Is it too hard for them to have just ONE person who knows anything? The shelf price didnt ring up, and it took the guy three trips there and back before he couldnt figure it out. So I gave up and went to Home Depot. Great way to lose customers, True Value!

Very rude. The guy on the phone said no to every question I asked and had no interest in what I was saying.

I will not step foot in this business again. I received no help when purchasing paint. I had to come back, due to them failing to tint it properly. I finally complained at the front desk, and the associate said he was trained on how to help me, but that it wasn’t his department. Very poor customer service. I don’t see them being in business much longer.

I have always got help and really good advice.
