to operate (Web printing, Cloud access, etc)

Horrible service, very dissapointed today is my last day to return a cable box and the lady on shift just keep making excuses and held 5 customers for minutes and minutes I was there a 1/2 hour and she never helped me, she keep going back and forth instead of saying my computer is of service. Such lack of customer service. Ended leaving to find another location farther thanks to her.

Cant seem to find the package that requires my signature thats been there for 24+ hours according to their website. Makes you go hmmmm.

They don’t know what they do. Worst fedex crew. They lost my shipment and can not even track it. Lost my business because of them.

The service was good and the Staff friendly.

Needed a 28-page presentation printed in color, 3-hole punched, and put in a binder in half-an-hour. Boom! Done!

They overcharge for their boxes, and are not flexible or very helpful. Go to UPS instead.

Very slow working people take ever

Waited about an hour to get an answer on whether or not an extra charge will be applied for the way that I sent the file. I never got an answer. I had to walk out because no one was serving me. No one ever completed my transaction.

Absolutely unacceptable! Waited 45min to process two items. I only needed to print labels and ship.
