2pm on Sunday 16th May 2021. Whoever worked was amazing. And super accommodating. Im super happy with the staff that day!

I paid over $5 for a medium Drumstick blizzard. When it was handed to me, the cup was only 3/4 full so I asked them to fill it more. They did, and then I left. And then I realized it was basically just a chocolate shake because the drumstick and peanut pieces in the ice cream were few and far between.These employees need to be better trained, blizzards are too expensive to get a bad one.

Waited way too long for our food. They started serving the people behind us in line before they got to our food. We had somewhere important to be and our whole group was super late because we had to wait so long to eat. Would not recommend.

Waited 10 minutes for an employee to show up. Paid $8 just for some orange juice put through a blender

We went in and politely asked the lady about the wait time. She said it would be 5 minutes. 40 minutes later and she’s making the orders of the people who ordered AFTER us. We had a funeral to get to and it was impossible to pacify my hungry son. I am very disappointed and want a refund. Oh? And they when we asked for the receipt they didn’t give it to us after we had already paid them.

Who in there right mind would think someone wanted this to be there dinner. Bbq chicken tenders where served as shown soggy and falling apart guess Im not eating dinner tonight thanks Layton dairy Queen

The Blizzards were good but the service was pretty bad, at around 3:59pm on July 6th were these 2 ladies. I dont have their names because they were not wearing name tags, they were both on their phones watching a video while my sister and I were standing at the cashier stand waiting for them to notice us, it took 5 mins for them to notice. One had black hair with red streaks and the other wore glasses with short brownish blonde or gray streaked hair. Please fix this issue, thank you

I went to the Layton Hills mall and it took 20 minutes to get 1 medium Oreo blizzard that was only half full and tasted like peanuts.. Wouldnt be an issue if I werent allergic to peanuts..

I havent been to this one specifically, but I have been to other locations and lemme tell ya, If you havent tried this place, you are missing out. They do their food like no other place does. Most famously, the shakes, which they have so many options for. In the end, this is the best food I ever had. Because this aint fast food, this is fan food.

Came at 740pm and waited till 758pm till we got 3 large orange julius and 1 medium smoothie. Ran out of pineapple mango so had to get strawberry banana. But had to wait while 3 customers came and left. Oh and also while they speak to a friend on the other side of the wall.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The day shift is always grumpy though and there isnt a good energy but night shift is always upbeat!!

Worst customer service. I bought 3 smoothies from them, when I got my order, They had mixed up the order. My niece order a pina colada, size medium and i order a blueberry pomegranate, size large. When they give it to us, they had given my niece a large pina colada and myself a medium blueberry pomegranate. when I went to go tell them that they mixed up our sizes, the people there were so rude. Idiot workers, if they had shut up and listen for me to explain that they had messed up our sizes, I wouldnt be angry (side note: I wasnt even mean when they messed it up and didnt even argue). They were rude and didnt even let me finish what I was saying, instead they started to raise their voice and try to argue that I was wrong. I knew what I order losers. Anyways, just my rant of these dumb little kids providing poor customer service. If you order from this location, hope they didnt mess up on your order and if they did, hopefully you guys didnt get the kids I got serving.
