Jeremy is the man. I came in thinking my phone was done. It wasnt charging anymore. He got all taken care of in a very timely manner. I cant thank him enough. Ive brought other phones in and same thing they were able to get me taken care of. I very much appreciate great customer service. Thanks again!

My kid managed to destroy the USB C charging port on her tablet so I gave it to these guys so they could de-solder the port and solder in a new one. I don’t have the heat gun required to do this repair. Instead of just ordering the port, they ordered some off brand secondary board. If I trusted these 3rd party parts, I would have just done the repair myself. Well, shockingly, the 3rd party board created battery issues with the tablet after they installed it. Instead of just swapping out the new port to the old board, they ordered new batteries, which were perfectly fine before the aftermarket board. Well, the new battery didn’t solve the problem. So, after three weeks with a Samsung tablet, they accomplished nothing. Told them to just put it back together and refund me the money. Technician was Will, the manager didn’t try to stop the shotgunning of parts after I went in to talk to him.I do not recommend this business for tablet repair.

Let me preface were saying the customer service is amazing. But the repair of my phone was quite bad. I do admit the bevel was a bit beat up, so getting a perfect repair wasn’t likely. However they did not appear to take the bevel off when replacing my cracked screen. This is a necessary step for my phone to retain the water resistances. The way they “repaired” it was by gluing the new screen on thereby making it 100% likely to get water damage. If I had spilled a drop of liquid on my phone it would destroy it. And water resistance is the reason I got this phone! I could literally see the inside workings. And their glue didn’t stay in place either. I can now pry it up enough to see the motherboard My phone is a Motorola Droid Maxx 2Edit: The company reached out to me and were very understanding of my circumstances. They explained to me that they do not stock bevels nor do they remove them because of how easy they break. They would have simply replaced the whole digitizer (bevel already put on by the manufacturer) if I hadnt brought in my own screen. I wish they had told me this before installing the screen, I cannot, however, blame them for the poor quality digitizer that came without a bevel. Next time I will let the professionals buy the replacement screen.

Great service, honest and professional. I tried to fix an iPhone screen myself and I couldnt get it to work. I took it in and explained what I tried to do. The were able to get my screen working and not charge me.

These guys are top notch! I came in with an iPhone problem that turned out to be more complicated than it should have been, and it took like 2.5 days to figure out what was going wrong. After all that time and with my phone traveling through all the staff members, they still only charged me the same amount they originally quoted me for. They were prompt about updating me and were very patient about the whole thing. They gave great advice and were great at communicating. I really respect them for how well they helped me! This is the second phone I’ve taken to get the liquid screen protector, along with the phone case, waterproofing, and warranty. It’s the best! If you never want to buy another screen protector again or deal with those cracked or peeling screen protectors then go here and you won’t regret it. They have the best quality liquid screen protector. It lasted three years for me, would have lasted longer but I upgraded my phone.My parents and I got our new phones in the evening and were afraid the store would close before we could get the screen protector. Riley was awesome! He let us come anyway and he stayed late after closing to make sure we got covered and took home our brand new phones feeling comfortable with the protection and warranty we were getting. He answered our questions and helped us without rushing us even though it meant staying later for him, and during the holidays. He was so patient and we left there having been well taken care of and confident with our new phones. I will continue to go back for every new phone, Apple Watch, or other device. They’re really the best.

They did a no charge analysis on my iphone to see what the problem was. Hardly no service business does that anymore. Staff were courteous and professional. They acknowledged my presence as I was waiting to be serviced. Can’t go wrong with this business!

So, this is a current ongoing issue, I handed them my Childs iPad over 72 hours ago for a simple battery swap, I have yet been able to get it back from them. When I went in Monday (today) to pick it up after 3 days I was told that there system was going through an planned upgrade and they could not check me out. I asked when could I get my iPad back, was told that they could not give me a time or even a day to pick it up. I asked for a reusable time and was told cant make any promises. Than I asked if they were just going to hold my property hostage until some random point in the future and he responds was yes. Let that sink in, they knew of this upgrade and decide to do it during business hours. Its not like Im not willing to pay, they wont even let me pay. So, now a several hundred dollar item is in their possession that I can not get back until a random unknown date and time and I have to keep calling and checking to see if their systems are up. At bare minimum they could have warned me before about their systems not being up. After I get my property back from these people who are holding it hostage, I will never go back, and I would advise others to avoid. Because the fact of the matter that they choose to change systems in the middle of work hours rendering all people the inability to receive their property back until an unknown date alone seems like poor management and planning to say the least.

I upgraded my SD card in a new phone I bought and an app kept looking for the old files and would not work right. My phone service could not fix it so I stopped at Fixit mobile in Layton. Winston listened to all I had done to try and fix it and spent at least half an hour working on it and managed to fix it. It works perfectly now. Winston is incredible! Then after all that time he would not even charge me.

I went in and was immediately greeted by Christian who gave me plenty of options to choose from. They got me all set up with a high quality phone quickly. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for awesome deals and a new phone.

Don’t take your ps4 or any console there to be fixed I took my ps4 there and it 3 weeks to get it fixed and once they said it was done i brought it home and tried to play it and they did not fix anything on it it made the same weird noice made the same error and it still over heats THEY DID NOTHING AND STILL MADE ME PAY

Due to all all the rallies and stuff our coordinator does she decided her new phone needed more memory and added a microSD card which then confused an app on the phone. After working on it for 2 days and even emailing the app developer she took the phone in and even though it is not one of the services they usually perform Winston worked on the phone and figured out how to get the app to work correctly. Now we have a very happy coordinator who would like all to take phones and tables to Fixit Mobile for repairs of screens and charging and to get waterproofed

I called Fit It Mobile because I needed something that I didn’t think they could do, place a tempered glass screen protector on my daughter and sons iPads. Something that I’ve wasted money trying to do myself. I didn’t buy either through them, but Winston at the Layton store was only too happy to make up where I failed. Thank you for helping me give my kids something and helping to make it all it can be.

They replaced my battery in my iPhone 7plus. Did it within 1 hour and it last me all day again. They also replaced my screen protector and waterproofed it. Price seemed fair and they did a great job. I’d definitely go back.

Christian was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He explained problems and repairs well. Further, he wasnt going to charge if the repair didnt work. You dont see that often in this world anymore. He will tell you if it is cheaper to replace your item than fix it.

I visited this store at the layton location. I walked in about an hour before closing. They were very helpful. They replaced my cracked phone screen and it was ready in 45 minutes. They were very kind and patient with me when I forgot my wallet at home and needed to call to have it brought to me. FixIt Mobile is awesome!! They are knowledgeable, fast, and inexpensive. The tech I talked to on the phone knew exactly what was wrong with my iPhone and made sure they had a replacement part in stock before having me bring my phone into the store. It took her no time at all to fix the problem and she wasn’t satisfied until she had checked and double checked to make sure everything was working again. I had no idea that iPhone repair could be so inexpensive! These guys are great! I will definitely use them again!

I have used this business at least 6 times and have never been dissatisfied. They are prompt, apply discounts when available, and do quality work. I need them again unfortunately, due to rambunctious grandkids! They are top rate in my books!

I have taken my broken phones here for years and have been pretty satisfied. They always seems to resolve our problems, though I’m not sure they are the best price. Beware of the Gadget Guard warrantee they push! They charge $50-$90 for it, and it is completely invalid if you don’t register it before 30 days. I am a few days over and am in need of repair and Fix It told me it’s invalid. No sign of the $50 they convinced me out of just over 30 days ago. 😡 I won’t support a company that charges customers for something with the hope that they will forget to register. The tech I spoke to claims that it is Gadget Guard that charges that fee and every penny of the $50 goes straight to them. I have a hard time believing that. When I stated that we will no longer be using the service of Fix It, the tech said, “ok, bye.”

Really lovely experience! How often do you say that about getting your laptop repaired??? They were great at estimating time to fix and cost, and in the end when the problem turned out to just be a loose plug, they didn’t charge me! I was so grateful! Really friendly folks, and they let me put up a flyer for my business on their community bulletin board. You can tell these people genuinely care about people as well as the technology they fix. I trusted them, they seemed like very honest, good folks.

FitIt Mobile agreed to fix the screen of my phone. When they returned the phone, there was feedback on the microphone that had not existed prior to me trusting my device with FixIt. I called my carrier, (T-Mobile), and they suggested FitIt Mobile had damaged the microphone while doing repairs.I returned my phone to Fixit mobile, and they told me they could do diagnostics on the phone. After diagnostics were finished, they claimed to have fixed the problem. I was very specific, and they assured me the problem was solved.Within a few hours, it became clear FixIt Mobile had NOT fixed the problem, but the feedback remained. Now I have to take my phone to get fixed by a company who KNOWS what theyre doing. Ill have to pay a new fee to solve the problem FixIt Mobile created. FixIt Mobile employees are incompetent, and I recommend you find a different company to repair your phone.Good luck.

They had my Samsung S10 screen replaced within about an hour. Works like new!

I went in and got my I phone screen fixed in a little over an hour and it was extremely damaged. Going through Apple would’ve cost me around 300 dollars. Going through them only cost me a little bit over 150$. Great people and very kind. I really enjoyed going here and i loved the work. When I got it back there was a small part that was not working on my screen but neither of us noticed it until I got home. So I brought it back and they fixed free of charge and they did it quickly. Excellent service and my screen looks better than when I bought it brand new.

I hate to leave such a bad review but I took my broken screen to be replaced I left my phone they said they had a screen in stock and to come back around 530 i called and asked if I could just grab it in the morning. They responded that was great i went to get my phone today and showed up at 1pm as the boy went to get my phone he came back to tell me it was actually a defaulted screen and we would need to order one. I paid and ordered the new screen they said it would be 3-5 business days I said ok they gave me my phone and I left. Once I got in my car i tried to plug it in thinking it was dead. After awhile if trying I took it back and said it wouldnt turn on. He took it in the back and came back to tell me they had taken my screen off and when the other didnt work put mine back on which must be the problem of why it would randomly turn on but was frozen or you couldnt get the screen to work. He said I would just need to wait for the new screen after I said I couldnt go a week without a phone and no response I asked for my money back from the screen I ordered and left. I had to go buy a new phone. Very disappointed in the customer service that nobody called me or tried to help me in anyway!! Definitely go to Riverdale!

This is the absolute worst palace to get your phone repaired. I went there to get my screen fixed and it was fine for about a week, then my phone started bugging out and the screen would stop working and it would type, highlight, scroll and other things like that constantly, and the only way to fix it was turning off the phone then turning it back on. I divided to get the screen replaced again and that screen lasted a few days but small things happened like on the first screen still happened. Not even a week later screen stopped working completely. I went there one last time and the screen stopped working that night.

These guys are great! I dont know a lot about electronics and having someone I trust is such a relief!

This was the best experience ever with a phone. After a damaging report from the Apple store—giving us a $350 replacement as the only option—Abby fixed the phone for under $100. Then we got tempered glass and waterproofed it too to keep it safe for next time. If we’d needed a replacement, they had an UPGRADE available for $350. This place rocks. What a relief. Oh, and they did it all in under an hour!

I’ve been here multiple times and honestly have never had a bad experience. They do a great job! Today I went it because my phone screen randomly turned black. I knew it just needed a reset but didn’t know how to do it, so i went into Fix It. I walked in and Abby literally did it for me in less than 30 seconds. Any time I have a phone problem, I automatically go straight there.

I came in to have the screen of my old phone fixed and get a screen protector for my new one. I was helped by Abby, who was super nice and very patient in explaining things to my confused, non tech-savvy self. She even offered to help me transfer all my data to my new phone without me even having to ask. I had a great experience coming here for help and would recommend it to anyone else whos having phone trouble.

Was pleasantly surprised at how quick AND honest they were! I was expecting to pay $80 to fix my iPhone speaker and when I went to pick it up they said, Good news! This store is amazing, fair and doesnt charge for impractical services. I own a Pixel 3 XL and it suffered a small drop fully cased and with the screen protector. The phone took no damage had no issues but the display cable to be able to view the screen was knocked lose. Frustrated I didnt want a refurbished phone for such an easy fix for I knew that Ive taken great care of mine. I explained this to the phone technician (Abby) and she understood my concern of not wanting a garbage refurbished phone as a replacement, as my warranty provider suggested. She took the phone from me and easily fixed the assumed issue all in the same day. Shop was busy all day and still managed too solve the the issue within an hour. I went to three other phone repair shops the same day and regret not coming to fix it mobile as my first one, all other businesses quoted me at a week or two to fix the issue or to get replacment. It was one wire that had to be plugged back in and very obvious to tell that was the issue, Im glad this business listens to their customers and also can assume such simple problems without escalating it to the most expensive and time-consuming result.

Took my phone in for what I thought would be an ear speaker and charging port replacement but the tech that helped me just said it needed a quick cleaning. Took only a few minutes, cleaned all my construction dust out of all the speakers and ports and sent me on my way without charging me. I’ll definitely be coming back when I have an actual repair needed.

I cant even say enough great things about iQue! I have taken the phones of my family here for 3 years and have always loved the service. They are very quick with their service. I have had multiple screens replaced with their great service plan. I have also had other issues with phones that werent working and they were fixed quickly. They have fixed my daughters phone multiple times for a low fee or with out charge. They have great prices! Recently my daughters phone was unable to be fixed. Dalton was so helpful with getting me a new phone that had been a demo phone. It was a great price and came with a great warranty and accessories. They even applied the water resistant solution. My lens came off of my Apple Watch so I took to IFIXIT in Layton. They were so nice and pleasant to talk to. It took about 30 minutes and my watch was fixed. Best of all she didn’t even charge me anything for the repair. IFIXIT is the very best!!!!

Excellent customer service!!! I just had an experience where my battery wasnt charging so I went in for a new battery. They replaced it twice but it didnt fix the problem and then they seriously went above and beyond in their customer service in taking care of my broken phone when it wasnt their fault that a battery didnt fix the problem. Dalton helped me this time and was awesome. I noticed one day that the general manager was there and really empowered his employees to make decisions to help the customer. Weve used them for years and always have had a really great experience with the. Im very impressed with their customer service .
