I used this UPS store for the first time to return items bought on Amazon. It was a pleasant experience; the employees were able to assist me using my smart phone in printing a return label. They also responded to my humor and jokes which made the visit even nicer. I gave a 4 star rating because employees were not wearing masks. Recommend this UPS
Convenient for me as a shipping location on the way to and from work so Im usually in and out. Customer service is usually good. Of course, some of the employees do seem to just be doing the job, as in going through the motions, but its a job, not a career. I get it. The supervisor has never given me an issue, always helps with any questions. Only reason its not 5 stars is because sometimes I get envelopes that say Do not bend and theyve forced it into the mailbox where.....its clearly been curled up.
Theyre always so nice to me, they always make me feel welcome, especially Veronica! Theyve packed, shipped, and done returns with no problems and I highly recommend this location :)
The lady that works in there that has dread locks lacks customer service skills. This is the second time I have been in there within the month and her attitude towards the customers are unacceptable. I suggest she attends a few customer service classes to better assist customers that come in.

I had such a disappointing experience here. It was so disheartening. When I entered the woman at the register, Rachelle, said what? and continued to be so rude to me. When she told me the price of shipping I was fine with just buying an envelope, but she was so mean to me. I asked for her name and she said I didnt give it and would not give me her name. When I turned to her manager to ask her name he said that he could be the manager depending on what I wanted. So disappointing. On top of everything none of the employees were wearing masks. Please find another location. I was so upset with the absolute unkindness here for absolutely no reason.
So customers must wait while employees conduct personal business with stun gun salesmen.. do better

I visited this location today. I came in to have a document notarized. I was advised that the notary would be with me soon because she was busy. The notary was in the midst of a complex package order. There was another employee who was literally doing nothing for several minutes at a time. I stood in line for over 10 minutes while the notary completed the complex order and the other associate either walked to the back or helped people briefly. Then someone else came in who needed a notary. She asked if I was in line. I said that I’ve been in line for a very long time. The notary then advised if we did not want to wait we could go to the heritage store. At this point I’d been waiting in line for over 15 minutes. When the notary finally assisted me she did not apologize until I brought it to her attention that if you have someone waiting the amount of time that I waited the least you could do is apologize for the long wait. Then she apologized insincerely. The processes at this location should be reassessed and the customer service is horrible.

I went in to mail a package this week. The employees were all wearing clear plastic masks that did a very poor job of covering their faces. In light of the pandemic, I would think that they would take peoples safety more seriously. It appears that vanity prevails over safety at this location. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been using this UPS store for a little over two years now. They consistently provide excellent service. I always choose this store over the post office that is within equal distance of my house because of the prompt service and helpful employees.
THE HELP is rude . Idk why the two girl wanted to loudly talk about customers but unprofessional.
So I used this mail something which was never delivered. When I questioned it, I was told its not their responsibility its the post office situation I went there only for the post office to send me back to UPS. I was then told the owner would call me. Well he called with such and attitude saying that I was trying to pull a card! How about your employee never advised to insure the package. Please keep in mind thats your profession not mine. I will never use this place again and wouldnt advise anyone else either.
Never did a review before but i was looking up the hrs of this specific UPS location I visited earlier this week. The female associate whom provided me with assistance was AWESOME. I know I read reviews to help me in making decisions sometimes, which results in my final decision having been influenced by these reviews. LONG STORY SHORT, I had AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE, if youre in the area and need services of this nature, Drop in there. Theyre SUPER HELPFUL and friendly.
The missing, lost or displaced box showed up at a post office around the corner from the store 10 days later.
Customer service was alright. I just didn’t like how they charged a large amount of money to get the tracking number. I’m just gonna stick to USPS from now on when I’m shipping off small packages. I’m broke now.
After having a horrible experience at the Collins hill UPS store I came to this UPS not sure what to expect. I am so thankful for the wonderful customer service I received by the young lady that works here. Will definitely be back.
