Service is very good. Response time is good. Scott the Technician was A+. He kept me informed along the way with what was going on with the repair on our refrigerator. Impressed, despite not purchasing the unit from them. We did however purchase our dishwasher there. They had a really good selection of in stock units. They know their brands well. Price was slightly higher than the box stores. However, that’s something I don’t mind to much for buying local and picking up same day. I recommend you giving them a try when shopping.

Excellent place to buy appliances!

My experience with the in store shopping was a okay and the tech who installed my washer and dryer was very curtios and professional.

I purchased a Jenn Air microwave/convection combination microwave from the store. I also purchased a surround for the microwave, being assured they could install both pieces. When the “installer “came, he spent 6 hours in my home attempting to install the surround.Till after 8:00 pm that evening. He took a jigsaw to my cabinet work, he said, to make it fit. During the attempted install,he scratched my brand new microwave all over. I called Brian to question the installer, AND install, as it was NOT done properly . He assured me that he would take care of the matter. He sent said installers father out to correct the install. When the father got here to correct install, HE HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO LAWTON TO GET HIS TRAILER IN ORDER TO GET SOME WOOD TO FIX THE INCORRECT FIT!!!! When asked about the scratches,, he said “they arn’t scratches”. I guess myHusband, father, mother and everyone who has seen it just didn’t know really what a scratch was. I wish I could attach pics . No follow up call from Brian, and I don’t feel it is my responsibility to keep hounding him. This company was recommended by Jenn-air service center. I will be making a follow up up phone call to them also. Poor customer service to me, and a total insult on our intelligence!!!

If I visit the website and didnt result that purchase I wasnt impressed. Since I didnt buy anything there I wasnt impressed with what I saw.

Less than 5 months ago I bought washer and dryer (used) 2 days ago washer crapped out suddenly. I even gave these folks a GE front loading washer that just need a leak fixed and a dryer that only needed a belt. I am quite sure that they made some good money off them. I called and because it was more that 30 days after purchase they want $80 just to tell me why this washer they sold me 5 months ago suddenly quit. I long for the days where people and standing behind what you sell came ahead of money. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Ill never buy another thing from them.

No pressure and very helpful hating wheat you need. Pricing is on par or lower than major stores.

I recently went in to Rains looking to replace my oven. From the second we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly face that was still smiling 45 minutes later as I was still trying to decide (even though by this point my husband was not). We had already been to Lowes and Home Depot and had already spent about 2 days looking online at new ovens. Thanks to the AMAZING customer service and great prices, we ended up replacing all four of our kitchen appliances (Fridge, Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher). We opted for delivery and installation which they initially scheduled for the next day. Lucky for us they ended up having an opening that afternoon and delivered everything about two hours after the purchase. The crew that came in were all extremely polite and efficient! They worked diligently to get everything installed correctly and quickly. They even swept up afterwards! It was by far the best experience Ive ever had purchasing appliances!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Rains for your appliance needs.

I was told by the salesman when i bought my new washing machine that if i ever needed any service to call the store they would come take care of it. My washer doesnt work and now getting the run around, i have to call another company come a claim and wait 3 days for supervisor to approve it. This is very unacceptable in my opinion. The salesman are in no way helpful or even care in this matter. I will never shop the again. Not to mention that i could have saved several hundred dollars by buying else where. By far worst appliance store around.

The people are so very rude and not willing to help . Have had two bad interactions with them in the past two years and will never step foot in their store again. I dont care if they end up being only place to get appliances here in town . Was wanting to buy a new Speed Queen washing machine last year and the man didnt even get up to great us and was just so not willing to answer questions. We mentioned we had looked at one in another town and his response was to go buy it from them.Today when the Rains man was told what size dryer we are needing, his response was Good luck with that. We arent stupid, we know the dryer would have to be ordered because it is not a standard size but this man once again made no effort to help us in any way.Bad, bad customer service.

Upon entering for the first time on Tuesday night i was immediately greeted. Two gentlemen asked what i was looking for, 36 cooktop, and they were very helpful with not only showing me what they had readily available, but what was scheduled to arrive the next day. My family has been without a cooktop for 2 weeks waiting on American Home Shield. Rains understood my situation and was able to help me pick out one that was amazing, and just in time for thanksgiving. Not only were they able to help with that, but the gentleman gave me some advice as i has having a rough couple of weeks. Everything he told me had helped, and Im thankful for them. With stores like Home Depot and Lowes, Rains was the ONLY store to have stock on hand, and an amazing price.
