Their delivery guys are awesome, my husband had to remove our front door, so they could get our new refrigerator into the house. And before we knew it and without us asking their guys had put our door back up before leaving. I love my Elite Furniture.

Recently purchased a living room set, customer service was excellent and they answered all the questions I had. Delivery was fast and they did a great job putting everything where we needed it.

Customer service was horrible. Wanted a new bedroom set. Ordered it. It was problem after problem getting it in. They called on a Friday set up delivery for Saturday. Then called at the delivery time to tell me that they couldnt deliver it because they didnt have all the pieces in. And it would be another 2 weeks of waiting. I had already waited a month after the promised deliver date. At this time I am frustrated and angry that they cannot hold their end of the promise to deliver. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
