I bought a car sight unseen from here and worked with Kerry. He was extremely polite, very cooperative, and happy to answer all my questions. When I landed in Lawton, he picked me up from the airport and that was the last time I had a pleasant experience.I spent the next 3 hours being shuttled between the Mazda and Honda dealers while they drew up paperwork for a car that seemingly they just found out was being sold, despite me having made arrangements the week before to fly in and buy it. Finally, the coup de grâce was when I was informed that because I was an out of state buyer, it would be DIY for title and registration. If it wasnt such a rare car, I would have flown home that minute. Whats the point of buying from a chain dealer if its no different than a Craigslist deal?When I did manage to get the car in my hand, the detailer kid scraped the LEGEND MAZDA sticker off with a metal razor blade. Probably my fault for letting him do it, but I was promised repeatedly that theyd pay for my local detailer to buff it out and that hasnt happened, so Im just going to not worry about it anymore and chalk it up as another bizarre disappointment.The (used) car itself is fine. It wouldnt go into reverse every other time you tried to shift into it, but Honda replaced the manual transmission under warranty here locally and now its awesome.The back office of this dealer group are absolutely a caricature of Used Car Salesmen that I didnt think still existed, but evidently still do. Kerry was very nice and he should probably go work somewhere more put together. Id probably buy another car from him, but absolutely never this dealer group.

Brian Tracht is the parts/service manager at Legend Driven Mazda and I would recommend taking your vehicle to him for service. He is very realistic and prioritizes which services should be done before others. Additionally, he is personable and funny. I would recommend the service department here to anyone!

Dont go here!! I got a 2019 Mazda3, really nice car I’d say but I had constant issues with the front tire losing air pressure! I just bought the car and two days later the air pressure dropped. I kept going to them and they gave me the excuse of the weather fluctuating causing the tire pressure to constantly change. I moved to Colorado to my next duty station, didn’t drive my car for a few days to find the PSI at 12 on the same tire I had issues with. I go to a dealership here in Colorado and they tell me that the tire was previously plugged and was plugged wrong! I was told the car had brand new tires by Legend Driven Mazda little did I know one previously had a nail stuck on it. I am extremely dissatisfied with my service.

Made up a story about the car being a trade in from a teenage girl with cancer. Vehicle history report showed it was a rental vehicle from Louisiana. I have never been so appalled by a car dealer. Would NEVER consider giving these “people” my money. Terrible!!!! Legend Driven Mazda of Lawton should be put out of business!

I test drove a car, decided I didn’t want it and told them they could let me know if they’d have something else I might be interested in.All good so far.Last weekend I bought a car somewhere else, because they just happened to have what I was looking for.Wednesday I got a call from Legend Driven, telling me, they got some cars in I might be interested in. I told the lady, no, I already got a car, thank you for letting me know, but I’m not interested anymore.Since then I got a call every single day. It’s day 4 now. I told them they shall please leave me alone and stop calling. The last person got even rude, when I told him he shall please leave me alone.I feel pestered by this company and won’t recommend them to anyone!Stop calling me!!!

Not very pleased with this place. I did end up buying a car. They hide a lot of information from you, they try to be sneaky about wording things. They gave me a promise note after buying the car of getting cleaned and it’s only valid for 30 days. Bad management, finance was a hassle. They just want your money. If you’re trying to buy a car, go through your own bank, and don’t go through this dealer.

We stopped by to look for the next car. Didn’t make appointment and there was no shopping pressure or aggressive phone calls and email afterwards. Unfortunately we ended up not purchasing from here so I cannot review shopping experience, but not because we didn’t like the experience here. Only because the selection was small and didn’t fit to our needs of the car. When I explained what I was looking for, several options were shown quickly. And honest feedback of what they are capable of preparing for us were discussed in polite manner. I’m not a big fan of talkative sales person who push aggressively.. this place does not apply to that! I was free to look around and asked away all the questions I had. Most of my questions were answered to help making decision of car shopping. Of course you need to give some information to get the details discussed, but they gave us general ideals with minimum info we provided.

Dishonest sales staff and poor business practices. My sister had a car picked out, price agreed upon, financing arranged, paperwork signed, and went to pick up the car only to discover they sold it right out from under her. They didn’t even bother to call her to let her know it was gone before she drove 30 minutes to get to Legend for her appointment. These days, trust is everything when it comes to making significant purchases, and these folks are not trustworthy. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.

These guys are great. They make you feel like they want you to get into a good vehicle, not just push you to the side when you dont want to buy whatever they give you. Ive had the experience with a few other dealers who act as if theyre doing you a favor, not the case here. They work with you to find the best fit at the best price.

Be careful with this dealer. They are selling vehicles imported from Canada. These vehicle do not have warranty in the United States. Manufacturers will not offer any warranty, extended protection, or service plans for these IMPORTED Vehicles. They will not avise that the vehicle is IMPORTED because they pass US customs, but most manufacturers will not honor these vehicles in the US because they are made for the Canadian market. I would not purchase anything from Legend Driven Mazda. The sold my a Canadian Vehicle and now I am stuck with a car that has no warranty from the manufacturer and I can not get any service plans including oil changes or anything. These vehicle should not be imported and sold if manufacturers will not back them up. SHAME on Legend Driven Mazda for selling these vehicles and not warning their customer about the importation. I have tried to contact the sales manager and he will not take my calls. Please stay away from this dealership.

These guys went above and beyond for me. I was on a trip from Lubbock, Tx back to Jersey and my car started having major problems and would never have made it back. Not only did they do a great job fixing my car, but they also came and picked me up from the temporary hotel I was forced to check out from and let me store my luggage and belongings in their office until my car was ready. Bought my car in 2007 and have always taken it back to the dealer for service. Ive never had any issues. I think Josh is the guy in the shop who has done 99% of the work on my car and I have zero complaints. My car is up to 105k miles and going strong, I have no doubt I can get another 100k out of my car. I love my Mazda and I love the shop here. I cant wait to upgrade to another Mazda when the time comes.

Visited this store with a friend who bought a Mazda 6. The sales person and the finance staff messed up the deal and after making a hard hit tell they applied for a different amount. As they already had most of the paper work we had no other option but to buy the car. I’ve till date made 8 purchases in Oklahoma City and say this is one of my first bad experience with a show room.Not trustworthy and the finance guys were not willing to accept there mistake. I would not suggest buying here.

Stephen Hillard was our salesperson and he found the perfect car that I had been wanting and Brady did an excellent job of getting the numbers right for us. I was really impressed with the quality of service that we got and found this to be the easiest time we have ever had buying a car. You could tell that they were looking to get us into a car that fit our needs instead of worrying about just making money off us and getting us into something that didnt work. We have always received the BEST care from the entire Mazda team in Lawton. We now live in Pennsylvania and cant seem to find a Mazda dealership/service center that takes care of us even half as good as Milo Gordon Mazda! Even three years after buying our Mazda 6 from you guys, I still call all the time with questions that I cant get answered up here, and I ALWAYS get steered in the right direction and my questions are always answered. Our car has been having some issues lately and the two dealerships we have previously dealt with here no longer have our trust after paying for things that were not done to our vehicle, and the second shop keeping our car for over two weeks and the problem still isnt fixed. Since all of this has been happening, Brady, Billy, Shaun, Duwan, Gabby and the rest of the team have always been there to help us out with our concerns, questions, and where to go or call next. If you are looking for a vehicle from a dealership that you can actually TRUST, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!! If you want your car to be serviced by the best team in town, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!! Had hit a deer causing damage to the front and right side of my car. Had gone to a few other body shops around Lawton and found them to be rather rude and not very helpful. A friend had told me about Milo Gordon. Took my car there and Brandon Montellano (manager?) was extremely nice and explained what I could expect, how long it would take, and the cost to fix my car. He kept in contact with me on a regular basis and even had my car ready three days early. Wonderful customer service and very respectful. If I or any of my family/friends ever are in need of a body shop, I will be recommending Milo Gordon.

Low pressure and helpful. We were looking and doing some pre shopping dealer cruise throughs. My sister has been a satisfied Milo Gordon Mazda customer for many years and is considering replacing her older Mazda van. Myself I wish the Toyota dealers that I purchased my last several vehicles from were more like these guys. Pressure and Ill walk every time. Listen and answer questions and youll never go wrong. They have a good service department and have maintained her vehicle well. The dropped star is because of the lengthy wait time for an appointment to have the coil on plugs diagnosed and replaced on the aforementioned van. A week is too long. As I was unable to find anyone I did it myself. My skinned knuckles cost the star!

Horrible, slow service

After I had recently purchased a 2004 RX-8, I brought it here for a diagnosis just before driving it across the country to relocate. The service representative and the mechanic were extremely friendly and helpful. They proceeded to tell me everything I needed to know to care for my rotary engine; I learned SOOOO much from these guys! They suggested a few repairs and I couldnt have been more pleased with their service. The drive across the country in June 2018 went incredibly smooth, and now its January 2019, and everything still runs fine. Thank you SOOOO much for being an incredible Mazda repair shop!!

Best car buying experience Ive had yet. I worked with Jason and Jared who made the process very smooth, and the two didnt try to jerk me around or act like I was totally stupid when it comes to the car buying process. I walked in and within an hour had everything signed. I didnt attempt to negotiate a very low price, but honestly Im so happy with the customer service that I still walked away very happy and not feeling ripped off. The only hiccup in the entire process was when I went to pick up my paperwork to register my car, and the $2,000 check I was receiving back was not included. But thankfully, once I pointed this out, Kelly quickly cut me a check without question or hassle. After working with other dealerships, I was expecting to have to fight tooth and nail to get them to follow through. Everyone was super friendly from the very first call I placed to the very last interaction I had at both the Mazda dealership and the auto mall. Thanks bunches everyone!!

This dealer used to be known for its fantastic servicell, attention to detail and their competitive prices. Unfortunately, high turn over in management and drastic changes have resulted in dramatic price changes and lower quality work.What was once an $80 cleaning detail (youd think heavily discounted as I came in due to two recalls) is now $150. This didnt include wax, seats werent finished and bugs still splattered everywhere - dont waste your money here.Their service is okay, but not what it was 6 months ago.Most of their reps are friendly, they have some good mechanics, a kind receptionist and have a good program for demos if your car is there for extended periods and need transportation.

Went in ready for a newer car to replace my gas guzzling truck. Worked with Shaun and got a good test drive on a 2015 Mazda 3i touring. He took me around the lot and showed me the difference between the 14 model, the Mazda 6 and answered my never ending list of questions. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, more than I expected from a dealer actually, so we did the deal. The 2015 Mazda 3i Touring comes with great standard equipment, gets great gas mileage and most important the purchase process was straight forward and no BS. Having dealt with several other dealerships out of state over the last couple of years, I feel like it was a fair deal from the get go. Id recommend Shaun at Milo Gordon Mazda any day! Also, dealing with the finance manager was straight forward, he gave me his obligatory pitch about purchasing warranties and didnt fight back when I said no thanks.
