They matched my paint swatch exactly! I couldnt tell where the new paint began and the old paint started. I wont paint with any other paint. Working for a restoration company has giving me the experience of knowing the difference between paint from the box stores and Sherwin Williams. Theres no comparison. Your going to save time and money painting with a quality paint.

We always go to Sherwin Williams because they have exceptional product compared to other paint stores and have always had a good experience. Our most recent time we were helped by an employee named Dixie who was extremely helpful. They were out of one of the products we needed and she called around to find it for us. I would definitely recommend this store for their service and product.

The employees I interacted with were very helpful and welcoming. I was greeted when I first walked into the store, had my paint mixed and was ready to go within a few minutes. I needed to match the paint color on my walls to do some touch up, and didnt have a lot of information about what paint was originally used, but the employee I worked with was very helpful and the project turned out great. I have had the opportunity to work with this Sherwin Williams store for both business and personal projects. The first interaction was for a commercial job in Layton that we did a big remodel and sourced our primer and paint for the project. Fast and responsive Sherwin Williams team members assisted me with the purchase and assisted me with loading my vehicle with the paint buckets. On our personal remodel, a year later, I made sure to return because of the great product and customer service received. Same great service and product. Ill be sourcing my paint for all projects from Sherwin Williams going forward.

Sherwin Williams has great paint, and also great customer service. I appreciate them, and will always get my paint there. I am a Realtor, and I tell everyone that with the discounts Sherwin Williams is often offering a person cant do better at some of the big box discount stores. Quality of paint at Sherwin is better, and with the percentage off sales it makes sense to always get paint at Sherwin Williams. Colors are great too!

They packaged my paint in a box cans on their side. I put it in my truck and took it home just how they had it. The paint leaked all over the place and made a huge mess on my garage floor and the bed if my truck The manager explains to me, like Im a child, that it shouldnt have been placed in the box that way, that the lids can come loose and leak, happens all the time. His employee packaged it that way, maybe if it happens all the time, stop putting the paint in boxes on its side? No apology, very condescending.They get two stars instead of one only because he replaced the paint that leaked out. I wont be back.

They were very helpful to me being a novice painter. Im working to paint several rooms and they instructed me on which primer to get and the various paint options I needed to consider. Definitely worth going to them. They take care of their customer.

Out of all of these stores this one is the worst. I understand if the store is busy with first come first serve orders, but for me to stand there for 10 minutes and have staff ignore me like Im a ghost thats just terrible terrible customer service. Especially considering that there was me and one other customer in the entire store. With at least three people working. If you like being ignored this is the store for you.

People are friendly, eager to do what you need, and capable of asking you questions to make sure you are buying what you really need [exterior vs interior; enamel vs satin vs flay; etc.] Prices are very competitive and they got me on a discount program.

Went in to get some sample stain colors. They told me that if I wanted to blend the colors that it would be fine and to just come back in the next day and they could get it mixed and ready for me to go that day. I made sure he understood I needed it by a specific date and he said it would be done. Went back in the next day and not only couldnt they get it done that day but they couldnt even give me a time frame. They were unwilling to accommodate there promise and give there customer satisfaction guarantee that they promise. Super disappointed.

He told me they would have the best quality paints and finishes, and he was right.Their prices are higher than the big box competitors, but the staff is knowledgeable, and you dont have to walk all around a huge store trying to get assistance.Ive used them several times for painting needs, and definitely recommend them.

Tom is amazing. He was just locking up for the day when my husband and I walked up. He offered to let us in and tint our paint. When it couldnt get as dark as we wanted he sold us two new gallons of paint. He should be the employee of the month. Although it was only supposed to take a few minutes he spent 30 minutes making sure we got exactly the color we needed. Thank you!
